Diet Rehab is a concept developed by Ramona Lehadus, a Nutritionist and Metabolic Disorder Specialist. Ramona helps her clients by focusing and giving attention to their metabolic syndrome, autoimmune disorders and poor digestive issues. She works with them to help make permanent lifestyle changes based on whole foods and ancestrally appropriate eating. Ramona first studied environmental sciences, but because of her own health issues, she changed careers and became a nutritional therapist, not only to help herself, but her fiancé at the time, who had cancer. She also earned a Master’s degree in human nutrition and metabolic disorders. In our conversation, Ramona discusses why we need to look at what we eat so we have the knowledge and power over our own health.
