Our self-image is greatly influenced by the repeated messages and images we received as children about ourselves from others. As adults, we have the ability to discard destructive beliefs that hinder our vision.

Gina Ellis, Motherless Daughters Ministry (MDM) volunteer,  shares one of her blogs, "Unveiled Faces," about a routine day that turned out to be very special.  She tells about her healing from "years of self-deception and gives an update on what followed that experience since writing the blog.

I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before.
