Dealing With Depression

**I do want to insert a trigger warning. I never want my content to make someone feel uncomfortable or put them in a bad headspace. So, if discussing depression makes you uncomfortable, this might not be the episode for you. I have 26 others that I think you'll enjoy! 

I'm vibing our deep conversations, so today we're going to have another. I want to talk about depression. I'm someone who has dealt with depression for years. I think in recent years, we've brought more light to mental health struggles. However, we don't talk enough about it! It's important to keep the conversations going. We're still living through unprecedented times, which can take a toll on anyone's mental health. I'm going to be sharing some of the things I do to help with depression. This is a judgement-free zone! So, grab something comforting. You already know I have a fresh cup of coffee.
