Change was important to him!” Chandler said: “Walt seemed to be thinking six steps ahead, and believed in people to get him and the company there.” Chrissy said: “He was thoughtless, wanting to make others happy.” Teresa said: “His genius. How kind and his amazing imagination” Paula said: “The incredible imagination!” Alisha said: “His determination to see his vision come to life. Selling his property and cashing in life insurance etc to see it through. His faith and belief in his ideas is so inspiring” Mike said: “To me, there are two things that speak volumes about Walt Disney. The first is how much he loved his family. Disneyland came into being because of his desire to spend time with his daughters and being able to enjoy the rides with them. The second thing I really like about Walt is his faith. There is an essay he wrote called “Prayer in my life.” I encourage you all to read it: http://www.thisdayindisneyhistory.com/PrayerInMyLife.html Brenda: “He was humble no matter what.” Sophie: “He kept Lillian and his daughters at the center of his life. Everything he did was first for them and then for the rest of the world.” Feature Topic: Our Favorite Music from a Disney Movie!
