This episode is a reminder that even though we're personal trainers with over 10+ years of experience, we once had no idea what we were doing. We were aimlessly following workout routines, taking random supplements, and training in a way that was not sustainable.
The purpose of this podcast is to show how we once struggled along our journey and made some of the same common mistakes that you might have made along the way. Fitness can be difficult to understand at times but it get's easier as you become more knowledgeable about your body and nutrition. We're here to show that we're no different than you and had to battle through years of trial and error to understand fitness the way we do now. Hopefully by the end of this episode you'll have more insight into how our journey unfolded and take inspiration from the lessons we learned along the way!
