I don't, I don't know if I did it Arizona.
So in Arizona, you know what's crazy?
I was talking to Renee maybe a week or two ago and she was like
we said something about how we keep our like stuff recorded.
And I was like, she was like, what do you do with all your
shoes? It was something came down to

(05:03):
something like what she was likewe talked about recording and
then we talked about how we saveour stuff and I was like, and I
told I didn't be more descriptions in my descriptions,
because sometimes when people ask me about episodes, I'd be
like, bro, I have no idea what you're talking about.
They have to damn near give me the story and then it comes back
to me because my descriptions beall fucked up.
I mean, like I'd be like who what this I I don't have no

(05:24):
clue. So Renee says, how do you keep
your well? How do you keep up with your
stuff? I'm like, shit, I got it.
A fucking Yeezy box, bro. That Yeezy box is just full of
episodes, right? So I got a Yeezy box full of
episodes. I got 2 notebooks over here.
I got this notebook and I got a binder, right?
So I went back to my very first binder, right?

(05:45):
And it's got dividers in it, right?
It has completed cases. It has cases I was working on,
and then they have some that were done, just not recorded.
Now, I have not looked at this binder for over a year and I
have a case in here. It's completely completed.
And I was telling you, I said I got stories, I just got to
record them. We're going to go to the store

(06:05):
that I wrote a year ago, right? And I'm going to release it now
because I haven't heard about tell the story because the guy
is on trial this month, April 2025.
So it's the best I go ahead and get my story out.
Wow, before all you *** say you did it first, right?
Because I'm telling you mine is going to be a way more
entertaining. But whatever it is what it is,
gang. So let's get at it, right?

(06:30):
Let's get to the business, gang.Yeah, let's get to the business.
Right, Because I know what you hear for a game.
We're going to talk about your boy, Cleophis Cooksey, junior.
Right. Hey Let.

(06:54):
Me tell you something, it's somechicks in here.
There's some chicks in here in this story, bro.
And I'm just going to tell you right now Leslie is giving Edna
and Mammy cash. I mean, dumb as a brick, bro.

(07:18):
I like my last couple episodes. Ain't no women died, but they've
been hella stupid. My man, my man, my man.
Yeah, my man, my man, my man. Yeah, I better stop this shit,

(07:38):
bro. But anyway, so the guy on this
case, his name, Cleophis CookseyJunior, bro, Yeah, Cleophis
Cooksey Junior. And look, brand this homeboy
with the grandson of Arizona civil rights activist, I mean,

(08:01):
leader Royale Cooksey, right? But as Cooksey grown up, he
claims he had a fucked up childhood.
He was. He was forced to get up out the
mud. Ain't they always forced to get
about the mud, huh? So when Cleophus was 12, bro, he

(08:24):
was at the he got sent, he went to the hospital one time and of
course the Protective Services got involved because he said he
was being abused by his father, right?
So you know, he stayed at the house.
Like I mean, apparently nothing was really found because he just
said he just accused him. I didn't see nothing saying that
it really happened. But so they just sent it as back
home. Now he could have been abused,
right? Or he could amaze him shit up.

(08:46):
You just never know what kid these days, but I mean at least
hear the key it out right. But anyway, whatever was CCPs or
whatever they call out there in Arizona, they like gave him back
to the child and find like evidence of actual abuse or
whatever, right, But still, theystill took his, took a
statement, took his word, talk to him a little bit, gave him
therapy. But if if you didn't, if you

(09:11):
knew how this what this *** was finna go do, you'll be like
damn, his daddy should've reallywhipped his ass cuz this *** is
no good right? Because this *** really needed
his ass beat right? But at 16 cooksey Cleophis Kofi

(09:31):
has come. I'm calling Cleophis for now
Cleophis cuz y'all gonna remember that name.
That *** sound like a he he sound, he sound like he'd be
sitting somewhere fishing and picking up squirrels and
shooting raccoons, right. Well, anyway, Cleophis at 16, he
say fuck this shit. I'm out of here.
I'm done living under your fucking roof.

