Joy Goldstein joins Megs on the podcast as they discuss topics such as body image, how to build up your confidence, embracing singleness and more. She shares her own story on how she struggled with body image and how she was able to heal and overcome that, a struggle that she had dealt with for a majority of her life. Joy also speaks on singleness, and shares the importance of that season in one's life and how to embrace it. A season that many can feel shame and embarrassment about, she breaks that stigma and talks about the beauty and freedom that come along from being in a season of singleness. Joy lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is currently finishing a Bachelor's degree in business leadership and communications. She is passionate about writing, music, and everything that allows her to artistically express herself.
