Esta semana eu ouvi a seguinte frase: a gestão de projetos (Project Management) não é mais necessária, dada a volatilidade atual. Outra pessoa, na mesma conversa, argumentava justamente o contrário, dizendo que PM será mais importante do que nunca no futuro. Ouvi ainda uma discussão ferrenha entre defensores do PM tradicional (waterfall), e das metodologias ágeis (Agile). Essa 'briga' é antiga, mas vale ser explorada.
