drove the car to another spot. He told him to meet him there.

people you can get down getting shot in the leg right now.
After that, she drops him off. She keeps going.
She like Hook this year, so now when one calls are coming in
autumn is called that there's been a break in in her house and
her husband has been shot and ofcourse police show up.

She's like, hey, my car is missing and we're missing shit
in this living room. A lot of steps is missing
because they don't they came in the house, went all the way
upstairs to the bedroom, shot him everything.
It's like they had a map, but it's like they had a layout of
the whole house. Like how gang do they know you

You could have seemed like it seems to me that they only came

But they said one of them was limping and jumped in the family
vehicle, right? So they're like, cool, OK, we're

missing vehicle and of course, Autumn give him the license

And it's, you know, Mustafa comes in with a gunshot wound.
He don't tell him that he clearly passes out.
He's rushed into surgery, right?So after surgery Mustafa wakes

up and he has been handcuffed tothe bed by the Rochester police
right? Because they got questions for
his ad right? Not to mention the nurses said
he smelt like burnt clothes and gasoline.

So two days later, when he's when he's coherent in the

doctors and nurses say he's in stable condition to be released.
He is arrested and is charged with second degree murder, arson

But do you want to know why and how they got this found out so

fast? Well, just 24 hours before the
murder, Mostafa was one. Is one of them $40 specials
hotels with the one and only Autumn.

definitely helped out because they said that she was the
getaway driver. They said that after that after
after they left the house, she she drove Pernell, took Johnson

to the gas station where they got the gas and they lit the car
on fire. And then again, she's not no

She said, yeah, I did this. I plead guilty.
I plead guilty and I will testify against Mustafa's ass in
court. Please don't send me to jail for

September 2006, they end up giving her 20 years of
probation, 20 years of probation, right.
But not only that, in 2017, in 2017, she finishes the

in 2017, which is only about 11 years later, is because they
moved her shit down to a misdemeanor and she was

He ain't been admit to nothing. Not to mention the other people
have already at this point, whenhe's giving his, when they're

But eventually it gets to him, right.
But you know, your boy Pernell, he was in the wind for like 2
months. I mean, for like a month.
I mean, no two months. Because they caught him in July.
They caught him July 8th. They caught him not July 8th.

because just three days later, that's when he arrests your boy,
Pernell Johnson. He got pulled over in the Twin
Cities in Minneapolis, and he was arrested on a murder warrant
in Olmsted County. And when they took him to jail,
he was like, yeah, I did this stuff with Mustafa.
But I'm telling you, like, rightnow, I'm will.
I will plead guilty and I will tell you everything you need to
know. I don't want to do this stuff.

can be paroled. And he was given 348 days of
credit, $1000 fine and he has topay the family restitution of
four $400.65 for killing Corey. Now Johnson, of course, he plead

guilty, right? Johnson end up getting 141
months right in 2007, right? So of course your boy, everybody

and she was like, I guess he caught the sin or whatever and

So she gives them all her information and they eventually

So they all, they go and notify her son, who's at the Waffle
House. He breaks down crying.
He's like, yeah, she has an abusive boyfriend named Mustafa.

sister, right? They asked Mustafa has he been

drunk, right? So they separate Mustafa from
his sister now. His sister said, yeah, man, I
think he's drunk. He came up here tripping.
And one more thing, he told me he hurt his girlfriend and she's
like she told him she she thinkshe heard.
She says he told me he heard hisgirlfriend right now, I don't

they never said if she knew thatKim was dead.
But she's already been seeing the news about a local, a body
man found in a ditch, right? And of course she sees the
address of where they say this body was.
And she also realizes that that's not that far from
Mustafa's house. Now, I don't know what kind of
relationship she has with Kim, but she said she heard from Kim,

right? But in retrospect, can you
really keep up with somebody that's on Coke?
So them not answering the phone,hell, they could have traded the
phone for some of that coke. Guyena, you hear me?
So meanwhile, she is, as she's talking to the police, they

decide to give your boy a breathalyzer test, right?
He takes the breathalyzer test and it comes back negative,
meaning basically he's not abovethe legal limit.
Limit, right? So with that being said, I'm
going to tell you right now, your brother is not drunk.
He's high. That's why he's over here
rambling and telling you all of his business.
So as they're talking to the police, they had already

separated them. But the one officer, he's
pulling her sister to the back so she can talk because she's
looking at Mustafa like, bro, please don't come over.