(09:53):
I'm out of here. You only got to beat me.
But once he left, left the crib, bear left mommy and daddy's
house. I'm out of here.
Fuck it. Catch me in the streets, catch
me in traffic, right? And he goes right into the
streets. He getting in trouble beating up

(10:13):
*** scribing *** all the shit that these *** do when they move
out the house at a tender age for no reason because you a 16
year old can't tell me moving out when moving on.
Going where? Bro, I'm still responsible.
Are you finna sign that? What they call that shit when
white people get rid of they when they divorce their parents
or whatever they call it emancipate.
Yeah, let's you emancipate. You are still staying up on this

(10:35):
room till we get shit together because you going out there,
you're going to leave out here the right way legally.
Because once you get out there and do that bullshit, that's all
you gang. Oh, yeah, all of my listeners.
Can I get a gang gang? Just say gang, gang.
Wherever you at, let me know. You're rocking with your boy,
right? I know you, I know.

(10:59):
Leslie and Tina Coleman yelled it for show.
I know, inspired by Lee. Yelled it for show.
So at the age of 17 he's out here he's still out there doing
what he got to do right here andanother guy they break into the

(11:19):
spot and they try to rob this man.
Hey homie ain't going for no shit like that but it out but it
out but it out but bout bout busting shot busting shot he hit
he hit Cleophis he hit Cleophis accomplice accomplice.
His accomplice falls flat on theground, dies, and then Cleophis

(11:39):
was caught because it was all onfucking camera.
And he was arrested and charged with manslaughter because you
all know when someone dies in the commence of a crime, you're
liable. Yeah.
So he is arrested at 17, right? And he sits in jail until the
tender age of 18, which he's an adult, which they could have

(12:00):
charged me an adult at 17 because, you know, look at the
crime. They gave him 16 years in jail.
Yeah, homeboy has went home. Trust me as we go through this
story. Trust me.
His free time is him out of jailis vacation.
His home is jail. Because when he was in jail, he

(12:26):
was not a model inmate at all. He was a booty warrior gang.
He was a horrible inmate. They couldn't wait for this ***
to leave. He he was cutting up the whole
16 years. Yeah, though a prison recorded
that that he was found guilty and charged with more than 22

(12:51):
other crimes in jail. Bro, let me tell you something.
When you're doing this much shitin jail, you love it.
I'm home. I love this shit.
Why else would I be doing this? Why else would you be doing more
shit to stay? Why?
Because it's all you want to do is get more time.

(13:11):
Bro. If you're committing crime in
jail, you're getting more time. It ain't like, oh, I'm already
in jail, I can do this. No, you're going to go to,
you're going to get more crimes. You're going to end up pending
on what you did in jail, bro. It could really fuck some shit
up. So anyway, in jail he they said
he had, he got hit with 22 more charges, right?

(13:36):
Assault on staff, smoking, drug possession, fighting, disobeying
orders and basically not giving a fuck.
He was doing what the fuck he wanted bro, he doing what the
fuck he wanted. This is my house.
Well, that's what happened when. You were young, dude.

(13:57):
Young dudes being jailed doing what the fuck they want because
they don't understand this is real life.
He went in as he went in 18. So he probably didn't.
He probably didn't. He probably didn't really grasp
the the severity of all this shit for at least a couple
years, bro. At least a couple years.

(14:18):
And I hope his people weren't putting comms here on his books
because they got to let the parents know that, hey, your
kid, your loved one, your Angel,he's up here doing this, that
and the other. He only no commissary.
He good, right? So one day, one day they let

(14:40):
this *** go. He was released from jail in
January 2015, right? Yeah, Yeah.
He's on vacation now. Yeah, now he's out on a little
short vacation in January 2015. But in just ten months, 10
months of it and 10 months of his vacation, he went right back

(15:04):
home. He was arrested for DUI.
Drunk bastard. Yeah.
My thing is, who caught he was driving?
Who caught was driving? Dude, He I know he didn't get
out and do right. I know he didn't get out and do,
right? No, no, no, no, no, no.
This man, love, he loves a man in stripes.

