something, and that thing iscalled the law of attraction.
Kane, are you familiar with thelaw of attraction?
Oh yeah, okay.

So for the people that don'tknow, I'm going to run you
through a little Wikipediadefinition.
The law of attraction is thenew thought, spiritual belief
that positive or negativethoughts bring positive or
negative experiences into aperson's life.
So you know, in terms that wecan understand here, if you're a
piece of shit at the job,you're going to attract nothing

So I think the main thing forme I feel like I'm a glass half
full kind of guy as it is, Ilike to stay pretty positive,
yeah, and I think that thatdirectly reflects opportunities
that you're able to get.
Right, because if you meetsomeone and you've got a good
vibe and you're doing shit thatis fun and you're just, you have

a good outlook on life, peopleare going to be way more willing
to either help you out or giveyou new opportunity or help you
reach your goals.

If you're doing worse than going to work and working
with that person that's alwaysbitching about the schedule or
how much money they're notmaking or when they're working,

And not that you can't express those things Like
obviously you got to tell peoplewhat's on your mind, but at the
same time, if you just spin ita little bit different and sort
of like, make it more, like thisis kind of funny because I'm
complaining about this, so thenjust complaining about it, it

So, for example, I worked witha guy when I worked at Sears and

I didn't know this, but when Ifirst started there it was all
commission.
It was all commission based.
You got like five bucks an hour, plus commission.
I worked in the electronicsdepartment and when I was
training in I didn't know that Icould be making commission.
This guy had told me that whileI'm training because I don't
know how to do the full job yetthat he gets my commission.

I was thinking in my head likeokay, whatever, I'm fine with
going through the ringer.
I know, I know I could sellshit, I'm fine, like I'm going
to be okay.
And then come to find out whenI go to train someone in that
it's not the case and that wasjust this dude being a dick to
me.
Wow, so forever after that Ihated that motherfucker.
I hated that motherfucker.
He was just one of those guysthat would complain and bitch

about everything.
I mean, honestly, only like twodays of training and I was
ringing everything in myself.
I'm using his numbers, so he'sgetting the commission and then
come to find out he's just thisfucking dirt bag Getting your
money.
Yeah, give my money, give mymoney.
There's nothing that pisses meoff more.
So this is a testament, andI've worked with plenty of these
guys.

It sucks being around someonewho just has a negative outlook
on life in general.
What do you think your take ison a normal day?
Are you a half full, half emptykind of guy?

I'm going to be honest.
I've been told many times thatI'm a very positive person, so I
like to be the energy in theroom that I want to see.
You know what I mean, like that, which is kind of hard at times
, because I mean, as you know,as I shared before, like I've
been through some pretty darktimes that I put myself into or
that I had to go through, youknow, and that's all you really
have when you go through thosehardships is like you just have

to be positive, because that'sall you got to make you through
some dark shit.

Definitely.

But I've also studied a lot of things on, you know,
the law of attraction and on.
Jim Carey is actually reallybig into law of attraction and
he's got a video about itactually and he's interviewed
talking about how he made hisfirst $10 million check.

Didn't he write it to himself?

Speaker 2 (04:23):
He wrote it to himself, the $10 million check,
and he said one day I'm going tomake this check cashable.
And he did on a $10 millionmovie, the Dumb and Dumber one,
the first one.

Did he set it for it?

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Ten years and it was like three days before the ten
year market that he got Dang.
And he said on there obviouslyyou can't do these types of
things and then just go make asandwich.
You still have to put in allthis work, but you have to also
have those insights and thoughtsof like this is this shit's
going to happen.

Definitely.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
And I've seen that happen in my life too, man,
where I've had days or weeks ormonths, man, where I'm either
just kind of down in the dumpsand negative and shit's just not
going right.
I've had to change my mindsetto be more positive and think
more positive, and then thingsjust start coming.
Man, you know I'm a prayingperson, so I'm going to also
believe in faith and actions andstuff like that also.
But the mindset is a big thingthat I think a lot of people

have to change is just beingmore positive and just knowing
that this is not where you'regoing to end if you don't want
to be here.

Absolutely, and you're the only one that can
change that.
So here's the deal.
If you're on your way to workright now or, like I said,
you're sitting at home, you workfrom home.
Just think to yourself do youwant to be that kind of person?
Do you want to be thatco-worker that no one wants to
talk to?
I hope not, hell.
No, you want to be a Karen.
You don't want to be a Karen.
They need to be a Karen, Be afreaking be a Cain, be a Cody

I think some people's energies just match other
people's energies.

Like I'm a kind of I'm a joker.
I like to joke around a lot andmake light of situations.
So anybody I can vibe with likethat that doesn't take things
to heart every time you likemake a joke or you know whatever
, say anything, it's like theylaugh with you and make another
joke or whatever.
I mean I like to find peoplethat are kind of like me.
So I think you know everybody'senergy kind of attracts certain

But you also have to be in mindthat your positive energy man
attracts people that aren'tpositive or don't have good
energy either.
And you got to be mindful ofthat man, because people see you
and that night and that lightand that mindset and that and
that energy and they want thatshit too and they'll be
attracted to you also and youhave to kind of, you know, help

them be more like that.

You know it's kind of a, it's kind of a, totally kind
of like a calling almost havingthat kind of presence in a room
too Definitely, and it shiftsthe whole room, like you be the
energy that you want to see,game changer.
You know, I can not tell youhow many times I've gotten to a
room with some bodies and I'mlike, oh my God, I'm so tired.

And then I get in there and they're all hyped up
because, like, all the boys arehanging out, we're going to have
fun, we're going to have acouple drinks, whatever the case
, the energy changes for sure.
Like I get a boost of energyoff of everyone else, but it
also goes the opposite direction.

You pour into people, definitely.

Like I walk in a room and one guy is like he's going
through it and all of a suddenit's like he's down in the dumps

I'll send, I'm down in the dumps, Like being around some people
just makes me depressed, butalso, you know, the exact
opposite.
I try to be the exact opposite.
I like I like getting into aroom where I can tell people are
not in a good space, but thenlike transforming it and making

Again, that's a positivemindset compared to the negative
mindset.

comes to making money, you know,like if, if you're only driven
by money and there's not othermotivations behind it.

If you don't have other thingsdriving you to once you get that
money, then it's like now whatyou're just going to make more.

And that's going to transfer on to other people for

starts at the basics, where it'slike you don't necessarily have
to change your entire lifestyle, but even something as simple
as getting more sleep if youdon't want to be on a full diet.

Yeah, because you got to likeplan out when you're eating,

what you're eating, weigh it out, plan it out.
But even if you just getsomething as simple as another
hour of sleep, spread outthroughout the week.
That's a lot of time.

that as like, oh, this is what Ihave to do.

There's ice all the way around us and I looked it up

So then afterwards and I do thisstuff a lot I talk to myself in
the mirror.
I kind of give myselfaffirmations and stuff to

You're going to sell a millionin sales.
You're going to do this, you'regoing to do that just because I
need to hear myself say thingslike that, because it gets me
out of my head more and it givesme more confidence to finish it