He's like, yeah, I'll give you my card.

We can talk, right? So Mustafa, he comes over and
say, man, why are you calling the police on me?
Or was it mom and Dad? She's like, you're over here

right. So anyway, they they police
leave and most stop. Of course he leaves because he's

trying to be at this house at all right, because she just not

trying to be at the house because they were at her parents
house right. So they both leave.
They go to different ways right now, me, if I was a sister, I
wouldn't be going home, but I don't know where this I don't
know if this *** trying to follow me or what.
So I don't know where I would go, but I wouldn't be going
nowhere where he knew where I was at DME game.
So eventually, so eventually within the next couple of days,

the next couple of days, the sister contacts the police again
and she goes and she goes in forinterrogation.
She tells them, hey, yeah, my son, my brother say, yeah, I
hurt this lady. But she didn't he never went in
to the extent of how he how muchhe did hurt her.
There's a difference between hurting and killing somebody.
So she the police tell her what can we get your brother to come

in and make a statement and she said I will talk to him.
I will try, but I can't hold youany promises because you know
he's already been to jail. He knows how this shit works
right. So eventually she does agree
feel like fucking I'm going to talk to him.
I really want him. I want I want him to get help
right. So they eventually gets him to

come down to the police station right now in the fact the police
station, this nut he drives his car, bro.
He drives his car down there right?
And when they bring him in, theyask him how they went on the on
Christmas, right. He told him, hey, look, man,
what am I in info like negative homicide.

He said, man, I ain't got nothing to say.
So are you declining? He said, man, fuck y'all give me
a lawyer. And then he is arrested for
tampering with evidence in murder in the murder of Kim
Richardson. So I mean Richard.
So they go back and they go backand of course they take his card
in the evidence. And bro, it was blood everywhere

on the on the steering wheel andall over the driver's seat.
And then they finally make entryinto Kim's house, right?
They haven't seen him for a couple days and they also have
him custody now. So they go over there where they
find they find blood all over the house in the bedroom.
They find the fire pit, where isit burnt?

So he's being held in jail this whole time because this *** no,
he ain't going nowhere. And he like he never confessed

they find blood everywhere, 1/2 a pound of cocaine, some
sardines and and and a gas and agas can, right?

And when he goes to trial, he isconvicted of the murder, but not
capital murder. They just give him flat out

blue. I mean, he just kind of killed
her out the blue. It was like it wasn't
premeditated and like that it was just happening.

So they drive the van, Pernell and and Leah, they drive the van

Of course, they go get them somegas and Mustafa had already
drove the car to another spot. He told him to meet him there.
When they get there, they dousedinside of the car.
They doused outside of the car, right?
And hey, light that bitch on fire.
And after that shit, your boy Johnson, he gets the fuck out of

So Mustafa is driven to Saint Mary's Hospital where he's
getting treated for a leg wound.And they rush him into surgery
because he has been shot. I mean, he is shot in the thigh

veins and shit up in there. That's one of the like a lot of
people you can get down getting shot in the leg right now.
After that, she drops him off. She keeps going.
She like Hook this year, so now when one calls are coming in
autumn is called that there's been a break in in her house and
her husband has been shot and ofcourse police show up.

She's like, hey, my car is missing and we're missing shit
in this living room. A lot of steps is missing
because they don't they came in the house, went all the way
upstairs to the bedroom, shot him everything.
It's like they had a map, but it's like they had a layout of
the whole house. Like how gang do they know you
bro? Do they know?
You could have seemed like it seems to me that they only came
to kill you. How is that game?

