Darryl Brooks is no stranger to the system — a convicted felon with a long trail of charges ranging from drug offenses to statutory rape, domestic violence, and even opening fire on a family member. His life has been marked by chaos, instability, and escalating violence. But in November, during Waukesha, Wisconsin’s beloved “Comfort and Joy” Christmas parade, Darryl made a decision that would turn an already troubled life into a nightmare for an entire community.

drivers. Y'all give me a lot of lessons.

Happy belated to her happy birthday to Tamara, my Cleveland
partner. Shout out to her.

(01:27):
It was her b-day too. And happy birthday to Ecola
another Texas parting out that Navy.

You get all four of us on you get all four of us in one spot
and you have 4 different cases and we not we're not telling you
not to share this. We want you to share this with

They having a live show August 2nd.
And if you can't make it, you can do a virtual one-of-a-kind.
Let me tell you something. If that's how they're going to
start doing this stuff, that should be pretty good because if
you can get your if you can get a live audience and a virtual,

(03:38):
you going to do pretty good. You're going to do really good
because you don't get into the people have to miss it, even
though I'm pretty sure other people do it like that too.
I I had never heard of them doing both ways because most
people want to do a live show. They don't want to like they
don't want to like tape it like you there, you there, you got
you're not. That's how they do all my autumn
comedy specials, like people like Chris Rock, they slice and

(04:00):
they shit out to Netflix. They can record everything, but
they only to make their production for Netflix.
So, you know, but anyway, yeah, we are heading to Waukesha,
which I thought they was talkingabout that drink.
I did not know that was the namefor actual city.
Yeah, Waukesha And Waukesha, there is a guy by the name of

(04:28):
Daryl Brooks and he wasn't always in Waukesha.
He wasn't He wasn't always he was not always in Waukesha
because he started off, he started off his life of crime in
Nevada, even though he is from Oakland.
Yeah. Homeboy, homeboy.

(04:52):
Daryl Brooks's month of the gang.
Yeah. Waukesha is loading located in
Wisconsin, bro. But right now it is 2006 and
Darrell Brooks was just convicted the statutory rape,

(05:13):
right? And he he later said that no,
man, that bitch lying on me, man, I didn't do none of that
stuff. You know how these bitches be.
Come to find out, Home Girl was 16, he was 24.
He knew better. He going to tell he don't try to
tell the world, the whole world,Craig.

(05:35):
He was trying to tell the world that man, I met this chick in
Oakland and I told her I'm goingto go bust a move in Nevada and
she was like, hey, I'm rolling with me.
So he took her to be a bottom bitch and he just start pipping
out all over Nevada. But The thing is once she got
jammed up she was like I'm a gear against my will and he been

(05:58):
pimping me Oh and I'm pregnant and he like man what the man?
Hey man I ain't pippin her. She told me she was older than
that. They locked his ass up man. ***
just be lying. No you didn't know that girl 16
look you know she was 16. That's why you took out the
state bro. That's why you took him where
she was at bro. Where do you think?
No, for first of all, when y'allmeet, when y'all meet these

(06:20):
people bro, do you ask them where they live 'cause I mean
come on, it's given. I was a runaway, I, I was
homeless, I was doing what the fuck I want.
But even though she was probablythat not a lot of 10, she was
doing what the fuck she want anddidn't give a damn what her
parents or or guardians was saying.
That don't mean take the motherfucker with you brother,
'cause let me tell you something, taking that runaway

(06:41):
or whatever she's supposed to bewith you always get some jammed
up every time. It's obvious this person does
what they want to do. It's obvious so you don't think
once they get jammed up, the first thing they ain't going to
do is tell on you, man, please man.
They locked his ass up and he was he was locked up and when
they had made he end up getting like probation, but they made

(07:03):
him register for he was A2 tier sexual offender.
So basically he has to, he has to register and stay the ass
away from school and stay the ass with kids, right.
But you know, you can't tell ***what they do.
You know you can't. And just a couple years later in
2010, you know, there Brooks on that bullshit again because he

(07:26):
had met up with one of his mini baby mothers and he was over
here. You gonna stop telling me that I
ain't shit? Yeah, I know I ain't shit.
I ain't come see that baby. But you ain't gonna be coming
around here telling people that. And she was like me get the fuck
up out of here. Come stop coming over my house.
That bullshit. And he said, who the fuck are
you talking to? Who the fuck are you talking to,
bitch? Right.

(07:48):
So he gets his home a Simpson onand he grabs her by the neck and
chokes her the fuck out. I mean, her tongue is out ahead,
her eyes rolling head. Man home girl was almost out of
here. This man look, heaven was right
there. Tell the angels no.
She admit he he almost sent it out.

