A House Is Not A Home: how we can fight homelessness

We often take a lot of things for granted because we’re so used to them, like the food we eat or even having a roof over our heads. But too many people lack access to these basic essentials, and it’s time for that to change. That’s why on this episode of NowThis Kids, host Naomi Wadler is talking about homelessness, and how we can all come together to fight it. We talk to Jakhil Naeem Jackon who at 8 years old, created “Project I Am” – a nonprofit organization that spreads awareness of homelessness and helps those in need.  What is a “home” to you?