people. She said she didn't even see
these guys. All he heard was voices and
shots being shot off. Right now witnesses, because I
mentioned it's crazy for it to have witnesses at 5:00 AM in the

police got there, because this happened about 444-3450

something like that in the morning, when the, when the
witnesses get there, I mean, when the police get there, they
start camping for witnesses and the witnesses from other houses,
they're like, well, I saw three people run up out the house.
I say, I think it was 2 black males and a third person.
But so they couldn't tell who the third person was, but they
said it was 2 black males and a third person.
But they said one of them was limping and jumped in the family
vehicle, right? So they're like, cool, OK, we're

getting somewhere, right? So they put APB out on the
missing vehicle and of course, Autumn give him the license
plate and stuff like that, right?
And it's, you know, Mustafa comes in with a gunshot wound.
He don't tell him that he clearly passes out.
He's rushed into surgery, right?So after surgery Mustafa wakes

up and he has been handcuffed tothe bed by the Rochester police
right? Because they got questions for
his ad right? Not to mention the nurses said
he smelt like burnt clothes and gasoline.
Oh my God the dump get Dumber. Hey, look, man, criminal ain't

smart, bro. They don't even, they don't even
play to win at this point, right?
So two days later, when he's when he's coherent in the

doctors and nurses say he's in stable condition to be released.
He is arrested and is charged with second degree murder, arson
of a vehicle and theft. Yeah, they don't put this
together pretty quick, right? Pretty quick.
But do you want to know why and how they got this found out so
(15:41):
fast? Well, just 24 hours before the
murder, Mostafa was one. Is one of them $40 specials
hotels with the one and only Autumn.
Yeah, he was in. He was in a hotel with Autumn

Richardson. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
This ain't his boot thing. She told him that I want my
husband out of my house. Not now, but right motherfuking
now. That *** got to go, right?
He got to go. I want to mount my shit right
now. She like here, here's the

unlocked. So of course they have taken
Adam into custody at this point because they have picked her.
Well, they haven't picked her upyet, but it was this was all
found out, right? So they haven't picked her up
yet, right? But she is eventually picked up

where she indeed pleads guilty and said that Your honor, excuse
me, I made a mistake and I will take this there and tell all
Mufasa's, I mean Mustafa's ass for taking my husband.
What? Hold up ho, you're going to take

the stand against the person youhired to kill your husband,
Mention while all the shit was going on in the bedroom, she
just got up and watched? Yeah, she didn't help her man.
And nothing. Me personally, I wouldn't even

been in that bedroom when that shit was going on.
I probably would have been already up and out of the way
and I'll probably just stand in the hall like he's in there
because I ain't going in there. Because one thing I tell y'all
*** can't shoot. Should have Bob just shot
himself in the leg. I mean, Mustafa just shot
himself in the leg with his own gun.

Yeah. So, so eventually just fed for a
little bit on Otto's part of theon Otto's part.
She end up, you know, she end uppleading guilty and all the
other extra shit, right? She ended up pleading guilty to
her part part is not the story is not over, but she ends up
pleading guilty to her part of this, right?

And she was given, she was givenhow many months she got.
She got like 150 months in jail,right?
So you do the math, right? But anyway, that's the end of
her story, gang. But yeah, 10 days later, they

finally make it to arrest Leah for her involvement.
And they claim that a yeah, you didn't do the murder, but you
definitely helped out because they said that she was the
getaway driver. They said that after that after
after they left the house, she she drove Pernell, took Johnson

to the gas station where they got the gas and they lit the car
on fire. And then again, she's not no
Bonnie. She's more many cash.
She said, yeah, I did this. I plead guilty.
I plead guilty and I will testify against Mustafa's ass in
court. Please don't send me to jail for
fucking life. And you know what?

They didn't? They didn't.
They didn't four months later inSeptember 2020, I mean in
September 2006, they end up giving her 20 years of
probation, 20 years of probation, right.
But not only that, in 2017, in 2017, she finishes the

probation, right? And not only did she just finish
the probation, they. The reason why they let her out
in 2017, which is only about 11 years later, is because they
moved her shit down to a misdemeanor and she was
released. Yeah, lady, this is This is why
I don't deal with snitches. Like, bro, how can you help do a

murder, help do a murder and then back door and say, hey, I'm
going to tell I, I, I, I, I don't want to go to jail for
this. Right?
Cool. Right.
So at this point, OK, so I don'tgave you Leah's part, she got
probation, I gave you auto port.She got jail time.
Now, moving forward, you know your boy, they didn't catch.

