Hello Everyone! Thank you so much for your patience while I took a break from the podcast to apply to grad school. I am now in the waiting game to see what schools I will get into so the podcast is back! It took me a little while to get my inspiration for the podcast back, but I went on a backpacking trip with work a couple of weeks ago and now my inspiration is back. Today's episode talks all about the trip and how easy it can be to connect to nature. I hope you all enjoy it!
