Ben Spies won three AMA Superbike Championships in a row, went overseas and won a World Superbike Championship in his first attempt, and then went on to have a successful, if not injury shortened MotoGP career, winning a race in the process. Since his retirement in 2013, Spies has remained active in racing as a riding coach or just someone who young American riders can gather advice from. We got the chance to sit down and chat with the Texan for this week for this episode of Off Track with Carruthers and Bice and he was engaging as always.
