Being in the present isn't easy because some of us are constantly worried about what happened yesterday and what might happen tomorrow...but we don't stop to realize that those things are not happening in the present moment. Right now, we are here, listening to this podcast or reading these words and all is ok. It is at this time that we should focus on what we are manifesting as though we have already manifested it. In one of my last episodes, I spoke about cutting down negative self chatter-this episode piggybacks on that as sort of a reminder to you.
