Discipline is pushing through pain, boredom, distraction, fear, insecurity and the ability to be decisive in the face of uncertainty and inadequacy.
Winners don't have motivation they have discipline.
You must build discipline into your Identity.
Your true identity shapes your beliefs
Your beliefs shape your behaviors
Your behaviors shape your results
Exercise: Write an Identity statement, start it with
"I am the type of person that...."
Mine : Doesn't miss workouts.