(15:27):
Why else would he keep going back, right?
So he did that little bit of time, right?
He did that little bit of time, and he stayed.
He said I ain't never going to jail for no DUI again.
So he goes back on vacation. But in May 2016, oh, my God, he
went home again. Yeah, he got hit with a

(15:49):
technical violation. Basically what a technical
violation is, is this *** wouldn't abide by the rules of
his release. Basically, we tell you, you're
asking to be at home at 10:00, be there.
If we say you can't be at no bar, don't be there.
If we tell you got a report in with this probation officer, be
there. He did none of that.

(16:10):
So in May of 2016, they sent hisblack ass back home again.
He's going home for a little while again.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So he spends a couple months in
jail. I mean, he he spends a couple
months at home and once again, he's back on vacation.

(16:31):
He's a free man. But just for six months in
December, he goes back home and his ass stayed there.
He stayed his ass at home to July of 2017.
Yeah, Yeah. And then he was back on

(16:54):
vacation. But this time when he was on
vacation, they say, hey, look atman, we sending your ass to a
place where you get they bases into they bases his ass to a
halfway house because this *** right here can't act right.
And we don't want him to think he's all the way out.
We want him to know that we on your ass like white on right So
we know exactly where to come and get you.
We ain't gonna keep playing withyou, bro.

(17:15):
You've been in and out of jail at this point for 20 years,
right? Cool.
And I know this has been a tickle y'all, because your boy,
he wants to make a change in hislife.
He wants to do right. He wants him a career.

(17:39):
What kind of career could a career criminal trying to get it
out the mud could be? I was going to say truck driver.
Oh no, it's like too much like right?
Nah, homeboy is a rapper. Not again, not again.

(18:13):
Another rapper, Another rapper bro Yes another rapper He goes
by the name of King Play Bula. Look here bro y'all go listen to
that music if you want to I've had enough many cash for the
weekend. You know I've had enough of
mammy cash for the weekend. I don't need the more here.
No more garbage. Do you hear me?

(18:34):
I've had enough mammy cash. I had enough mammy cash.
I've had enough aetna's this weekend like I'm done.
I, I I my ears can't take no more.
I mean it was just pure, pure garbage too funny.
I look at me it it was it was gonna hurt me to share the link,
but y'all go look this fool up. He sucks.
He sucks, yes, He's not good, right?

(18:59):
So anyway, he started dating this chick named Liliana
Vasquez, right? And her sister is named Desiree.
I mean not her sister name is Griselda Velasquez, right,
Right. So your homeboy, he's been out
couple months, right? But your boy got issues.

(19:23):
He got issues and a pistol, right?
And for the next 17 days, homeboy, homeboy is on people's
ass. I mean for no fucking reason.

(19:45):
Because on March, not March, on November 27th, like right after
Thanksgiving, he shot two men inthe car.

(20:06):
Yeah, a Parker Smith and Andrew Remillard, right, Shot both of
them in the head. Yeah.
When the police got there, they said it was a black man with a
bald head running away from the scene.
He dug in. The car was grabbing shit,
right. They didn't know who the fuck
this was. They gave a brief description.

(20:27):
And you know Cleophis is on the run.
He runs back to the House of Leanna Vasquez and Griselda last
quiz, right? And you know they're sisters,
right? They're sisters, right?
Now couple days later, Cleophis,he meets with his homie Solomon

(20:49):
Richards and they get into a fucking fight at 7:44 PM, right?
And during the fight, of course Solomon is getting the best of
Cleophis because a *** named Cleophis don't sound like he can
fight even though he was prison built and been in prison 16
years. He was apparently getting his
ass whooped, but good thing for him he's a cheetah.

(21:11):
He got the old gun, bow bow. He shoots Richards twice mention
this is his homeboy, he knows this guy.
This is not somebody he didn't know.
This is not somebody he didn't know.

