Perimenopause is a real matter, yet one that isn't talked about enough. The many changes taking place in a woman's body, particularly in midlife, are often under researched, ignored, shunned, not discussed, and swept so far under the rug that they become lost in the dark of dust bunnies. Well, this needs to change. It's time we take a look at that which is staring us in the face, and honor ourselves by choosing to investigate the options that exist that will directly elevate and enhance our quality of life. For me, that was getting on the patch; for you, it may be something altogether different. Either way, we need to sit at the table and swap stories. In this episode, I invite us to do just that.
