j - Jesus M. Ruiz (00:03):
The vision received was that of blood cells
traveling throughout the body, supplying the much needed oxygen
and other nutrients to thediffering members of the body to
fulfill their purpose.
Once the blood cells are spent, they must return back to the
heart to be refilled beforebeing sent out again and fulfill
their purpose and fulfill theirpurpose.

(00:27):
Our focus again is on thetabernacle, and last week we
talked about what happened afterthey got through the Red Sea.
They took a trip from the RedSea to Mount Sinai and they got
to a place where they had notdrank water for three days and

(00:48):
they began to murmur andcomplain before Moses.
Moses began to cry out to theLord and there was water there,
but it was bitter and it was aplace called Marah, which means
bitterness, and does anybodyremember what happened at that
place?

Katy Leyva (01:06):
so that the people would have water.
The Lord instructed him to takea branch and stir the water
together to remove the dead ofit.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (01:21):
Is that right ?
I don't remember.
I remember there was a tree andthe tree kind of was put into
the waters and then everythingbecame.
That's what you just said.
We said branch.

Katy Leyva (01:36):
A tree and a branch.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (01:37):
Oh yeah, it was a tree.

Katy Leyva (01:39):
It was a tree.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (01:40):
But the reason why I have to specify it
was a tree.
Why did I specify it was a tree?
It wasn't just a branch?
Because that tree symbolizedsomething.
What, what do you mean?

Katy Leyva (01:51):
It symbolizes Jesus, his death on the cross.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (01:54):
Ah, the cross , the cross of Christ.
Because he was hung on a tree.
He died on a tree and when thattree is let into our lives, our
life of bitterness becomessweet.
So that's what that littlesection brought about.
We then talked about the manna.

(02:16):
We then talked about the rockthat brought forth waters, again
for the people, because theykept murmuring and complaining,
and I kept telling you that'spretty much their track record,
for their life in the wildernesswas being provided for with
everything.
Having manna, always gettingwater when they needed it.

(02:36):
Even the fibers of theirclothes and their sandals was
kept where they never needed tochange it and their sandals was
kept where they never needed tochange it.
I mean, they had literallyeverything they needed, but they
kept murmuring and complainingand they ended up dying in their
unbelief there in thewilderness.
We talked about how the rock wasChrist.
According to Paul in 1Corinthians, he revealed to us

(02:59):
that that rock was symbolic ofJesus Christ bringing forth
waters of life.
He was wounded for ourtransgressions, he was struck
for our iniquities, and we thentalked about how, in Exodus 19,
there was a covenant made withthe children of Israel, and it
was a conditional covenant, likemany of his covenants were that

(03:20):
if you keep my commandments, Iwill bless you and make you my
special treasure.
And so our value as humanbeings.
The point of that scripture wasour value as human beings
doesn't come from things in andof ourselves.
Where does our value in God'seyes come from?
By obeying him.

(03:46):
By obeying him, then we becomevaluable to him, we become his
special treasure when we keephis commandments.
So then we talked about thecategories of the law.
Anybody remember what the threecategories of the law were?
Yes, ma'am.

Katy Leyva (04:02):
Moral, civil and ceremonial.
Yes, ma'am, Moral, civil andceremonial.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (04:06):
Good.

Katy Leyva (04:09):
What do those mean?
Well, each one means what areaof life it governs.
So moral refers to, like whatsome would refer to, maybe, as
common sense things, as far aswhat things they deem right and
wrong in personal behavior or infamily relationships or things
like that.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (04:30):
Okay, so it has to do with your behavior
toward God and man.
There's the moral law, and whatwas the civil law?

Katy Leyva (04:45):
where legalities are concerned, where you're
encroaching on your neighbors orthings of that matter, or the
right way to present things, orhow to go about handling
financial relationships thingsof that nature.
Okay.
You know, if you step foot inthe city, you have to abide by
these laws.
That's the civil law.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (05:00):
Okay, that's right.
It's basically the laws thatgovern society as a whole, and
it really demonstrates God'sconcept of justice.
And then the ceremonial law.
What was that?

