Mindful Steps is a bonus guided walking meditation to take with you on a walk, opening up your senses to an engaged and mindful walk.  This meditation uses affirmations to re-center you in the strength you hold within and engages you with the power you have to move forward.  It is about re-connecting with your steps and honoring the impact they have on Earth.
