This week we have a certified badass joining us on the bus. Stacey Mitry, Security Empowerment Specialist and retired FBI agent, hops on the bus with Cammi and AJ!
Stacey is now working with youth and teaching classes on Empowered Mindset and Self Defense. Stacey talks about her career path from probations officer to the FBI, working with SWAT, hostage negotiation, in the child crimes unit, becoming a sniper, staying “calm in the chaos” and how to “find your fierce,” how her gymnast mindset helped her with in her line of work, advice to young kids and parents on self-defense and much more. Stacey has done so many incredible things and you are going to want to hear about all of it!
