My guest on the podcast this week is Keith Boykin. Keith and I chat about his new book "Quitting." In our conversation Keith and I discuss how a desire for freedom and the space to live and enjoy life has lead him and so many of us to "quit" the traditional model of working and to find the courage to chart our own unique path through life. We talk about preparing for change, leaning into your vision for your own life and the role of freedom as the motivator for the choice to quit.
It's an important conversation that provides insight into all the various forms that quitting can take and how quitting isn't just about leaving a job, but how it is often necessary to divorce one's self from situations, people, and relationships that no longer serve us.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
