Nutritional Revolution Podcast with Kyla Channell, MSc

The Nutritional Revolution (NR) podcast was created by founder Kyla Channell to bridge the gap between everyday nutrition advice and the specialized fueling strategies endurance athletes need to perform at their best. Recognizing the confusion surrounding when, what, and how to fuel, Kyla set out to cut through the noise, exploring the science behind nutrition and hydration for athletes straight from the researchers themselves, as well as through the real-world experience of elite and professional athletes across a wide range of endurance sports. Kyla believes that anyone, regardless of age, weight, or current challenges, can make meaningful changes to improve their health, enhance performance, and move closer to their goals with the right education, support, encouragement, and guidance. On this podcast, we go beyond food and nutrition to uncover the evidence-based strategies that help athletes perform, recover, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