(08:10):
She was gone. She was gone.
But after he choked the shit outof her homeboy was arrested,
man. And at this point they probably
should have just sent him. They should have threw him under
the jail 'cause he was just hit with like civil assault and
dealer. He did a couple years for a
strangulation. Bro, you can't be straightened
up. Strangling people is way worse,
way worse than shooting somebodybecause they're gonna say

(08:32):
impeding. What is what they say impeding
breathing. Yeah, that's what that's what
they charge going to say becauseI see it all the time when I'm
reading shit. But yeah, bro, that's the worst
crime. Bro.
That's one of the worst things you can do before killing
somebody. Strangle somebody because
anybody he was trying to kill them.
They're going to he was trying to you just don't choke
motherfuckers out because you you choke them that they might

(08:52):
just pass house and everybody don't recover.
So yeah, he would have choking out, right.
He did a couple little little stint in jail and you know after
that after that, you know, he comes back out of jail and but
this time he coming out with a purpose.
He is a Hebrew Israelite now. Oh my God, scammer scammers.

(09:16):
Now I can say he is like is a scammer because none of them
listens to my show, right. And the two I do know, they were
quite upset about me. About that last one I did.
It was like he gives us a bad name, he giving y'all a bad name
but I could point out his real like all have y'all give all bad
names. Hell when you ain't killing

(09:37):
people and scamming you, you you're beating your woman or
marrying 3-4 women on your firstwife.
You tell me which is worse. I don't know.
Why do you need 4 wives *** No bro, that's photo attitudes.
I didn't like a time for this road.
Had four of my wife's dog. There will be No, not my

(09:57):
brothers keep a dog. One of her is he know he don't
let me breathe out. Well, anyway.
Anyway, Yeah. Homeboy.
He's came out of Israel like youknow he have.

(10:19):
He has seen the sign. He's like, man, you know what
I'm going to do better. I want to get to the promised
land. He started growing out his
dreads. He started doing his prayers.
He stopped eating all the pork and all the other stuff that he
says is, um, we're not supposed to be taking in our body.

(10:39):
He's reading whatever the hell that is they read because it
ain't the Quran and you know, they don't deal with Christians.
So I don't know what it is they read, but they're going to tell
you it was the higher power. Whatever.
I, I don't know, the higher power just told this guy to kill
all the pastors and the highest power to tell him that you can
strangle and get him whoop bitches, right?
But anyway, while he's out, out,out while he is out getting his

(11:03):
his, he Israelites going on, he starts rapping.
Oh yeah, he's all rapping. He goes by the name Mad Boy Fly.
And let me tell you something, Mad Boy Fly, you being a history
Israelite and a woman beater anda statutory rapist.

(11:24):
The math ain't mapping, gang. The math ain't mapping.
Like it's just too many red flags, bro, at this point, Like
you, you, you, if you was the guy on the Internet, if you
would have got into any kind of beef with anybody, they're going
to bring all this shit up. They're going to bring all this
shit up. So while he's out rapping and

(11:45):
trying to stay out the law, he gets back in them streets
because he got to let him know that he blood.
Oh yeah, all of a sudden he's a blood.
Yeah, all red. He got a raggedy ass Ford SUVI
think it's an Escape woman car and it's all red, right?
And of course, he keeps him someladies, right?

(12:05):
But in 2020, he is jammed up once again.
This time he ain't whoop a bitchnecessarily, right?
He was arrested for felony possession of a firearm and two
counts of reckless endangerment. And he had pills, the PA pills

(12:28):
on him, right? What had happened was homeboy
got into a fight with his nephewbecause his nephew was like hey
bro, why you take my old phone dog?
It was an iPhone. You know with the iPhone like
the Wi-Fi, your messages might still be going to the old phone.

(12:48):
So of course you don't want nobody have their old phone and
not to mention it's mine. So put it down like everybody
never hook it back up or not it's mine gang, don't touch my
shit. Alright?
Anyway, his cousin told him, heybro, give my phone this that and
the other and he'll like who youtalking to nephew and I'm still
your motherfucking uncle and bowthe fight with on the nephew and

(13:11):
uncle is fighting and I'm tell you right now he is the bum
uncle. He is the drunk uncle.
He is the crackhead uncle. Why you take this man phone?
Question. How did you get access to take
this man phone? Hey, I'll tell you.
He's at Mama's house. The cars in mama's name he's at
he's at mama's house. The nephew which is grandsons at

(13:34):
grandma house, which that's typical and he probably leaves
his stuff over there for safekeeping.
It's grandma's house. Grandma ain't going to move it.
Well, she might move it, but grandma ain't going to take it.
Grandma definitely going to takeit.
Grandma is going to defend them grandbabies, but anyway, they
start fighting and of course, ofcourse nephew is giving Brooks

