In this bonus episode, we introduce Colleen and have her talk about the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act ("PLCAA"). We originally brought up the PLCAA two weeks ago in the Runaway Jury episode, but Colleen has much more experience with it than the rest of the hosts.
