Paula Adams is an intuitive coach and healer, transformational leader and teacher to women who want to wake up to their power and live through their intuition.

As a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, Paula has supported hundreds of women worldwide over the past 15 years to find their center, develop strong boundaries, and live "from a knowing" that they are more than enough and worthy of true love.

As an awakening guide, her mission is to ignite women to live on purpose and prosper from doing their divine work in the world. Paula’s life experience has deeply initiated her into what it takes internally and externally to courageously choose yourself and lead a life of fulfillment.

She does that through 121 healing work. Paula holds deep transformational spaces for women to connect firmly with their own intuition, learning to trust it and take courageous action to follow their nudges out into the world.

When she is not supporting women to transform, Paula can be found with her elderly dachshund Twiglet walking the hills in the UK and communing with the abundant energies of water, earth, air, and fire.