(14:00):
mad boy fly the beats. Oh no, not the ones that go in
your head over your head. No, no, not the ones he needs
upon them wet tracks to keep dropping on SoundCloud that he
only had 68 listens. 68 listens and three followers.
Bro if you don't stop playing with yourself game no no no the

(14:21):
only records he getting is arrest.
He get arrest record jail records that those the only
thing that he got that's that's just doing numbers, mug shots,
numbers. All right, man, he doubling up
on the most. But anyway, they are fighting
and nephew is beating the brakesoff him, beat the brakes off
him, beat him up, threw him out all over the porch.

(14:42):
That homeboy had dreads. He didn't grab the guy by the
back of his head and ram the homeboy head all into the
ground. He is giving Daryl Brooks the
ass whooping he should have got years ago, years ago, because he
don't like to listen. He likes to beat women.
He likes to beat women and pimp them out, but he hadn't had no
issues with no man. And I'm telling you, dudes like

(15:03):
this, when they go to jail, theyare super quiet.
They are super quiet. Why?
You don't want nobody know. You're not beating bitches.
You don't. So I know for a fact he was in
there. Church mouse quiet.
Yes, church mouse quiet. He was in there.
Calm the fuck down. Yeah he was.
So after he took this severe asswhipping and nephew went in his

(15:25):
pocket and took his phone and gave him one more kick to the
side to grow up. He hops back, nephew hops in the
car to to to ride off with with right off with his partner
because of course the job here is done.
I gave him the hands and feet hewas asking for.
I have took taken my phone and then his ass is on the ground

(15:47):
hollering and screaming and calling for his Mama like a
bitch. Now after that beat down Brooks,
he runs to his car and he grabs the old gun right and as his
nephew and his pilot dropping off bow bow bow, bow, bow, bow.
Hey, hey, what I tell you about *** How many people hit?

(16:15):
How many people did he hit? Y'all fucking none *** can't
shoot though so anyway, nephew to call the police on his knee
because he he got to go he has to go right and he is arrested
again. He is and he and he is arrested

(16:37):
again. Of course.
I just told you why of course the possession, the firearm in
reckless endangerment right, because of course he missed
everybody. That was a charge right.
So when he gets down there, he'salready on on bond.
I don't know why he's on. Sometimes these courts, they
just be doing shit dog. They don't be reading the room.

(17:00):
Some *** don't need no bond. But anyway, when he gets down to
trial, they he pleads not guilty.
When he finally gets his day in court and he said he requests a
speedy trial but they give him a10K bond again.
Why? Why?
How you have two bonds man rightLook Peter looks like they say

(17:22):
you got three charges, right? They will give you a bond for
one, let you bond just to rearrest you and it's not even a
physical rearrest. They just let you make that bond
and then saying we're keeping them for this.
They scammed you bro. So beware of that shit because
you have dudes have 8 charges, they get a bond for one and do

(17:42):
like what? I'm a bond out on that one.
Bro. You got these seven that once
that bond clears, they're going to hold you in custody because
it's going to say, OK, well thisone has no bond.
And it really depends on what kind of lawyer you got because
your lawyer should tell you hey man, you just sit your ass in
there because they ain't lettingyou out.
They yeah, this one got a bond, but they don't let you go.
You could spend your money, but tell me you will never get

(18:05):
outside this gate. But anyway, it is COVID right?
And homeboy, he he was like, man, I request a speedy trial,
but it's COVID. His bun is 10K right?
10K And he was like, man, y'all can't keep me in here.

(18:29):
Is this COVID? Is this is that is this that and
the other And they were like they dropped the bun to $500.
Math boy fly baroque ass is freeagain.
He had 500 or did he have 50? It's only 10% right right.

(18:59):
So now I know you're wondering how does a sex offender domestic
abuse of felon with weapon charges get a $500 bond?
Well, I'm guessing he ain't white Jesus on his side.
Now your boy math boy, he like he's just like he is outside.

(19:24):
He is finally free again right now.
You know when he gets out, he starts complaining about Kyle
Rittenhouse, right, The Kyle Rittenhouse verdict, right?
Because, you know, Kyle Rittenhouse was a dude that went
to that Black Lives Matter protest and mentioned he drove

(19:45):
couple of states, couple of fucking states with a rifle.
He wasn't even grown. Got there, got out at the Black
Lives Matter, protest some shit, start going left and he, Kyle
Rittenhouse was actually in no danger because.
Not only was he shooting his rifle, he got that.

