The Dean and his guests discuss how Rider's Latinos in College program and the NJ Governor's Hispanic Fellows Program illustrate the theme for 2024’s Hispanic Heritage Month, “Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together.” All three guests share their insights about how programs like these help to build a community and pipeline of Hispanic professionals.
