So yeah. So for a couple days he is
riding around and pull the tags off.
He's parking the car across the street, but now the police are
getting went to this or getting went into this car because they
got no tags on it and it's missing, right?
They've already identified the body as John Wall, right?
So about four days later, because they have been watching
him because they they seen the car.

The hell they got the BP gasoline gas BP gas stations
footage. What it was car the car was
right because of course it's APBon on the on the car because the
car is missing right. The car is missing the phone
missing all that right now the crazy part is Jacob says that

Sergio will keep the cast full. We'll keep kept kept the car
full him caught and his other partner cardio Archie and Willie
Moore and and goddamn Jacob. They were just out joyride in
this car. It ain't got no tags, no
stickers. They got nothing.
He don't put everything out off the car.

So anyway, the offline bulletinsout.
They see they finally catch up with Sergio and they say hey, it
wouldn't. Finally, when the police finally
catch up to Sergio, they asked him, well, they catch up with
him and Jacob. They asked him and Jacob, they
want to talk to Jacob, to ask him a did you know a man named
John Wall? Because we've been hearing like
(27:20):
we've been hearing that you've been traveling in a car that we
think it's his and people, plenty of people said they've
seen you in it. And he said, man, I don't know
what y'all talking about. You took off money.
Now Jacob, he takes off money too.
What about you? Didn't do what?
So what you running for? Right?

So these two fools is running. But you gotta remember homeboy
running on burnt feet. They say they call him in 100
yards. Tackled him, tackled him.
It was grass. All in that, all in that, all in
them box. Brave.
They snatched him up in the restroom, taking downtown,
right? And when they get into the
interrogation, this is when the story stopped making sense.
(28:07):
They asked Sergio, hey, man, howdo you take car?
Hey, man, somebody let me. Somebody let me use it.
It say who? And he got no tags on it.
And he got no tags on it. Who?
He said, man, I'm just gonna be honest with you.
This guy tried to rape me. He said who, man, I don't know
his name, all of those. So I say, so tell us what

happened. Sergio says I'm walking down the
street. I got my booty shorts on and my
hair down and I got my own wife beat all in this see through,
right? And he says he's just walking
down the street and he says he says that he could this is a
quote. And when me and see me, they
always think I'm a woman. And I'm gonna tell you right now
that's a damn lie. That is a damn lie.

So anyway, he's selling the story.
The two cops look at each other like lying on the money.
So he wasn't say he says that John Wall because he don't know
the name yet. He says a guy just says, hey,
can you help me right in Sergio sister and tell him I like to
help people. How the fuck you gonna help
people? You ain't got no you.
You ain't got no car. You got no house, you got no
(29:13):
phone, but you just walk on the street at night and some say hey
man, can you help me? What?
And you go to the car, huh? I guess you stupid.
Anyway, this is this is Sergio'sinterrogation, right?
He says when he walks up to the car.
He says when he walks up the car, he sticks his head in the
car, right? And John says no.
(29:34):
And John just grabs him by his weave and try to pull him in.
And all he sees is all he sees is John little Dick in a knife.
And John is holding him by his head and ramming his head into
the inside the window like I'm trying to like knock him out.
So he take the ass right? And that's when he say he
grabbed a brick from under the car and went busting across the

head. Now I don't know how tall Sergio
is, but I don't know bro. Like how he did the brick was
apparently supposedly upon the car.
I'm starting to think Sergio walked up with that brick,
right? Anyway, anyway, Sergio sits up
there. He said I just grabbed a brick

and I saw a beating across here.123 He said he beat him about 10
times, right? He's I ain't gonna be raped no
more. I ain't gonna be raped no more,
right? And said he's actually beat him
with the brick. He snatched him out the car
threw him in the back seat. But he said he kept the knife
just in case he needed it. Right.
This still don't make sense. So he drives off and he's
heading to the BP and he throws the brick out.
But Hola breath. So you beat him with the brick,
(30:41):
you pick the brick back up me, put in the car with you, and
then you keep the knife too. But then as you're driving off,
you throw the brick out the car.What?
OK, cool. We'll go with it.
So after that, he says, yeah, I go to the BP's gas station.
I took the money out his pocket and I went and got some gas.
Not putting in a detergent bottle.
A son. A son that son.
Detergent that will cheat detergent.
I mean, it's not cheap, but is it cheap?

I ran. I know what you want to talk
about anyway, so he said he fills that up.
He drive mode in the Marcus point.
When he gets to Marcus point. He said homeboy tried to choke
him out from the back seat, which hell, I've been trying to
choke your ass out too. Look, you ain't you ain't give
me the service I was calling to pay for and you don't what my
ass and stole my call. And that's when we said we took
him over to my point man with alcohol lit, lit, lit John on

fire. But in again, his ass caught on
fire to look here, man in interrogation, the damn
detective, even snack snacker, like that's what your ass get.
That's what you ask it. And it was like, so so he's
like, man, look, and I really been he said, I can't even sleep
right now, man. It's like all I do is see his
face. I've been seeing his face for

days. And he was like, OK, that's what
happens. That's what happens, bro.
You kill somebody. But he was like, yeah, man.
But I've been really going through some mental stuff.
I've been suffering with mental illness since I was a child and
it's a menu. Anything you say else to say
because we're gonna wrap this shit up, right?

