On July 2nd, ice pulled up andarrested him.
He's now facing expeditedremoval and that's basically
saying he's getting deported ona fast forward.

And let's break down here wherehe has Right now.
The back story is he enteredthe US on a tourist visa in
August of 2023.
But that visa expired onFebruary of 2024.
In April of 2024, he appliedfor a green card through
marriage, but then ICE you know,they flagged it for fraudulent

statements and possible I mightbe pronouncing this wrong folks
Sinaloa cartel ties.
He also has an active arrestwarrant in Mexico for
trafficking weapons, ammo andexplosives.
So this isn't just a visa mixup, it's a national security
issue, you know.
So it's just like a realserious situation, and what

happened after that isDepartment of Homeland Security.
They labeled him an egregiouspublic safety threat back in
December of 2024.
But he got through anyway backin January of 2025 under
discretionary parole, and nowthey're saying enough is enough.

The hearings are set for Mondayon a previous related illegal
