there to Timothy and start performing CPR.

And when ambulance get there, they have picked him up and
transported him to Medical University of South Carolina

He is shot about five times and he has hit Timothy in the back
multiple times. Yeah, Timothy has stumbled to

his front doorsteps and failed. And Shannon, the gang, they hop
on their bikes and get the fuck out of Dodge.
Yeah, they get the hell up out of there.
Hey, maybe I Google it. Sort of whooping feet
immediately they got the hell upout of there right now one of
the persons, the witness that saw this go down has ran over
there to Timothy and start performing CPR.

Yes, they start performing CPR, right, because they saw what
happened. So they remember I tried to save
the CPR and they call the and they call the ambulance, right.
And when ambulance get there, they have picked him up and
transported him to Medical University of South Carolina
where where Timothy has died. Yes, Timothy has died helping

his girlfriend move in right nowduring this your boy, your boy,
your boy Shannon, he's he's hiding out watching the news him
and the game. They have separated.
He didn't went back to the crib.He just watching out right now.
People have already described the guy that did this shooting.

They said he was a black guy, young guy.
He had a very distinctive Louis Vuitton hat right right.
So as the days go by, because hehasn't been arrested, but
Shannon his diminishing, but Tim, but Timothy has died,
right? And it's going all around the
city. People are calling this a hate

crime, right? They're calling us a hate crime.
So they got all points bulletin on this guy.
They don't know his name, but they got pictures of him.
It was on the news. The shooting was they played the
shooting on the news. They got a good clear picture of
him and his homeboy, right? So they don't find, they don't

find Shannon for about 5 days, right?
But during those five days they had, they had a fundraiser at
his, at Timothy, that Timothy job, the darling Oyster, right?
And the people that his coworkers over there said, oh,
man, he was a valued employee and we're going to miss him.

I was a what? Look at me.
These jobs don't love you, bro. They held a visual like five
days after five days after, fivedays after he died.
The best thing they said, well, he's a valued employee.
And what now? There was also a Facebook, a

Facebook event posted called Timo's Daughter where it raised
almost 7 grand in a couple days to help the family and shit.
So you know, the city is supported, but the city is
divided. The city is very divided, right,
Because this is 2019. Trump is in the White House in

South Carolina has been on bullshit.
The already member when all those protesters was walking
down the street in South Carolina and people got ran over
and all the other extra shit. We had all those Trump
supporters with the khaki pants on and mask on and and and then
holding flags and and Shields and all that shit.
Yeah, this is the same damn area.

But anyway, they started how they held a protest.
They held a protest to stop the violence protest because they
were saying that South Carolina has been very violent in 2019.
Not to mention South Carolina had a budgeting going on.
They had hate crimes, education issues, and redistricting

issues. Hate crime was that they had
recently had a man plead guilty to obstruction of justice for
trying to stop the investigationof a murdered transgender black
person. Right now that was a big issue.
Because you tell you right now them Trump, them Trump supported
me like a transgender my ass. Are you a man or you're a woman?
So he ain't going for that shit.So that was a big issue and kept

that city on edge. And then on top of that, they
had the education issues and education issues.
I know all of y'all heard about this part because this was when
this is when they started doing all the censorship when they
denied all the advancement placement African American
studies and also started limiting the amount of black

authors that could be in public schools in South Carolina.
Oh yeah they was on some bullshit this thing South
Carolina. Y'all do realize them them boats
came in through y'all right Yeah*** been at a whole time gang
and didn't had to redistricting issue.
The crazy part about the redistricate issue was that the
Supreme Courts have ruled that they cannot review maps for for

to see what's in the area like basic put like this, they want
to redistrict these areas where they could make sure that it
works best for them. It's basically like, you know
how black people be like, hey, man, that you get invited to a
party and then you first thing you say is who over there?
Yeah, basically they want to know who was over there before
we before we come, basically. So if it's a bunch of black shit

going on there, they don't want to put that good stuff over
there. And the Supreme Court said, no,
that is illegal and you cannot do it.
And that was a big issue still to this day 24, I'm guaranteed
they're going to try it again. But you had all this going on on
top of this, they saying that this black, this black dude
killed Timothy, I mean, killed the Shannon.
I mean, yeah, Shannon killed Shannon killed Timothy with a

But anyway, that is what's goingon right now.
Anyway, they had held a press conference saying we're trying
to find, we're trying to find this guy.
He's been identified as Shannon Johnson and they are looking for
him. But the crazy part, they have
already identified the people that was in the video, little
riding bikes with him and they have all snitched on your boys

like a man. I had nothing to do that.
I rode with him. But when he started shooting and
all the other shit, man, I got the fuck up out of there right
sold of the sold on the 13th of August they go arrest 13th
August 2018. They go and arrest Shannon
Johnson. They bring his dad down to
interrogation right? And when they get interrogation
they ask Shannon, hey man, how you been?

