Another great day of UTMB is done. It is getting busy. Chamonix is buzzing.
We caught up with some of the people in the One More K community to bring this festival closer to you.
We are starting with Valentin Orange, film maker and part of Kailas, who is doing 100miles this weekend. He shares how there are different elite categories, why he is doing 100miles this year and how he is trying to stay calm despite all this noise. Go Valentin!
The next chat is with Sabrina and Mengmeng from UTMB Asia, based in Hong Kong and Chongqing, who are growing UTMB in the Greater China region. From 2 races now to ... let's see how many more they will do in China. Take a guess?
Also, they give a prediction when a foreigner will win a Chinese UTMB race.
The star from the Philippines, John Onifa, or also called Stingray, has big ambitions for his OCC race tomorrow. Sub 5 hours is not an easy feat. He is super excited to race fast, and put his name in the OCC history books.
Finally, we got a few minutes with Sunmaya Budha, who is also doing OCC and looks confident, humble and happy at the same time. The Nepalese running star is ready for a fast race and will focus on her strategy. Will she be the first Asian runner to win OCC?