(20:06):
He was able to aim and shoot without being rushed.
He could walk out of his truck, got on one knee, got his, got
his sights on. Well, you shoot guns, you know
what I mean? He got his sights on and baa,
baa, baa. I think he shot like a handful
of people, maybe like two or three.
I think he killed. I know he killed.
And the crazy part, the person he killed I think was white.

(20:26):
It's not. I think the dude Kyle
Rittenhouse killed was white. But the fact that the dude was
that a Black Lives Matter March is crazy.
Cause like, why are you here? You don't agree with none of the
stuff they said, so why are you here?
Like some people literally come around to create chaos.
Yeah, they do like wig one and one, two, wig, wig one and wig
2. They just here to create chaos.

(20:48):
Oh, but I'm glad I said that. Wig two.
Stop playing me bitch. I know what you doing gang.
I know what you doing, gang. I'm not stupid.
But anyway, yeah, some people are getting here to create
chaos, right? So anyway, Mad boy Fly.

(21:10):
Mad boy Fly is mad at that. Or Daryl Brooks, which they
wanted them broke ass names. You want to call him, he is mad.
And of course he supports the Black Lives Matter movement,
even though those are the biggest scammers in the world.
He is like he basically saying white people ain't going to be
satisfied until we start doing this.

(21:30):
What, showing up to a KK rally? Just start shooting bro.
The KK rally would prefer us do that.
They would love for a *** Come out there and tell them this
ain't right. That ain't right by y'all ***
They're going to shoot that *** right there in the head.
Look, and you know the crazy part, they're going to shoot
that *** in the head and they'regoing to be happy.

(21:51):
They might even pole with the body and they will gladly go to
jail because they want to be like, yeah, we do this for ours
and miss that. And the other.
I'm telling you, it's going to be the opposite effect.
Just don't go out there, you know, don't wipe people out
there protesting. Let them be.
That ain't my business though. I don't give a damn.
But whatever. So anyway, he is pissed off at

(22:12):
that and he going down a pro black rant.
And of course, my thing is like, how can you be Darrell?
He he portrays himself to be like a pro black activist, but
all you're doing is beating up women, black women beat, beating
up black dudes, selling drugs, alleged rapings and like, and

(22:36):
then you're spending half your time in jail.
You're in jail every couple of years, every couple of years
you're in jail. You have a very long mug shot.
You have a very long rap sheet. Now.
People can't change, right? People can't change.
But bro, you need a lot of help 'cause you like, it's like
you're progressing, right? Yeah, like you're progressing.

(22:57):
And not to make you a rap. So like you rap and then it's
horrible rap. So like, ain't nothing good
going about you. You're horrible.
Dang, you're horrible right now.Your boy is not in Waukesha, WI
because he had a he he he was tired of all the jail he was
getting in, in Nevada and Oakland.

(23:18):
And he is not in Waukesha, WI for a little while.
He got him some baby Mamas out here.
Yeah. You know, women like to have sex
with *** with no job. They mama's calling a mama's
name, living with Mama. You know, they like that.

(23:40):
Yeah, I do. So, yeah.
On the day of November 21st, 2021, Darryl Brooks.
No, no, no. Let me take that back.
Let me take that back because right before that I meant
November 2nd, 2021. Mention he is out on bond.

(24:08):
He is out on bond right for thatlast thing right him and his
baby Mama get into it right. He haunted her down in Wisconsin
and he found her at a economy inwhere she where they were

(24:28):
yelling and cursing at each other, right.
And she walks to like she like, bro, get the fuck away from
here, get from over here. Stop, come, stop showing up.
Stop showing up to my arm. Stop showing up to my arm, my
house. Stop showing up to my house dog.
Stop showing up to my house withthis bullshit dog.

(24:49):
Please stop, please stop. And it's not.
I mean, it's a hotel, but I meanit's a place of residence.
She's she's paying right? So she leaves and go down the
streets and he follows her to the store and when he gets out
the car he snatches her phone and pile backhands the shit out
of her. He backhands the shit out of

(25:12):
her. So when he This is ABP gas
station dog. Let me tell you something.
Stay away from BP gas station dog.
If y'all knew how many cases I had what should happen at a
goddamn BP, you would stop goingthere because apparently that's
why you get your head clapped. BP gas station.
So anyway, he has whooped her ass at this gas station, right?

(25:37):
He has whooped her ass at this gas station, snatched the phone,
snatched up her right, and she is on the ground.
What's up? Thing homeboy did next dog home.
Homeboy ran over this chick keptgoing, right?
Yeah. So it was a guy inside the gas
station and he called the policein the ambulance, right?