Do you own a bike? He said I had a bike shit I got
to buy no more. They said well do you own a gun?
He like hell no, no gun. Why?
Why you asking me these questions?
They like Sir. They like Sir.
Stop playing stupid with us. We've seen the video.

It's been all over the news. It's been all over the news.
We hear that you like you have avery distinctive expensive hat
that you love wearing and we have been able to identify it on
video. He was like, look at man, I
don't know what you're talking about.
I ain't kill nobody. I wasn't there and get the fuck

out of here with that bullshit. What So they say, well they they
ask him what is the conversationover?
He's like, no, we can talk because I ain't did nothing.
And he said, well, we have you on video shooting a gun at a
person that is now dead. He said, man, y'all ain't got me
on no video. I wasn't even in that area.
Y'all y'all just on the bullshit.
Y'all just trying to play. I just want to blame another
black man for another white man getting killed.

That ain't got nothing to do with me, right?
And they'll tell him like, Sir, this is not going to get you
nowhere. He's like, look, man, I ain't do
it, bro, They said. So they show him a lineup, not a
lot. They show him the dead body of
of Timothy, right? He said, man, I don't know what
the fuck that is. I don't know who the fuck that
is. That means shit, that shit.

I don't know that guy from a canof paint.
And then they slide him a picture of him.
He said, who was that? He said that's you.
He said that's not me. That's dude anyone built like
me. Look, that dude all skinny and
shit and I look like she look, he's short and shit.
He didn't look, he looked tall. He like, man, that's not me.
Look, I'm smaller than that. My face, you can't even see my
you can't even see the face on there.
That's not me, dog. It's like, OK, what about the

clothes, the bike and the hat? He said, man, look, everybody
got hats like that. And it was like, do everybody
have Louis Vuitton hats like that?

And then they slide him some more pictures of what said what?
Who was that guy? Because that guy said this is
you. And he said, I don't know why

yeah, Shannon is 18, Shannon is 18, running around with a gun in
tight ass skinny jeans, right? So their interrogate and showed

us a story so you can try to save yourself.
Cuz right now you look like a cold blooded killer that kills
somebody for absolutely nothing.He said.
First of all, I didn't kill nobody but I guarantee you

recorded the entire shooting, the entire shooting.
They got a close up of his face and he looked up right in the
eye and said, you got me fucked up, That ain't me.
And then they said, OK, well, look here, we'll be back.

We're gonna let you recollect your thoughts.
And then we're gonna come back. We're gonna come back in here
and we're gonna try this again. But let me tell you, like now,
when I come back in here, everything will be the same,
nice guy. So you better get your story
together because when we come back in here, it will be the
last time we come in. And after that you will be going
to jail. Now, homeboy, they let him sit

in there about an hour, let him sit in there about an hour and
Stu and they came back. I asked him, OK, now where were
you again on August, On August 8th he said man look, I was

riding a bike, but I mean I wasn't over there in the area.
He said, dude, this is you righthere on camera.
This is you. He was like man, prove to me,
show me all the stuff y'all got.And I'm like dude, we can't show
you all the stuff we got, we need you to tell us where you
been. And he was like, hey, man, he's
like, look, bro, I was not there.

I was not there. That was not me.
So he sat up there and said thatwasn't me.
Those people are lying. Like, hey, man, we got three
guys that have said they were with you and you did this shit.
These people do not want to be accomplices.
Therefore, when we tracked them down, they told us that it was
you. Everybody says you had that

Louis Vuitton hat. Everybody said that's your bike.
Everybody said that's you. They pointed you out on
Facebook. They pointed you out on
Instagram. They said this is you.
So are you going to tell us all these people are lying?
He was like, OK, fuck it. Yeah, I was there.
He called me a *** He say what? Yeah, he called me a nick.

And it was like, how did he callyou?
Why? Why would he call it out of the
blue? He said, I don't know, racist?
He said, well, in the video we see you turn around and come
back towards him. You did not have to engage.
You actually passed him up. You didn't have to turn around.
He's like, yeah, but I'm gonna let nobody disrespect me.

You might be talking to me crazy.
So yeah, I turned around. We got in each other's face.
His bitch got slapped. But I was scared for my life.
Like, Sir, how are you scared with life when they're walking
away and you're walking behind them with the gun?

He was shot in the back, Sir. He was like, look, I don't wanna
talk no more. Give me a fucking lawyer.
And at that point he was arrested.
He was arrested, yes. They arrested him for murder and
possession of a firearm. And he was took his ass to jail

in the very next day. He was denied bond and he stayed
his ass in jail until a trial, right.
And when and when the trial cameup, they presented him with all
the evidence. Now his mother and dad are in in
(19:35):
attendance. And of course, there was like,
my son didn't do this. My son is young.
It's not a hate crime. Please don't take me from take
my son away from us. I mean, I understand he got an
answer for his crime, but I mean, he's young.
He, he, he, he didn't know what he was doing.
He got emotional. This, that and the other.
Hey, man, his parents knew better.

