Music Intro

(00:26):
Hello, anime fans, new and old!
I'm Sky, and I will be your pro hero on today's episode of On Cloud Anime.
Today, we have a very special episode for you.
In celebration of the holidays, whatever it is you celebrate,
from Christmas to Hanukkah and everything in between,
I hope it's going well for you.
And if you don't celebrate, that's still perfectly fine,

(00:49):
because today we have three iconic heroes with us.
You know them, you love them, the big three of anime.
So, let's introduce every-
What?
Sorry everyone, one moment.
What?
What?

(01:13):
What do you mean Ichigo couldn't show up?
He was in charge of bringing the soul food.
Now what are we supposed to do?
No, no, we're not bringing him along.
He'll just indulge the-
Yes, I'm aware that-
Yes.

(01:34):
Fine.
Hello everyone, sorry about that.
Due to the fact that apparently hollows don't believe in the holidays,
Ichigo from Bleach could not make it west today.
Yes, yes, I'm very sorry about that.
However, we were able to substitute him with Goku from Dragon Ball Z.
Our other guests, luckily, could make it here.

(01:57):
We have Naruto from Naruto Shippuden and Luffy from One Piece.
Let's dive right in, okay?
Do you guys have anything you want to say before we begin?
Hey, it's me, Goku.
I'm ready to spread some holiday cheer and fight the Santa Claus.
Goku, you're not boxing Santa Claus.
You probably wouldn't win anyway.
Believe it, Naruto's and Waki are reporting in ready to rock this Christmas talk.

(02:22):
Not a contest, but I appreciate the enthusiasm.
Yo, come on, Koubu.
I think you mean the jolliest time of the year?
I don't know what I expected anyway.
All right, let's start with a classic question, okay?
What does Christmas mean to each of you?

(02:45):
For me personally, Christmas is about spending time with the loved ones,
with the people you care about the most, whether it's family,
whether it's a significant other, whether it's your pets.
It doesn't matter.
It's about giving and receiving.
Yeah, it's about giving and receiving presents, of course,
but it's also giving and receiving love, appreciation and happiness,
about feeling close with the people you love on the most jolliest time of the year.

(03:12):
What about you, Goku?
For me, the holidays are about spending time with loved ones.
It's a time to gather with family and friends, exchange gifts,
and enjoy delicious food.
And of course, I can't forget about the epic Christmas battles.
You mean the family you don't spend time with?
Hey, yo, whoa, whoa, whoa, it was just a joke, just a joke, just a joke.
Oh, um, Naruto, anything to add?

(03:36):
Christmas is a time of unity and spreading, Joe.
It's about coming together as a community, showing kindness.
and remembering the importance of friendships.
Plus, I love the decorations and the chance to dress up as Santa.
You know, I'm sure Jiraiya would have loved to dress up as Santa Claus.
Hmm, rest in peace to the biggest, realest pervert I ever known,

(03:57):
right next to Sanji and Master Roshi.
And speaking of Sanji, actually, Luffy, do you have anything to add?
Those are all some great answers, guys.
All right, this is looking pretty good so far.

(04:19):
Okay, here's a good question.
Let's imagine that you three are in charge of organizing a holiday party.
What would it look like?
For me, I would probably just have something pretty basic.
You know, the nice honey-smoked ham with a nice big white-looking Christmas tree.
Probably not a real tree, though.

(04:41):
Just one of the ones that you would find at a Walmart or a Target.
But still, it would have those beautiful lights on it.
The outside of the house would look amazing, light up the sky almost.
I would have such fun games.
I would have some angering games like Uno and Monopoly.
But I don't know, it would really just kind of be everyone just coming together, having fun.

(05:05):
I don't really have a set thing I would do.
Does that make me basic? I don't know.
What about you, Goku?
It would be legendary.
We have a massive tournament with all our anime friends
showcasing our incredible powers and skills.
And of course, there would be a special Super Saiyan-San to transformation.
Okay, note to self.

(05:26):
Never let Goku host a party.
Okay, you Naruto?
Believe it! Our party would have ninja training sessions
where everyone can learn Kujutsu and perform incredible feats.
We don't all have ramen eating Kanesan.
Of course, a lively karaoke session.
Let's ignore the fact that I believe you're the only ninja anime out there.

(05:49):
What song would you sing for karaoke?

(06:12):
Yeah, that tracks, I probably should have figured that.
Anyway, Luffy?
That actually sounds like a lot of fun.
Note to self, make sure Luffy hosts the party.

