This is a bonus guided walking meditation to take with you on a walk, opening up your senses to a relaxing and mindful walk.  Using music which promotes theta waves for deeply reflective inward focus and peacefulness. 

When we get outside and reconnect with nature it supports our well-being and can improve our outlook.   You can think of this bonus episode like your companion to "The Energy that Surrounds You" which is a seated meditation.  

This meditation re-centers you in the strengths you hold within and engages you with the power you have to move forward.  It is about re-connecting to your steps, and honoring the impact they have on the Earth.  This meditation includes background music and several minutes of uninterrupted peaceful reflection time at the end.