(26:03):
And he told him, yeah, man, thisguy hopped out this red SUV,
punched her in the face, and he snatched some items off of then
he slapped her and he kicked theknee, ran over, Right, right.
So when the PMS, I mean when theEMT's get there, they find his
baby Mama with a bloody face anda tire mark going up her back.

(26:30):
She survived the attack and was and he was later arrested.
For reference, endangerment, domestic abuse modification,
domestic battery, resisting arrest, bail jumping and
disorderly conduct. Let me say something for this

(26:53):
one crime right here. I was going to fast for a little
bit. He was convicted of this crime
later on in September 5th of 2024.
So he eventually got convicted of this because I think that
time worker put back sealed the deal on heaven.
And you know what crazy part was?

(27:15):
Even in 1999, hours before he was doing the pimping, he'd
already, he already been convicted and sentenced for two
years for caring as concealed handgun, an aggravated battery
dog. He could not keep his hands off
of women. Now, how's this *** free?

(27:36):
How's he free, dog? I know somebody, somebody going
to be in the tomorrow seat. Black women ain't protected.
No, black women don't need to beprotected.
They need to kill this *** Yeah, yeah.
If any of them ladies would havejust had a gun or a sharp knife,

(27:59):
brothers, I'm telling you, homeboy would have stopped this
shit a long time ago. OK, now again, Fast forward to
November 2021. Brooks is at the park with

(28:20):
another another baby Mama. He is drunk, crying and has
already went upside her fucking head.
Yeah bitch, who you talking to? You ain't talking to me.
It is broad fucking daylight andhe has went to whooping her ass
in his parking lot. He went through her head all

(28:41):
against their raggedy ass escape.
PB driving man. He is whooping this woman like
they are in a room behind closeddoors.
Now he is whooping her in the sunlight, in the daytime, at a
park with her swings, carousels and people running.
Yeah, he didn't give a damn. He's like your ass gonna be beat

(29:01):
and your ass gonna be beat rightnow.
After he after he gives her the whooping of her life and
snatches her shit again, he drops off.
And of course, again, the policehave been called and this woman
has said, yeah, this *** named Daryl Brooks, he came up, he put
his foot in my ass for no goddamn reason and I want his
ass arrested. And at this point I don't know

(29:22):
why y'all even calling the police on his *** dog.
He jumps bail, he whoops ass on bond.
I mean, I mean come on, he is the one thing he ain't scared of
is jail. He got a man up in there because
why gang? Look, look, look, look, look,
look, read the room. You always beating women and
then you always going to jail. I ain't find nothing about you

(29:43):
whooping no *** in jail. Yeah, I mean he might got a
little boot thing up in that gang because why?
Why you constantly beating women?
I'm guessing beating women gets you closer to your man's, but
whatever, what do I know? Anyway, she goes, he makes a

(30:04):
statement. She's like he whoop my ass.
His name is Daryl Brooks. He did that and the other and
the police is like, yeah, we know this fucking nut and we're
going to rest his ass again whenwe catch him, but this time
we're going to keep him. Not to mention not to mention
you remember that when he when Itold you about him fighting his
nephew, he's on bond for that. When he just whooped her ass.

(30:28):
He's on bond, $500 bond. He's on bond right now for this.
Damn. I'm saying dog, he doesn't care.
Dog, you cannot do shit on bond. You dog, You better stay your
ass in the outlook. If you got a job, go to work,
stay out of trouble. That's it.

(30:49):
Stay away from *** that's going to get you in trouble.
And *** that's going to get you in trouble is apparently baby
Mamas, because apparently when you see your baby Mamas, you see
red. Apparently when he see his baby
Mamas, he see red. He see red, his hands and feet
get this, get this, get the itching and they get the getting
ready to go side of motherfuckerhead, right.

(31:12):
So anyway, after he leaves that, after he gives her that beat
down, he drives off and at this point he is drinking, crying and
it raggedy ass Jeep and he has been drinking Don Julio, right?
And today is the 58th annual parade of Christmas parade of

(31:35):
comfort and joy, right? And Waukesha, apparently they
celebrate this shit every year for the last 58 years, right?
So this ain't no new thing, right?
So all around the city they haveshit.
We're not around the city, but you know, over the downtown
area, they have it all blocked off where you can go where you
can't, right? But of course, home, we're not
giving a fuck about that. He know this shit is blocked

(31:58):
off. He been living in Waukesha for a
long time, right? So he is drunk, right?
And he sees the parade. He sees the barricades, right?
And he hits the gas, drive through the barricade.

(32:21):
A cop starts waving at him, trying to hit his car, like
stop, stop, stop. And homeboy driving through,
right? And people outside, they are
videotaping this. And homeboy is zigzagging and
running over people and he has ran over.
Homeboy has ran over 60 people, bro.