(21:33):
Right. So he as Richards on the ground,
he runs up and takes the necklace off his body.
Yeah. Puts it on leaves, right.
Witnesses say they saw Richards fighting a guy they known as

(21:58):
Cleophis. And they said they saw shots
ring out. And they described him as a tall
black man, prison built, runningthe other way.
And they said he took something off of him, Mention Richards
also had a gun. I don't know why he ain't shoot
Cleophis. So look, not only did he shoot
him, he took this guy's gun. Yeah, and this was this was this

(22:21):
was December 2nd, 2017, right? So this is only what, about 5
days? Six days?
Wait when? Yeah, about 6 days since the
last murder. Now it's all points bulletin.
They're looking for a black malewith a ball head prison built.
But nobody's really. People are like insinuating and
saying what the guy look like, but hell, they don't know.

(22:43):
They just basically like a man could be this nuclear office.
I mean I saw him with the guy that looked like the Office but
hey I mean I don't know. So OK, he's hiding out right?
He's hanging with Leanne Vasquez, which is his

(23:04):
ex-girlfriend and you know, he'dbe at the house with her and
Griselda and shit right now theyhave a brother at the house
named Jesus Real. And it never stated if these two
guys had an issue or what. But about 11, I mean, about

(23:27):
between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, your boy, your boy Cleophis, he
came to the apartment where, where, where his where Liana
there. And Griselda is there and, and
Desiree is there Desiree Corrado.
That's, that's Desiree is Jesus real baby mother.

(23:50):
So all three of these women are in the house, right?
And they he comes in the house right and Jesus is on the head.
Jesus or hey Zeus however y'all want to pronounce it.
He is on the couch. Sleep sleep.

(24:12):
And Cleo was walking right up onhim.
Shoots him two times in the facewhile he was sleeping.
This is an apartment where Cleophus stays at right?

(24:33):
Now Jesus was shot right? And Liana and Griselda, they
have seen him be shot, right? These bitches, I mean, these
ladies did not, these ladies didnot call the police.

(25:02):
No, they go and pick up, no, notGriselda.
Leanna and fucking Desiree. They left to go pick up
Griselda. And when they got back to the
house, Jesus is already dead. They took this guy's phone,

(25:26):
mentioned this is their brother and this is the other dudes baby
and this other lady's baby daddy.
They did not call the police until they returned back to the
house hours later. And they was all on some I don't
know what happened. We came in here, we heard some
gunshots. Hey, we, we don't know.

(25:49):
I mean, we weren't here today like anybody break in?
Like, no, we just, I mean, we heard some gunshots.
I think maybe he shot himself. It was later.
Found out some bullshit because at some of these crimes Cleophis
is driving one of these sisters car.

(26:10):
Oh yeah. And seeing that he lives with
them, seeing that he lives with them.
And let me tell you something, these chicks are Mexican, so I
ain't just trying to tear you tight.
But if it's one car at the house, everybody can drive that
bitch at the Mexican's house. Trust me, every car around there
can get drove by anybody in the house.

(26:32):
So yeah, it's not for a fetch that he was driving whoever car
that was, right? So at this point.
Your boy has killed four people. He has killed four people in a
matter of I don't know what. How many days is this?

(26:54):
That's about, that's about. Look, he killed the first person
on the 27th of November. It is now the 11th of December.
So it's been a couple weeks. Homeboy is dropping bodies,
right? Dropping bodies, no fucking

(27:17):
reason, right? So two days later, on December
13th, he met with a guy named Latorre.
Latorre Brickford right now, himand his guy were walking and of
course he's trying to buy drugs. And as they're talking, I guess

(27:43):
they angry on the price, they start fighting because of course
this *** this nigga's aggressivebro.
Like he can't even just buy drugs.
He, he basically, hey, man, you got drugs basically want this,
want that. And then he sticks them up.
So they start fighting. And of course I tell like I tell
you, homeboy is prison built. He wrestled him to the ground,
put the gun straight to the backof his head.
Bao Bao shoots him in the fucking middle of the fucking

(28:05):
day right in the back of his head right now.
A witness said they heard two shots right and they saw a dark
skinned bald head man running away while the victim laid on
the ground. And when he saw the witness he
pulled the gun back out and start shooting at him too.

