My husband and I are divinginto a really big project that's
been on our hearts for a while, something that aligns with our
mission to help others andexpand our skills as coaches.
This project is going to take alot of focus, time and energy,
(02:17):

that includes this podcast.
We're always growing andevolving and I do my best to

believer in practicing what Ipreach.
Sometimes, the most alignedchoice isn't to add more to your
plate, but to pause, reflectand recalibrate.
Taking this break isn't aboutstepping away from this
incredible community.