(32:49):
Yes, Homeboy has ran over 68 people.
He has ran over 68 people. Yes, 63 are injured, 63 are
injured, 4 are dead on the sceneand they have transferred A8

(33:15):
year old. They have transferred A8 year
old named Jackson Sparks to the hospital.
But you know your boy Darrell, they did not catch him.
He drove straight up by them up a gun and the police wouldn't go
off the chase because hell, it'spandemonium out here.

(33:35):
It's pandemonium out here. It is pandemonium my ear.
They like they got, they got to deal with this right now.
We will catch up to this guy later because people were
streaming, people were live videoing well, live the
instrument. Same thing.
People were streaming, people recording for their own Facebook
and Instagram or TikTok or whatever they were using back in

(33:58):
the day. And then some people just taking
video, older cop just taking video and like he was gone.
He was gone. He was gone and they start
identifying the people, right? And the victims who died was 8
year old. I mean, he's Jackson End up
dying at the hospital. Jackson Sparks, 8 years old.

(34:18):
Linear Quinn, 71. Tamara Duran, 52.
But Regina. Yeah.
Virginia Serism. Virginia was 79.
Jane Khalil was 52. In William Hope it was 81 dog.

(34:39):
I can't imagine living 50 years and getting killed being ran
over. I don't survive everything but I
didn't survive this parade. Bro.
These people, the youngest one was 52, the oldest was 81 days.
About all these years to be ran over no and I'm telling you,

(35:01):
these people right here, these people actually was participants
in parade. A lot of the ladies were part of
the dancing grandma of the groupand they dance every well they
dance all around Waikisha, but this is like their biggest dance
is always the Waikisha's parade.Yes, they have died.
So later on that night, they finally tracked down their

(35:23):
raggedy ass piece of shit car. And when they recovered it, they
of course they checked the registration and it was, it goes
back to Brooks's mother. And of course they show up at
her house and she's like, I don't know where he at.
I have not seen him. I don't know where he's at.

(35:43):
I have not seen him. Right.
But while this is going on, Brooks is already walking
through, he's walking through the town.
He's just knocking on doors knocking.
Hey, man, I need help, man. I, I'm hungry, I'm homeless.
I'm just looking for something. I kind of call it Uber, but you
know, the police, they have already found a car.
You know that they they just take they going around the
perimeter, right? They going around the perimeter,

(36:05):
right. So they just driving around,
driving around. They say, oh, he got to be in
the area because his car is likehis car is wrecked.
He might be hurt. He's going to be in this area.
And of course, you know, he blood gang.
So you know, he got on a bright red shirt.
He got on a bright red shirt. They already know what he
looking like because they realized that he was the man
identified in the disturbance 15minutes before he crashed his

(36:28):
cars in front of into all these white people, right?
So as he's knocked on the door, a guy comes to the door and he
was like, man, can I just have about to eat or something and
the guy like, yeah, I can make you a sandwich.
He said, man, can I make a call and get an Uber?
This, that and the other. And the dude was like, yeah, so
the dude actually went there to make this guy sandwich and was
going to come back and let him use the phone.

(36:50):
But while Brooks is standing on the parking lot, the police have
rolled right by and they're shining a spotlight right on the
porch. And they're kind of looking
like, is that the guy? So another trial car put pulls
up, they hit him with another light and they say fuck it, I
think that's him. And they, they approached the

(37:13):
porch and they tell him, hey, man, put your hands up.
And they walk up on the porch and they arrested him and your
boy is taken into custody. Now when they get him down to
the station, they asked him whathe been doing all day.
And he was like, man, I've been in town maybe only a couple of

(37:35):
hours. I came with some friends.
You know, we just came down hereto party and drink and this and
that and he was like, so you've only been here a couple of hours
and he was like, do you own a vehicle?
Said Nah, on the vehicle. I was just down here, my
partner's man. I caught a ride with, with, with
Chris. Now, man, you know, we just down
here kicking it and it was like, what Chris?
Now I said, man, well, they bounce.
They dipped on me, man. So I just kind of was trying to

(37:57):
walk back to I was just gonna walk back to the crib and like,
so they just you came in town with them to hang with them.
They dip on you and now you walking back.
He said, hey, man, without getting it dog.
He's like, well, we believe thatyou was in an assault earlier
with the woman. He's like, man, I ain't been.

(38:19):
I know, look, I ain't been here long enough to be doing those
stuff like that. Not only that, like, yeah, I
might have a record of being domestic abuse, but them days is
behind me, dawg. I don't mean I don't be doing
that, dawg, but that's behind me.
I'm a man of the cloth. Now.
The Most High has told me to keep my hands off these bitches,
right? And it was like bullshit.