They didn't never. Now, Mustafa still in jail,
right? Because when he got there, he
didn't want to talk. He said I didn't do this, I
didn't do that. He just told him I ain't
talking, man, give me a motherfucking lawyer.
I ain't doing this shit. He's 22, but he already know
that he needs a lawyer and he ain't gonna talk.
He ain't been admit to nothing. Not to mention the other people
have already at this point, whenhe's giving his, when they're

talking to him, he don't know these people told.
But eventually it gets to him, right.
But you know, your boy Pernell, he was in the wind for like 2
months. I mean, for like a month.
I mean, no two months. Because they caught him in July.
They caught him July 8th. They caught him not July 8th.
Yeah. Yeah.
No, no, no, no. They caught him.

Yeah. They caught him on July 8th,
right? My mother's birthday.
They caught him July 8th, Right.But two days before they caught
him, Mustafa finds out that everybody's telling on him and
he pleads guilty to the murder. He pleads guilty to the murder.
And I'm starting to think that he dropped the dime on Johnson
(21:45):
because just three days later, that's when he arrests your boy,
Pernell Johnson. He got pulled over in the Twin
Cities in Minneapolis, and he was arrested on a murder warrant
in Olmsted County. And when they took him to jail,
he was like, yeah, I did this stuff with Mustafa.
But I'm telling you, like, rightnow, I'm will.
I will plead guilty and I will tell you everything you need to
know. I don't want to do this stuff.

Jail ain't for me, right? So yeah, he pleads guilty, too.
Like, damn, bro, your whole gangis telling on you, bro.
But no, your whole everybody, everybody that you a person that
recruit that pulled you into this, this telling on you, the

two people you brought with you to do this toll on you.
Bro, who needs enemies when you got friends like this, right?
So of course Mustafa is seeing the writing on the wall and you

know in April 20, I mean if 2017, he not in April of 2007,
in April of 2007, of course he plead guilty to the second
degree murder while committing Afelony.
And he was sentenced to 250 daysand I mean 50 months in prison.

And in Minneapolis you have to do 2/3 of your time before you
can be paroled. And he was given 348 days of
credit, $1000 fine and he has topay the family restitution of
four $400.65 for killing Corey. Now Johnson, of course, he plead

guilty too, since I mean everybody was willing to take a
stand on him. So everybody gets pleased
guilty, right? Johnson end up getting 141
months right in 2007, right? So of course your boy, everybody
does their time, right? And in 2020, Mustafa eventually

gets to see the free world againbecause According to him, he
don't like men, he likes women. Bro, you did a lot of time in
jail, son. You did a lot of time in jail,
son. And I can tell you some crazy
stories about jail. Do you hear me again?

Trust me, they like it in there.So in 2020, Mustafa his back
out, he back in these streets and you know, he goes back to
doing what he know and what doeshe know?

So he's back in these streets and he's been dating a lady by
the name of Kim Richards. Right now, him and Kim have
been. They have moved in and they're

out on coke. Yeah, he has.
He he has tore his family apart.The kids don't even live with it

back in order. She wants her sons back at the

We ain't going for this. Her oldest son is working at the
Waffle House trying to get his own coins because he can't
depend on mommy. Mommy is strung out and he says
he had to separate himself from that situation because mommy
needs time to herself to figure out where she want to be.
Does she want this family or does she want to be with this

friends tonight. She's going to stay over there
and bring in the Christmas with the with the with the with
friends and shit, right? But unbeknownst to them, she was
really going back to the house where her abusive coke Dillon
boyfriend is. Right?
So he meets her at the gas station so she can put $5 in her

car. Yeah, he meets there to put $5
in her car. Right.
And, you know, they leave, they head back to the crib, they get
over there, they start doing them some lines of cocaine,
right? And as I've told you before,
once they start doing them linescocaine, the clothes are coming

off. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We've been, it's Mr. Nasty time up in this bitch, right?
We've been some fucking going on, right?
So they get the fucking things get up, they done.
What can they do? More cocaine?
They go back at it again, but then you know, all of a sudden
an argument happened, right? And he starts beating Kim across

the head with a blunt object. I don't even know what the
object is because they never found it right?
But after he beats her with thisblunt object in her head in her
bed while she's butt ass naked, he pulls out the old gun bow
shot her in the neck through andthrough.

I see why you later do background checks but it's
apparent she didn't do one because this dude just got out
of jail for murder and you dating this guy?
Y'all had a long 2 year. I had a long two years of ass
whippings under y'all belt and this is the guy.

