Throughout the episode Mac breaks down the rap game and gives advice to up and coming musicians and artists about what's allowed him to have success. He also talks about how he used to weigh over 500 lbs and almost died every night due to sleep apnea. After adopting a healthier lifestyle and undergoing bariatric surgery he has since lost over 200 lbs and his career has reached new heights.
