The Gospel, By Her Example

“The world’s not the same without Mother.” God designed women to nurture and guide the home, and many owe their faith to a godly mom. Even Jesus was raised by Mary, chosen for her purity and devotion. The world deeply needs faithful Christian mothers—and that, too, is the Gospel.

Hi, I am David Hill.
Got a minute?
That's what a dear brother in Christobserved in the passing of his mother.
God's design for the home is wonderful.
The nurturer, enforcer, operationsmanager of the house is usually mom.
I'm blessed to have hada godly Christian mother.
There was never a time at home, butwhen I called for mother, she was there.
Perhaps you the same.

God made woman to complementthe man (Genesis 2).
All that man is not, she is.
They're to work together asone, Jesus said in Matthew 19:5.
How many great Christian men and womenowe their faith to a godly mother?
Interesting—God brought His Son,Jesus, into the world through
the seed of woman (Luke 3).
Mary was selected for herpurity to be His mother.

Now that's something to think about!
It was Mary who nurtured Him,observed Him at the temple, and
was brokenhearted at the foot ofthe cross when He was crucified.
A mother's love.
Mine has gone on to her reward, buther touch remains with me every day.
The world greatly needs good,godly Christian mothers.
