Being licensed therapists, these sisters bring a unique perspective to the conversation of destigmatizing mental health through a holistic lens. Dr. Kristen Davies PhD, LMHC has over 20 years of professional mental health experience. Her passion has remained focused on destigmatizing mental health and educating her clients, staff, and colleagues on the importance of brain wellness. Dr. K has experience working in numerous areas of mental health including inpatient settings, private practice (couples therapy), and child/family crisis work. She’s always prepared to help individuals navigate their mental health journey no matter what stage of the process they’re in. Outside of work, Dr. K is a certified yoga instructor and is obsessed with anything dark chocolate. Dr. Jody McGrath PhD, LMHC has worked in the mental health field for nearly 20 years and has a PhD in Health Psychology. Her work has primarily focused on trauma with a specialty in anxiety/panic/OCD, through the lens of how brain health impacts our behavior. Over the years, Dr. J has provided comprehensive clinical care to military, law enforcement, and first responders. She has also worked extensively in addiction, hospice care, and residential education. Dr. J has a passion for building a safe and secure environment for all her clients. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel, spend time with her family, and find the perfect cup of coffee.