So now he has shot and killed Kim.
Now he picks up her dead body. Unlike homeboy from my my last
door that waited for the body tosettle.
He picks it up while she's stilldying and just throws her in his
car, right? Drives about 5 miles.
It's snowing, it's a Blizzard. He can barely see at night.

Say like fuck this, I'm gonna throw ass right here.
He gets out as dark as shit, throws her in a ditch, right?
Drags everybody from the ground to the ditch, right?
I mean, from the court to the ditch, right?
Blood all over his car, bro. Blood everywhere.

So he goes back to the house, snatches up all her clothes, all
her clothes, all her pictures make up to brush anything that
says she was at this house and he transferred it to this place
where people go, they have bonfires and or even fire pits.
He lights all that shit's on fire, right?
Then he backed those double backs to the house, right?

And he gets the mattress, which they never stated how he
transferred this mattress. So I'm just going to tell you
how I think he transferred this mattress.
I think he budgie corded that shit to the top of his Sonata.
Or was it a Hyundai? Oh, yeah, Hyundai is not.
Yeah yeah I know the kid. Whatever, he put it on his 4
door small car and he transferred that shit to the

same burn pit where he just burnt up all her shit and lights
that shit on fire too. Now bonfires are usually wood
and is usually people standing around these things, burning,
smoking, drinking, doing marshmallows and s'mores and
shit like this. But Nah, he's burning a
mattress, clothes, makeup to brushes, anything that says this

lady was ever at this house, right?
And then after he goes back, he just goes home and chills,
right? Mention he's already been seen
on camera at a gas station with the same clothes on because of
course he transferred her body butt naked, but he put on
clothes, right? And he changed his back into the
clothes that he was seen on camera, right?
So boom, he's gone. He's in the wind, right?

So we say right. So the very next morning,
because the white people still walk their dog in the driven
snow when it's a Blizzard outside, this lady is walking
her dog. I mean it was snow everywhere.
You could barely see anything. I don't even she had her dog
with it. Her dog is smelling something.
So she's of course it's a big ass Great Dane that's pulling
(32:46):
her ass. I don't know why people buy dogs
they can't control. So the dog pulls her to the body
and she screams like, what the fuck is that?
At first you think that maybe it's a deer, maybe it's a moose.
Shit, you know, after Minnesota,maybe it's a fucking moose.
Trust me, maybe it's a fucking moose.
Mousses are huge, right? So, so she calls 911, say, hey,

