When Jesus passed by, Bartimaeus made a bold and persistent request: “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Despite being told to be quiet, he cried out even louder, demonstrating the kind of faith that moves the heart of God.
Pastor Pete challenges us to consider: What are we asking of Jesus? Are we willing to bring our deepest needs to Him with boldness and belief? Just like Bartimaeus, we are invited to approach Jesus with confidence, trusting that He hears us and is able to restore what’s broken.
This message is a call to courageous faith and a reminder that sometimes, the biggest breakthroughs come from the biggest asks.