(38:39):
We also believe he was in this damn Jeep that we got my Jeep
because you can't go get mad. This damn Ford Escape that had
just ran through a parade and hit over 60 people.
He's like, hey man, it wasn't medog.
That was it me. I say.
So Are you sure that when you the guy had was light skinned

(39:02):
and had on a red shirt? There is plenty of video going
across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
We believe it's you, he said. Look at man, I'm telling you, I
went at no parade dog. Y'all are just trying to
railroad a black man once again. And like bro, we are not trying

(39:22):
to railroad you. There are pictures of you doing
this. He's like, Nah, Nah, not me
gang. You're not going to railroad me,
gang. And like, though we're not
railroading you, we're not railroading you.

(39:44):
He's like, OK, if I did do this, what am I looking at?
Like, look, you looking like youlooking at little reckless
endangerment. He's like reckless endangerment.
That's it. If I did this that that's all
they'll be looking at is resident endangerment.
I mean, she ain't nobody died and then they're like, bro,
right now you just looking at reckless endangerment.

(40:04):
If you did this dog, all we needyou to do is come in here, give
us your side of story so we can fix this like if things are
going on, if you have a mental problems, if this that and the
other look these things to be worked out in court.
But what we need from you is what happened today.
He's like man. Bro, I, I, I can't, I can't

(40:26):
remember nothing dog. I, I just didn't I don't, I
don't remember doing none of this stuff.
And the detective was like, OK, we'll be right back.
He's like, hey, but hypothetically that person will
be looking at on the rooks endangerment.
I mean, it wasn't me like you sure it wasn't you.
He's like dog, I'm telling you dog, it was not me.

(40:49):
So the detective, they leave theinterrogation room, right?
And they come back about 15 minutes later, mention they came
back 15 minutes later, not because they had to wait for
some shit to get printed out because hell, they was for icing
this guy. They probably they look they are
look man, when the detectives bring you in, they know
everything all fucking ready, right?
So they they come back 15 minutes later and they say, is

(41:13):
this you? And they clearly show him in the
red SUV. They show him in the they see
him 'cause he's fish bowling with me.
He don't got no tent. They see him in the driver's
seat with same red shirt, colored shirt on as the alleged
driver, which is him. And they could tell that he had

(41:36):
a beard, but they couldn't tell how long the hair was.
But the beard, the red shirt, the red cord has rested in your
mother's name, bro. How like, what else do we got to
say? And he said, is that you, dog?
He just looked at detective right smack dab in the face,
said that ain't me, dog. He said that ain't me.

(42:04):
Nah man, I got the wrong guy. That ain't me, that ain't me.
They said you know what fuck this thought you under arrest
and they arrest him for recklessendangerment right?
70 counts, 70 counts of recklessendangerment and they book his

(42:29):
ass right? And of course when they get him
down to the jail station he is crying talking crazy.
I'm thinking he would be happy to see one of his mini boos
because he lives in this place. But no, they have take him down
there and they have stripped himof all his clothes.
And no, he does not get the county uniform.
He gets the suicide jacket. Well, the suicide dress because

(42:53):
there's no it's not. It's like them suicide dresses
are kind of like a fucking quiltand like they can't bring him to
court naked. So they put this on him.
He's bare ass under it, right? He's not getting clothes.
He's not, I mean, he's not getting underwear, he's not
getting shirts, he's not gettingcommissary, he's not getting
nothing as long as he has that suicide dress on, right?

(43:16):
So they bring him in to court the next day, I mean, the next
couple of days so he can be arraigned where he has now been
charged with 70 cases of Rex endangerment and six counts of
vehicular homicide. Yes, he has officially been
charged and this *** gets up P and say not guilty, your honor,

(43:40):
and he said they say do you if you don't have a lawyer, one
will be obtained for you free ofcharge.
Brooke saying man, I don't need that shit.
I'm going to represent myself. Yeah, Homeboy has went off the

(44:08):
deep end. Deep down Israelites, bro, God,
Yeah, man, Homeboy said. I don't need that.
I am going to represent myself. I don't need your charity, gang.
I can do this myself. I can convict myself, right?

