Diagnosed with ADHD in her mid twenties, host Raelene Sebastian created the NYNT Podcast (thanks to hyperfixation) to connect with the people in this community and to reflect and learn about her own diagnosis. Each episode delves into a range of topics related to neurodivergence, highlighting the unique experiences and challenges faced by real people. Not Your Neurotypical Podcast aims to create an informative, supportive and safe space for neurodivergent individuals and their allies to connect, learn, and grow together. This is a passion project for all things nice and neurospice!