(28:27):
But you know what I'm about to tell y'all?
Y'all know *** can't shoot? Nah, he fucking missed, bro.
He fucking missed. He missed.
He missed homeboy. That's why he lived to tell him
what the hell was going on. Right.
And so, of course, he go hides back out.
And where do you think he's hiding out in?

(28:47):
Oh, Leanna Boo, where you at? I'm gonna come see you.
Get me a hotel. Yeah, he's hiding out.
No, this this dude is on a fucking murder spree.
He's on a murder spree, bro. Right.
So on May 16th, he horny? He was he He was seen talking to

(29:20):
a lady by the name of Maria. Maria.
With a neighbor? Yeah, with a neighbor.
And after talking to her for a little while, he was seen
hopping into her car right now mention this is December 16th.
He just he this is hold up, let me backtrack.

(29:49):
Before that happened, Cooksey was looking for more drugs right
on the 16th and he met up with aguy named Cameron, right?
And these two motherfuckers got into a fight over the drugs and
he snatched this guy backpack and then bow, bow shoots him

(30:10):
twice, right? And after he shoots him twice,
he snatches the backpack off of him.
And guess what this guy does? He calls the ambulance.
He says he just saw a guy get robbed and shot right?
But mention he says he's seen the guy get robbed and shot and
also gave him a description of aguy he saw do it right.
So when the ambulance is pullingup to this body on the ground,

(30:33):
Cleophis walks straight past thefirst responders and keeps it
moving. Yes, called the call the
ambulance, wait for them arrive, walk straight past him as if he
don't know what the fuck is going on left with this guy's
backpack with drugs, right homeboy is trying to get high,

(30:57):
high, high. Let me tell you something when
you when you feeling like that to where you would even call the
police. Well, that's kind of it's kind
of genius to call the police away from the come and then
leave because really they shouldhave been asking you questions.
But no, he walked off the scene. They're looking for the caller
and everything. He ain't picking up shit.

(31:18):
That phone is off. He is out of here.
And since he's on it now, he's he is desperate time.
So just a couple hours later, hemeets up with this chick named
Maria Vanilla Vanilla, right? And he was talking to her
outside of her car. And all of a sudden, you know,
witnesses say they saw him get into the car with her, right?

(31:39):
And a couple hours later bow bowbow she was found shot and dead
in her car and she had been raped.
Yes sexually assaulted. Homeboy was horny in high and he
had he had murder on his mind and he was not finna paid a fee.

(32:00):
And you can spin it how you wantto.
Y'all are talking outside the car and no, no witness say that
she was forced in the car. They they both got in the car
like they knew each other and you know, it is what it is.
I mean, you never know these days.
But yeah, when they found her body, it was signs of rape.

(32:21):
Yeah, it was signs of rape. And but he left DNA all over the
car. Because now people are putting
these two, putting these murderstogether in the same, the same
sketches, the same body build, the same person is being
described right, right now. It is the very next day.

(32:51):
You know, it's finally. Getting hot for your boy?
Police then been to the house, talked to.
Griselda, Leanna, Desiree. They like, hey man, your brother
ain't commit no damn suicide. Your brother ain't commit no
suicide. So who else stays here?

(33:20):
And they like it's just us. And sometimes Cleopis he like
Cleophis who? Like Cleophis Cooksey.
And they run his name and they like this guy, this the guy that
stays here. It's like, yeah.

(33:46):
So they like. Where you at?
Where you at? His girlfriend like we.
We ain't seen him in a couple days.
We ain't seen him in a couple days.
So I mean, like, I don't know what to tell you.

(34:06):
We haven't seen him and like. Who wouldn't?
Who? When?
The last time you? Seen him.
I mean, he borrowed my car one day and he like, he brought it
back. I'm like, what does he do?
You always lend your cars out tohim.

