April M. Williams, five hundred and fourth Expeditionary Military Intelligence
Brigade Command, Sergeant Major at Fort Hood. Good morning, How
are you, ma'am?

Speaker 3 (00:23):
Good morning, sir. I am doing great. It's great to
be on your show.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Let's talk about Fort Hood Fight Night two Return to
the Ring, which is coming up tomorrow, the twelfth of September.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
The base will be hosting their second Fight Night. The
doors will open at five pm and the event will
start at six pm. It will be held at our
Abrams Physical Fitness Center. Last time it was standing room only.
They expect this time to be larger than last time,
so if you're hoping to get a seat, it would

be best to get there early. The event's going to
be bigger than it was expecting more fighters. They've been
getting ready for the competition over the last couple months
and they're excited to be out there to showcase what
they have.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
So attendees can expect that totally upgraded event. You're going
to have more bouts, more food and beverages available, is
going to be more giveaway, So this is going to
be full throttle.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Yes, next year, winners from this competition will get to
come and do the Three Corps event and it'll be
held right here at the Great Place. So we're going
to have all competitors from all over three Corps come
here and showcase their talent.

We're visiting this morning with Sergeant Major April Williams, five
hundred and fourth Expeditionary Military Intelligence Brigade Command at Fort Hood.
Let's talk about something really big coming up on September
twenty fifth, the Fort Hood Virtual town Hall.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
The Virtual town Hall is going to be held at
six pm on September twenty fifth. The CORP is looking
to answer and address concerns regarding installation services with folks
throughout the community, the soldiers, the civilians, employees, anybody that
uses Fort Hood installation services so that we can answer

questions and take feedback on how we can make things
better across the installation.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Now, the Fort Hood Command team as well as subject
matter experts representing installation agencies and partners. Are going to
be fielding questions regarding schools, housing, and community around the installation.
Very informative, Sergeant Major.

Yes. The town hall will be live streamed on the
Fort Hood Garrison Facebook page with details about submitting questions
the day of and the town hall can be found
there as well if you want to come in and
join and ask questions of any of the experts that
are going to be here specifically to help with anything
you may need or any questions that you may have

Argia Major. Let's talk about the five hundred fourth Expeditionary
Military Intelligence Brigade.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
The five or fourth Sentinels Battalion out of Sport Bliss
is supporting Southwest Border missions APEX exercises, onead cpx's deployments
to NTC and onead U com CP exoses. Our Longhorn
Battalion maintained a readerous training and operational temple focusing on
enhancing readiness and enabling lestality through worldwide multidisciplinary intelligence support.

They executed Warfighter twenty five to five, integrated and experimented
with new equipment, giving valuable insights to VAG two regarding
the multi function brigade concepts, support concepts, executed deployment readiness exercises,
and soldier readiness processing, as well as multiple deployed personnel

to missions in support of assignments across the world. The
one to sixty third continues efforts to support the CAVS
and all their ongoing exercises and worldwide deployment. Through deliberate
leader development and celebration of our units tradition, and a
steadfast commitment to excellence. We have strength and cohesion, pride
and resilience across the formation, ensuring the FIBLE fourth remains

a trusted, mission ready force within the brigade and across garrison.

more than seventeen hundred Fort Hood soldiers are currently deployed
