Hoje vou falar o feedback, em um contexto profissional. Escolhi este tema porque, tipicamente, é no início do ano que boa parte das empresas fazem uma tradicional parada para avaliação e feedback de seus colaboradores.
Este é um momento que acaba gerando um misto de emoções nas pessoas. Desde expectativas por um feedback positivo, que poderá implicar em uma movimentação de área ou até uma promoção, até emoções bastante negativas como ansiedade, angústia, e nervosismo, antecipando um potencial feedback negativo, e as suas consequências.