This dude is 18 black with a good.
Shadow white man, Sir, you can kind of see how this is playing
out. So they had plenty of witnesses.
They had about 10 witnesses saying that that tempting was a
was a good guy. He's a family man.
He was a sous chef. Everybody loved him.

He was a valued employee. He has family and friends around
him. He was just moving his
girlfriend in. He's just all around good guy.
He's not a racist. I've never heard him say the
word Nick in his life. And I want to stop you right
there. I ain't even nobody.
Then he said that nobody that you can pick any race you want
to, but they definitely said ***Definitely said it before yes so

during trial they basically saidthey said that this guy is out
of control he's riding he's riding around on a bike with a
gun with his friends. All his friends has turned their
back on him and told him becausethey wanted to save their own
ass and basically they didn't have to say they all they do.
One of the parts is hell, I mean, outside of the one dude
slapping and what his girlfriend.

Hell, that's that's the only thing that actually transfer
after that that they could have gotten hit the other guy in
trouble, But I'm I'm pretty surewith him coming forward and tell
him the AI had nothing to do with this.
Amen. I'll be this that the other, but
I don't want to be charged and then I don't want to be hit with
no assault for slap shit out of a bitch.
That's ain't what I want right. So anyway, the trial only lasted
(21:26):
a couple days, right. The trial only lasted a couple
days. In the solicitor on Charlotte
Wilson of the Charleston jury, they found Shannon Johnson
guilty of murder and possession of a weapon during a violent
crime. Yeah, found him guilty.
(21:47):
Now, this could land your boy injail for 30 years to life,
right? But in the end, they just say
Amen, homeboy. Stand up.
Rise for you, boy. You have been sentenced to 50
years in jail. And then the the the judge said
(22:10):
this is a case in this case is ashining example of the serious
accountability we said when community community works with
us and with the law enforcement to solve cases.
The community video evidence wascritical to getting his
conviction. When I tell you all this shit
(22:31):
was on camera, dog, like the news and this how you know on
the news, you know, like you're gonna play like certain stuff.
But since they didn't show him actually hitting Timothy with
the bullets and bullets falling down, that's why they were able
to play the whole video on the news.
On the video on the news, they showed him pull the gun out.
(22:53):
They pull the gun out, stand up there and shoot.
So you see him shooting Bah Bah,Bah, Bah Bah.
Then you see him and his homeboys just hop on a bike and
ride off into the sunset. They showed the whole video.
And the only reason why they showed the whole video is
because they you never saw a body hit the ground.
So in actuality, it could be like, baby, you showed him
shooting it some shit, right, Which they can always play that.
(23:14):
But that was seen all over the the, the the world.
I mean, not the word of the country.
Everybody saw this. Charleston was going through a
bunch of bullshit in 2019. So this I help him.
No way right now. Timothy's mother, not Tim.
Yeah. Timothy's mother got there and
spoke, right. She said, I'm happy that justice
(23:37):
was served. My son didn't deserve to die.
This is a It's sad that a young man has to go spend 50 years of
his life in jail for his actions.
But he got what he deserved. And then his brother got there
and said, he said when? When my my brother died, I lost
(23:58):
a piece of me. I haven't been the same since.
Now after all of that, they let him, Shannon get up and speak
and he say, hey, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to kill him.
What was he meaning to do? Do you was shooting at him what
we were trying to do, injuring, But what, like what would you be
(24:19):
shot five times? Bro?
You was definitely trying to kill somebody.
Yeah, you're probably trying to shoot her too, 'cause they was
both walking to the they was both walking into the crib when
you shot him, right? It was both walking into the
crib when you shot him. Dude, look at man Johnson's
parents. They sit there beside him and

they kept pleading for mercy. Have mercy on my son.
Your Honor, please don't send myson to jail forever.
He's only 18. Please give him a chance at
life. Please don't let him.
Don't let him wither away in prison.
Prison is no it's not the place for people.
And the judge wasn't hearing none of that shit.

Your son is 18 year old riding around with a gun shooting,
shooting at people with with 20 witnesses.
He is a reckless. He didn't care nothing about
nobody's safety. He's out here doing what the
hell he wanted to do and and then he hit for 5-6 days and

then he got the interrogation and still told that it wouldn't
him. It only took the IT took them
hours to get him set to finally admit when he knew he was
caught. Your son has no regards of life.
And for that he will spend the rest of his life in jail.
Now he's like by the time trust what he was 19 right?
So he won't when he get out of jail he will be 69 if he doesn't