(06:33):
Okay, okay, okay.
Now let's talk about gift giving.
If you could give each other a Christmas present, what would it be?
If I were to give all three of you a Christmas present,
I'd probably give Goku a...
I'd give Goku...
I don't know.
Goku is kind of that character that has everything you have all.
Kind of hard to give you something else.

(06:55):
I guess the best thing I could give you is just like a nice day
where you don't have to worry about the Earth being threatened by any aliens or gods or anything.
I guess just a nice peaceful dinner with your wife and child.
Children, sorry.
I keep forgetting you have more than one child.
So, more than one child...
Naruto!
Hi buddy.

(07:16):
Listen, listen, to be perfectly honest, if I could,
I would give you the ability to get rid of your son.
But if I can't do that, I guess I'd just give you a nice lifetime supply of ramen.
I know you like that stuff and I'm, you know, see you happy with it.
Plus it gives you memories that I didn't know existed.
So, you know, that'd be nice.
And for Luffy, I don't know, probably another teammate.

(07:37):
You seem to like having a bunch of people on your team.
You like growing your group.
So I guess just find you another person.
Doesn't really need to be a powerful person, just a person in general.
Because you seem to bring out the best in people.
Sorry, I, uh, got a little sentimental, guys.
Um, let's start with you, Goku.
What would you give Naruto and Luffy?
I would give Naruto a sense of being so he can recover quickly during his pathetic fights.

(08:01):
And for Luffy, I'd give him a red treasure map so his show can finally end.
Uh, Goku, I, uh, don't think that was very nice.
Thanks, Goku.
For you, I give you the ability to use Shadow Clone so you can finally be a god damn Luffy.
I'd give Sakura so you can have another worthless teammate.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, guys, guys, okay.
I'll dial it back down a little.

(08:22):
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Hey, hey, hey, hey, stop.
My go-
Domain expansion.

(08:44):
Complete control!
Ah.
Okay, now, let's all calm down.
Let's finish this episode without destroying each other or my place.
Can you do that for me?

(09:05):
Great.
Okay, here's a good last question.
It's a nice, sweet one, nice sentimental one, and it's personalized, of course.
So, all of you who are fans of each and each series, listen up.
What is a sweet holiday message that you would give to your fans?

(09:27):
If you're somehow a fan of me and what I do up here, or if you found me from somewhere else and you like what I do there and you found me here.
But as a fan of me in general, I guess the best I could say is I really hope that you're having a great day, a great night, a great week, great month, a great year.

(09:49):
I just hope everything is going right for you.
And if it's not, I hope that my words and the idiocy that I get into on this podcast is enough to bring a nice smile to your face.
I hope that I'm at least making your time fun.
Thank you for tuning in.
Thank you for listening to my speeches about how The Promised Neverland is decent or how there's a new Suicide Squad anime coming out, which, by the way, there will be an episode on that because the full trailer just released.

(10:29):
And I think it's coming out like pretty recently in like 2024. So there'll be an episode about that, whether it's just a review of the trailer or review of the whole show.
There will be an episode on that.
But thank you.
Thank you for staying.
And I hope that I can continue to brighten your smile for as long as I can.
All right. I talked long enough.

(10:50):
Goku, anything to say?
Tula, my fans, thank you for your support. Wishing you a super saiyan holiday that's filled with joy. Laughter. Pushing yourselves to be better.
Well said, Goku. Well said.
Naruto?
may your holidays, be as bright and energetic as a Rasengan.
I know it's hard sometimes, but I know you can get through any hardship you endure.

(11:13):
This reminds me of the time I was on the swing.
Naruto, I hate to cut you off, but we don't have time for no talk, no jutsu. Wrap it up.
Oh, sorry.
Keep spreading lemon. Never give up on your dreams.
Say it with me now. Believe it.
Believe it indeed.

(11:35):
Believe it.
All right, Luffy. Finish this off.
I hope you'll go free that sleigh. Go.
That was a great, great one.
Okay. Well, that was very nice. Or at least as nice as it could have been.

(11:58):
But even still, thank you, Goku, Naruto, and Luffy, for joining us on this special episode of On Cloud Anime.
I hope that all of you enjoyed this episode as well.
This was all very fun to do.
And I just want to say real quick before I do the classic outro,
if I don't see you before the year ends, I do hope that we can still enjoy each other's company in 2024.

(12:25):
And I'll still say the same thing if I do end up seeing you again.
So, as always, remember...
Once in a lifetime, always in a minute, happy holidays!
Actually, before we go, how about a quick song from you guys?
Yeah? All right, everyone. Chill out for a little bit, because we're about to get one little song in.

(12:49):
Three, two, one, go!
Anime Christmas Song

(15:24):
I'll see you next time, everyone.