(44:33):
Right. So he sits in trial because he
plead not guilty and he'll less than a year, October 22, he is
finally on trial, right? And your boy tells everybody he
is a sovereign citizen, brings out all this bullshit paperwork

(44:56):
and that and told them that he don't have to abide by none of
these laws of the country because he's a sovereign
citizen. And he has printed off a bunch
of Google bullshit that fucking conspiracy theorists and white
guys be making up telling peoplelook 'cause really only white
guys try to pull this shit off. Hey, I'm a cyber citizen.
You know what the police do? They tase their ass, throw their

(45:18):
ass in the back seat, take them down to jail and charge them
whatever the fuck they was doingright.
That shit never goes nowhere, right?
But people try it all the time. Mostly white people.
I don't know why, but they does.It never ends well.
Those guys is end up getting beat up, thrown in jail every
time because every time someone said to the sovereign citizen,
they get combative as shit. I'm like, I will fight for my

(45:39):
rights. What rights, dog?
So anyway, he gets up to court, right?
And the first person take the stand is a lady named Nicole
Wyatt. And she has to tell he tells the
court, yeah, my spine, my tailbone, my right knee.
He almost fucking killed me. She had to have all these

(46:02):
surgeries because he ran her assover and she got off stage.
She cried. And you know what this *** said?
So you telling me you saw me driving and run you over?
No, I didn't see you run me overbecause if I would have saw you,
I would have moved. You hit me in the back, right?

(46:24):
So after that it was multiple witnesses that came up and said
hey, I saw him do this. I looked him in his eye.
They show pitch. Some people took pictures, some
people say I heard it, I was just running for my life.
Some people said I was just hit, like some people was bumped,
like they just got clipped or whatever.
But everybody kept there and told a tragic story.

(46:45):
A lot of people was hurt, 6 people died and they all kept
there and told a story. Now he's over here with the
monkey shit he's telling him. He's telling him that he's he's
the judge is getting tired of him because he is making
outbursts every time they say something.
I'm like, man, shit, whatever *** you lying?

(47:06):
You Are you sure with me? Like so he's making outbursts
every day. He's talking back to the to the
other, to the DA. He's talking back.
He's saying shit to the jury. And not only that, he is staring
down witnesses, right. And after all that monkey shit
Brooks was trying to pull in court, Judge Deron said Hey fuck
this shit I've had enough and ruled that he had to forfeit his

(47:32):
right to call witnesses and thisand his mother never got her
chance to get up there and tell everybody that her little boy is
not the killer and the woman abuser and the gun toting that
fight his nephews and and and getting caught with controlled
substance. Ass *** is an Angel.

(47:52):
Yeah, he can call no more witnesses because every witness
up there had threw his ass underthe bus and he couldn't take it
to where he was calling them names.
It look why did the this shit should have never went past the
third witnesses because he was staring these people down like
motherfucker, you better say well, you better not say I did
shit and they had to call him out on this multiple times

(48:17):
multiple times. So just like no you can't call
my witnesses. And at that point he had to get
to his closing statement. But before before that she
warned his black ass about the mentioning of jury nullification
which is basically you committeda crime but you should be be

(48:40):
found not guilty. Homeboy.
That shit works for rich white people though.
I'd never heard of jury nullification.
Like, basically, I can commit a crime, but you bet not find me
guilty. What?
That's like, bitch. I wish you would that they

(49:02):
should call it bitch. I wish you would.
Yeah, I did this shit. But bitch, I wish you would find
me guilty. We gonna really see it money,
right? So basically just like.
Hey, look, man, I'm tired of your shit, though.
I am tired of your shit. Look, just Deron was not fucking
around this guy. She's a white lady.
I looked up. He's gonna she, she, she was not

(49:25):
fucking around with with Brooks. She was like, dude, we're done
with this. We are done with this.
You, you're we're done. No, we, we, we don't, we're tidy
or shenanigans. We ain't got time for none of
this shit no more. None, right.
And yeah, on October 26th, he was found guilty on 76 counts.

(49:52):
It only took them three hours and 15 minutes to find his ass
guilty. I'm telling you, I'm on a jury.
Look, just let me get my first lunch off.
Just let me get this lunch this one time and then we can get
this shit rolling. Because yeah, you had me sending
this trial all these days. You for damn should go feed me
that day when deliberation. I ain't lying.

(50:13):
No, I mean I might have like look at what I want to eat
'cause I want some stuff crap him.
Your boy was eventually sentenced on November 16th of
2022. He got six life sentences and
150 extra years that will run concurrent.

(50:33):
He is now in the supermax prisonand I'm sure he's over there
having a ball, literally a ball.And he's filed a pills and
they're pending, but I don't know why they're pending because
who the fuck is going to let youout?
Who? Bro, you was a menace to

(50:53):
society, right? But anyway, like I was saying,
folks, yeah, that's the end of that guy.
Matt Hopper. Y'all go math boy fly.
Y'all go check out his wraps if you want to.
I guess my it's, it's it's superwack.
But yeah, yeah, just if you wantto go check out a live show, you

(51:14):
