We get a lot of comments and requests to make workouts that are inclusive to people over the age of 40, 50, and 60+ . We made this podcast to discuss why we personally don't want to make workouts for certain age groups and how you can actually get better as you get older. We understand the difficulties and limitations that come with age BUT that doesn't mean you should sell yourself short of what you can achieve.