So they wrapped it up, arrest him for murder, taking me in a
couple days later they bring in Jacob.
Now they had Jacob. What do you know about this
murder? He said no, no shit about this
murder. He tell me shit about it.
I just know I wasn't there with his monkey ass deal.
Whatever the fuck they said he did right, they said OK, so wow,
how did he how did he call you the other day?
Because they already talked to him.
(32:28):
He already told him he called Jacob and all the other same but
Jacob never showed up gonna findout Jacob say he didn't think
where was that? So I figured that his apartment
he said, well, why did you figure out the department?
Because he called me. He doesn't have a phone and just
figured he was at the house and somebody there.
He called somebody else's phone and he said not only that he
said that Sergio always called block.
Man, who the hell answers block calls bro, You trying to tell me

he calls you block all the time and you answer meant no, you
can't call me with my number. I answer no block calls bro.
If your number is blocked on my home, you you might as well not
call 'cause I ain't answering. So Jake up in there talking
about man, I had nothing to do with this.

He said he called me. I wrote in the called him a
couple days. I don't know.
I don't know what all he said, but I wasn't there and they
confirmed him. Well, he said, well, Sergio
never said you was there, but Sergio did say he called you.
We just trying to make sure thatyou ain't get yourself into some
shit that's gonna come back to bite you later, right?

He said, we're not trying to getyou in there, that you're not
gonna have nothing. It's gonna come back to you
later, right. So sorry, was like, I mean,
Jacob, I didn't do nothing. I I look man, he said man, look,
he said all I know is he called me in a panic, but he didn't
tell me where was that or what happened in what he's been
really paranoid because he says he got raped a couple years ago.

He says Jacob says I don't know how true it is because he is
very, very he's just full of drama.
It's always something. So I'm not surprised what goes
on when he's by himself. So I don't know.
I don't know right. So they let him go and they end
up talking to Willie Moore her who said no, I wouldn't win my
role in the car couple times with hell.
I know the car was stolen. I just figured I'll I don't

know. We got the call from and like so
you, but you wrote in it. I mean, yeah, we went out to the
club and stuff. He's like, OK, so anyway, they
hold your boy in jail, no bond. They release Jacob 'cause he
wasn't arrested. And they keep your boy Sergio,
right? They bring Sergio in another
couple months later and he's he comes in there any cost confirm
He said, Hey, man, I mean I talked a little bit of my family

and they saying that you y'all trying to implement saying that
I said it Jacob with me. Now I'm telling you Jacob mean
do this. It was just me and myself.
I like I told you, I called Jacob.
He he answered, but I I burnt upbefore he could meet up with me.
He was like, OK, who's telling you that?
He said Cordell and Willie mention Cordell and Willie is
the dumb ass is one of the Cordell of the friend.
Willie is the cousin and they were the ones that was with him

when he was over there, the dragclub shaking his ass, his burnt
ass, right, right. So anyway, anyway, they end up
taking this shit to trial, right?

But before trial started, your boy acted a plum fool and they

want to get him evaluated, right?
They want to get him evaluate itbecause he was acting such a
fool. They want to make sure that he
know what the hell he got going on, right?
Right. So so how is he goes to the he

goes to a psychologist, right? And they sit up here and say,
hey, he is not they like, hey, he's not really competent for
trial, right? They saying he not really
competent for trial, right? But they like, oh hell no, hell

no. That was on March 20th, 2013,
right? And the jail, Oh hell no, Hell
no, hell no. So he was talking, he talked
about Doctor Birmingham, right? And he's like, man, I don't
think he's competent, right? So like, oh, hell no, we're
gonna send him to get a second opinion and he goes to the
second doctor and the second doctor say, oh, he's competent.
(36:27):
He's just full of shit. He talks about how he's seeing
demons and he believes in voodooand all the other shit.
He's saying all this crazy shit thinking that's how to deal, but
it ain't gonna work. He knew what the fuck he was
doing, Jana. He knows what the fuck he was
doing. So anyway, they take him to
trial, right? They take him to trial and when
he gets home that he has no morelong weave and none of this
(36:47):
stuff. He didn't grew up to a he grew
up to a Afro and he just got to braid it back now.
But he's probably still the limelight in the jailhouse.
Because if you know jail dudes, like I know jail dudes, look
here. If your man is in and out of
jail one year, 2 year, three-year, five year.

stand on. He he has no legs.

So after the three day, four daytrial, they found this dude

guilty, 1st degree murder and hewas sentenced to life in prison.
And then he appeals and he has granted a second trial in 2016,
which is a it really amazed me they grant him a second trial
when he came back with no, no, no more evidence.
Bro you confessed, you confessedyou want 1 you confessed you

stole this man car. The way you killed him was
gruesome 'cause you made him drink alcohol and then you lit
him on fire which caught yourself on fire and yeah I mean

on fight. He said he was running, running,

running until he finally just stopped.