(34:27):
He was like, she was like, yeah.I mean, whoever's here that can
use the cars. Now, I mentioned the thing about
that is that a couple of these murders, of course, they all
said this guy was running off, right.
But Leanna's car was that multiple was spotted at multiple

(34:48):
of these murders. Yeah.
Aetna, come on now, come on now your, your man's is out here
killing shit. He's killing shit.
And now he's killing and raping shit, right?
So it's finally getting hot. The police have now put all

(35:12):
points bulletin out for a guy named Cleophus Cooksey, right?
They know his track record. He's a bad man.
He's supposed to be at a fuckinghalfway house.
He just doing what the fuck everhe wants to do at this time.
Right now, he's on the run. He's broke, he has a gun, he's

(35:37):
wearing a stolen necklace, he has a backpack full of drugs
that he stole off another guy. And he, he's looking for safety,
he's looking for comfort, he's looking for someone to to love
him right where I think he went.People, here's the contest

(36:02):
clues. He's in trouble.
He's a a well known jailbird. He got the face only a mother
could love. Right where you hiding at?
Oh, he heads to mommy's house. The crazy part about him heading

(36:24):
to mommy houses? He hadn't been to mommy house
since he left at 16 because he was tired of them beat downs and
rules, right? But today he walks up.
Hey Mommy, let me in now. His mother's name is Renee
Cooksey, and his stepdad is Edward Nunn, right?

(36:50):
And when he gets to his parents house, when he gets to the when
he when he gets to the when he gets to his parents house, they
let him in. And of course they like.
Son, what the fuck is going? On like.
What's going on? Your face is all over the news.

(37:13):
Like what's going on? Did you do this stuff?
Is it man? I ain't do that stuff, man.
I'm just like, I don't know why people keep fucking with me.
I don't know. Like it's like I just can't do
it no more, man. I'm just tired man.
Like I'm tired of always being accused of shit.
I'm tired of this motherfucking jail.
I'm tired of life. I don't know what the fuck to do
right now. Step dad's like calm down son

(37:39):
if. You do.
If you did this stuff, you got to turn yourself in right?
Now, of course, Cooksey ain't trying to hear none of that
shit, right? Cooksey ain't not trying to hear
none of that shit. And not to mention.
His parents didn't see the news. They didn't see the

(38:00):
descriptions, they didn't seem the names.
They they, they, they, they didn't seem.
They didn't seem the descriptions.
They didn't seem the names. They didn't even seem that his
ex-girlfriend was on the news being questioned about the death
of her brother who was shot and killed on the couch in the house

(38:21):
where all of them were at sleeping.
You had four. You had Cooksie in the house,
you had Leanna in the house, youhad Griselda in the house, and
then you had Cooksie old murdering ass in the house.
Mention it was some kids in thishouse too.
This apartment was full, you know.

(38:43):
You know you know gang, right? None of these people heard the
gunshots. Apparently none of these people
called the police until they came back with Desiree, which is
hey, Zeus's baby mother, right? And they let her call and then
she gave the false information about she didn't know what

(39:03):
happened. She was in the house sleep,
right Mention they took a nigga's phone.
You know why they took his phone?
Because Cooksey's name and number was in there.
Because him and Cooksey did talkhere and there, but they
definitely never saw eye to eye.My question is.

(39:28):
Why none of the other apartmentsheard gunshots?
No he shot that guy and left. There was no ambulance call
mentioned. Jesus lays there for hours dead
until his sisters came back withhis baby mother.
Bro family ain't shit. Edna.

(39:49):
Edna what? What the fuck is going on right?
So anyway, he's at his mother. He's at his mother and
stepfather's house. And they're like, son, you got
to, you got to, he said. You got to, you got to turn

(40:13):
yourself in, right? And he's like, man, fuck that.
I ain't doing shit. I didn't do this shit right.
And they like, calm down, calm the fuck down right now.
Why they tell them to calm down, right?