I think I found a dead body. So police show up.
And then she's like, I'm scared out of my mind.
I've never seen a dead body on the side of the road, right?
So they talked to her and she was like, I was just walking.
My dog started barking crazy andpulling me to this to this body
and she was like, I guess he caught the sin or whatever and
he just pulled me up on it, right?
So she gives them all her information and they eventually
(33:30):
identify the body as Kim Richards, right?
So they all, they go and notify her son, who's at the Waffle
House. He breaks down crying.
He's like, yeah, she has an abusive boyfriend named Mustafa.
I think he sells cocaine, but I don't really know.
But I know for a fact him and mymother does it.
That's why I'm not at the house no more.
That's why we don't have a relationship right now because
she's choosing to be with this guy and we don't like it, right?
(33:55):
So at this moment, they want to talk to Mustafa.
Mustafa can't be found, right? So the very next day, a phone
call comes in from Mustafa's sister.
Mustafa's sister calls her saying, hey man, my brother's
over here drunk. Can y'all please come get him at
my house? The police show up, right?
And they and they could make contact with Mustafa and his
sister, right? They asked Mustafa has he been
(34:16):
drinking? He said, yeah, I've been
drinking a little bit, but I ain't drunk.
I don't know why anybody would call you telling him I was
drunk, right? So they separate Mustafa from
his sister now. His sister said, yeah, man, I
think he's drunk. He came up here tripping.
And one more thing, he told me he hurt his girlfriend and she's
like she told him she she thinkshe heard.
She says he told me he heard hisgirlfriend right now, I don't
(34:40):
they never said if she knew thatKim was dead.
But she's already been seeing the news about a local, a body
man found in a ditch, right? And of course she sees the
address of where they say this body was.
And she also realizes that that's not that far from
Mustafa's house. Now, I don't know what kind of
relationship she has with Kim, but she said she heard from Kim,
(35:00):
right? But in retrospect, can you
really keep up with somebody that's on Coke?
So them not answering the phone,hell, they could have traded the
phone for some of that coke. Guyena, you hear me?
So meanwhile, she is, as she's talking to the police, they
(35:25):
decide to give your boy a breathalyzer test, right?
He takes the breathalyzer test and it comes back negative,
meaning basically he's not abovethe legal limit.
Limit, right? So with that being said, I'm
going to tell you right now, your brother is not drunk.
He's high. That's why he's over here
rambling and telling you all of his business.
So as they're talking to the police, they had already
(35:47):
separated them. But the one officer, he's
pulling her sister to the back so she can talk because she's
looking at Mustafa like, bro, please don't come over.
Please don't come and say, can Ihave your card?
He's like, yeah, I'll give you my card.
Just send me the text. We can meet up.
We can talk, right? So Mustafa, he comes over and
say, man, why are you calling the police on me?
Or was it mom and Dad? She's like, you're over here
acting crazy. I just don't want you to be
(36:08):
anymore. Any more trouble.
I mean, you, you just got out ofprison.
I don't want to see you go back.I just want you to be a good
person and you know be right. You're going to go to hell
right. So anyway, they they police
leave and most stop. Of course he leaves because he's
not under influence. She leaves because she ain't
trying to be at this house at all right, because she just not
(36:31):
trying to be at the house because they were at her parents
house right. So they both leave.
They go to different ways right now, me, if I was a sister, I
wouldn't be going home, but I don't know where this I don't
know if this *** trying to follow me or what.
So I don't know where I would go, but I wouldn't be going
nowhere where he knew where I was at DME game.
So eventually, so eventually within the next couple of days,
(36:51):
the next couple of days, the sister contacts the police again
and she goes and she goes in forinterrogation.
She tells them, hey, yeah, my son, my brother say, yeah, I
hurt this lady. But she didn't he never went in
to the extent of how he how muchhe did hurt her.
There's a difference between hurting and killing somebody.
So she the police tell her what can we get your brother to come
(37:12):
in and make a statement and she said I will talk to him.
I will try, but I can't hold youany promises because you know
he's already been to jail. He knows how this shit works
right. So eventually she does agree
feel like fucking I'm going to talk to him.
I really want him. I want I want him to get help
right. So they eventually gets him to
(37:34):
come down to the police station right now in the fact the police
station, this nut he drives his car, bro.
He drives his car down there right?
And when they bring him in, theyask him how they went on the on
Christmas, right. He told him, hey, look, man,
what am I in info like negative homicide.
(37:56):
He said, man, I ain't got nothing to say.
So are you declining? He said, man, fuck y'all give me
a lawyer. And then he is arrested for
tampering with evidence in murder in the murder of Kim
Richardson. So I mean Richard.
So they go back and they go backand of course they take his card
in the evidence. And bro, it was blood everywhere
(38:16):
on the on the steering wheel andall over the driver's seat.
And then they finally make entryinto Kim's house, right?
They haven't seen him for a couple days and they also have
him custody now. So they go over there where they
find they find blood all over the house in the bedroom.
They find the fire pit, where isit burnt?
A burnt out mattress still therewith also women clothes, women
(38:38):
clothes, mirrors, everything that has to deal with her.
It's all kind of women accessories out there, right?
So he's being held in jail this whole time because this *** no,
he ain't going nowhere. And he like he never confessed
anything. He, he takes this shit to trial.
He takes this shit to cry. Now in the car they find more,
(39:02):
they find blood everywhere, 1/2 a pound of cocaine, some
sardines and and and a gas and agas can, right?
First of all, why the gas can still here?
Why? And why the gas can you what?
You should have been lighting onfire after you lit all the other

shit on fire. What is your car?
You should have set all that shit on fire.
Because he sits there. He sit, he sits in jail until
trial, right? He sits there until trial.
And when he goes to trial, he isconvicted of the murder, but not
capital murder. They just give him flat out

murder. They're saying that he did not
plan this out. He didn't just kill her out the
blue. I mean, he just kind of killed
her out the blue. It was like it wasn't
premeditated and like that it was just happening.
They just look, he didn't plan this shit out.
It just happened. Yeah, well gang.

I still want to do too much editing, but I did find out how

convicted and he got a life in prison.
