With a deep commitment to empowering young women, Ericka combines her extensive career experiences and passion for learning new skills to inspire girls to explore careers in the trades. Through her hands-on instructional videos and the creation of a scholarship for young girls pursuing trade careers, Ericka is dedicated to helping open doors for the next generation of women in these fields. Her initiative, Boots and Heels, is a passion project that she cherishes, as it allows her to share the valuable skills she’s acquired and make a lasting impact.
