This week we had an awesome chat with the wonderful Mel Persson, a gluten free author and the first coeliac Masterchef contestant! We loved hearing all about Mel’s experience on the show and how she has transitioned into creating the most insanely good gluten free recipes - including croissants, pasta and dumplings!!
Mel’s on a mission to really raise the bar for gluten free food and we had such a laugh talking to her. She was also really candid about how she initially struggled on a gluten free diet, something we’re sure a lot of you can relate to, and the differences between gluten free in the UK and Australia.
