Om Swami is a Himalayan monk, adept in meditation. At the peak of his meditative practice, he was meditating for 22 hours a day. He has spent 15,000+ hours meditating & has experienced our sublime consciousness in ways that defy any scientific understanding. Researchers from IIT in India have studied the remarkable effects of his intense practice and published the results in a 2019 research paper https://bit.ly/3axrzdv After coming back from Himalayas, Swami wanted to help sincere seekers in search of enlightenment. Gradually he realized that people wanted his help for various ‘how to’ in life (joy, relationship, anger, work, self-discipline, stress, etc). Through his talks, seminars, books, and videos – his purpose remains the same – to help people. Whether you are practicing meditation, mindfulness, or simply looking for help with self-discipline – this channel can help.