(40:33):
They're like, fuck that shit. I'm gonna call the police on
this *** right? Because I don't need the police
showing it to my house. Kicking in my motherfucking
door. Kicking in my motherfucking door
for your ass, right? So.

(40:56):
He's just pacing, pacing, pacing, right?
Hey man, I can't do this shit nomore, can't do this shit no
more. I can't go back to fucking jail.
I'm tired of this shit. Why?
You just want to let me be rightall of a sudden?
He pulls out the gun, points it at his mother and father.

(41:23):
He tells them Amen. I can't do this shit no more.
I'm tired of all this shit. Bao Bao Bao Bao Bao shoots his
mother and father multiple timesin the house he was raised in.

(41:54):
After he shoots them, puts his gun down, goes to the fridge,
looks for him something to eat because you know you get hungry
when you catching bodies. Not to mention you've been
catching bodies and smoking weedall day so he has the munchies
like a. Motherfucker right now 9. 11

(42:17):
calls are coming in saying people are saying that they
heard gunshots, right? And you know it's multiple
calls, right? It's multiple calls right?

(42:37):
And the area where they say the calls are coming from is the
same area where Cleophis parentshouse is located.
Not to mention they had already gathered up addresses and places
he should be and L they was heading that way anyway right?

(43:02):
So when the police arrived to the house with 100 million cars,
they run to the door and come out.
Police. Police, right?
Cleophis yells out. Ain't nobody here get the fuck
away from my dough, right and say come outside.

(43:26):
You know, man, fuck all that youcome inside.
The police look at him like *** I was born at night, not last
night, so. They have a little standoff.

(43:48):
They wait for a little while andeventually he's like, fuck it,
I'm coming out. When he comes outside, he has
blood all over his body. Yes, I'm going to say that.

(44:10):
Hell, maybe trust moving the bodies maybe because I mean, I'm
shooting somebody ain't going tohave blood all over me.
But they said he has blood all over him, right?
And when he comes out, he say, man, get the fuck away from my
house. I'll cut my fucking throat.

(44:33):
And I guess the cops are like, OK, got me shit.
You got to go, you got to go. So he threatens to say, hey, he
said I I'll cut my throat. He tells him I'm the strongest
man alive. He say I kill snitches.
Fuck Trump. Where that came from.

(44:54):
I don't know why he said that when you're getting arrested for
all these multiple murders is crazy.
But anyway, he's arrested. He's arrested on on on December

(45:16):
17th, 2017, right? And he was arrested and he was
given no bond. And when he went to court, he
plead not guilty. And you know, he's been in jail
since no, I mean since December 17th, 2017.
Now this trial is pending. But thank.

(45:39):
The good thing is his trial starts April 2025, and that's
where we're at right now. So will I give an update?
Yeah, I'll give you update then. But right now, he's just sitting
up in jail. He's been there for five years
claiming mental illness. I didn't do this stuff.
I wasn't in the right mind. But Nah, bro, Nah, bro, this was

(45:59):
you. This is all you.
And of course, Griselda, Desireeand Leanna, they all got hit
with tampering and got their asslocked the fuck up too.
But they also plead not guilty. But not to mention they are

(46:20):
going to take the stand as statewitness because by now I think
their ass is out of jail becausethey went to jail in 2017 too.
It is now 2025. Tampering ain't gonna get you
that much time. But I know they're going to save
their ass because they got kids and they ain't trying to say
this *** for what? There is no saving this guy.

(46:41):
There is no saving Cleophis. Yeah.
Now his his trial starts this month, right?
I haven't seen no update on it. I remember when I read it of the
year it was starting. And when I wrote it, I read it
supposed to start in 2025. Now the time is finally came and
I guess I'll watch the trial or keep up with it to see how this

(47:03):
shit rolls out. But yeah, this is one of these
cases that I wrote a year ago. Cleophis.
No damn. Well he ain't beating this case.
I mean, his rap bars was wack. And you know, this is another
episode of Not My Brothers Keeper.