Katy Leyva (05:18):
God, instructing them how to approach him through
like feasts and sacrifices.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (05:23):
Correct.
It's God giving instructions onhow he wants to be approached.
And there were differentceremonies, there were different
feasts, different sacrifices,dietary laws, different
practices, and all of these, particularly all of these,
foreshadowed Christ in some way,and we talked about the seven

(05:45):
feasts that God wanted us toobserve and we went through
those seven.
Then we got to the tabernacle, which was kind of what we were
trying to get to in our message, and the tabernacle is a picture
of how man approaches God wetalked about.
If you take out your maps andyou can see it, it talks about

(06:08):
there's an eastern gate.
You always enter through theeastern gate.
There's no other way to enterin but through an eastern gate.
There's only one way.
And when you enter into thateastern gate, you then are into
a court.
It's called the outer court andit has its own, not utensils,

(06:30):
but it has its own artifacts andthings that are inherent to the
outer court.
The materials we talked about, the constructing of the
tabernacle was made of gold andsilver and precious stones and
fine linen.
We talked about where did theIsraelites get all this?
And they got it from Egypt.
When they left Egypt, when theywere delivered out of Egypt,

(06:54):
god allowed them to plunderEgypt and to take spoils with
them.
So that's where they had all ofthese things.
And we talked about an attitudethat the people of God needed
to have.
God only accepted thecontributions of those who
willingly gave to the buildingof the tabernacle, and that was

(07:14):
in Exodus 25 too, and we knowfrom the New Covenant Scriptures
that God loves a cheerful giver.
It has always been that way.
And, yes, there was a tithe andthere was a specific purpose
for the tithe in thatdispensation, if you will, in
that old covenant, and it wasreally to supply the Levites

(07:38):
with what they needed tocontinue their service of the
Lord, because they were notallowed to go out and do the
things that the other tribeswere to do.
Their specific purpose was toserve the Lord in his temple, in
his tabernacle and throughoutall of the things that are there
.
So that comes us to the nextartifact that we run into.

(08:00):
We come into the eastern gateand we run into the outer
courtyard.
We come into the Eastern Gateand we run into the outer
courtyard and in this outercourtyard it is surrounded by a
tent.
The tent is about 45 feet long, and I say about, because they
measure things in cubits, so itdoesn't tell us in feet, but it
was about 45 feet long, it wasabout 15 feet wide and it was

(08:24):
about 15 feet high.
It was surrounded by a sevenand a half foot high wall around
the whole place and it was ofwhite linen.
Specifically, it was of whitelinen suspended from wood
pillars that surrounded thecourtyard, and the courtyard was
about 150 feet long and it wasabout 75 feet across, and you

(08:46):
can look at those dimensions inExodus 27, 9 through 15.
You can see that for yourself.
And on the eastern end of thecourtyard was, as I said before,
the only entrance.
And Jesus says if anybody comein by any other way, he is to be
considered a what, anybody knowwhat?
Two things A thief and a robber, because there is only one way

(09:11):
to come into the court of theLord.
Now this white linen has somesymbolism to it.
We've been talking aboutsymbolism, types and shadows,
and white is representative ofthe righteous acts of the
believers.
Where do we get that?
Let's turn to Revelation 19:8.
Whoever gets there first can goahead and read it.

(09:32):
Why do we say that?
Why is white linen symbolizingthe righteous acts of the saints
, Revelation 19:8.

John H. S. Leyva (09:45):
Revelation 19, verse 8, and.
And to her was granted that sheshould be arrayed in fine linen
, clean and white, for the finelinen is the righteousness of
saints that's where we get itfrom.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (10:00):
I've been doing in this whole study,
trying to get us to view the oldcovenant through the eyes of
the revelation that is givenforth of the new covenant.
And when people come to thistabernacle they should see
because this tabernacle is thefirst thing you see it's white,
pure white, clean white linen.

(10:22):
And those white linens are therighteous acts of the saints.
When people come to the churchthey should see righteous acts
of the saints.
That's the first thing theyshould see.
Righteous behavior, righteoustalk, holiness should be seen.
That's the first thing peoplesee.
They don't know what's inside.

(10:43):
They want to know what's inside, but the first thing they see
is, wow, he's different.
She's the first thing peoplesee.
They don't know what's inside.
They want to know what's inside, but the first thing they see
is, wow, he's different.
She's different, she talksdifferent, she acts different.
These are the righteous actsthat should be shown forth.
So when we look at it a littlecloser, there's a 30-foot wide
gate and it has a curtain ofpurple, it has a curtain of blue

(11:06):
and scarlet and it is supportedby four wooden pillars and the
great width of the gate kind ofgives the impression that
there's this abundant grace bywhich can be saved.
Now we know that the way to besaved is narrow, meaning there's

(11:30):
only one way.
There's not this way over here, there's not that way over there
.
But once you get in that way,you realize, wow, what grace I
have, what grace has beenpromised to me, what wonderful
promises are there in store forme.
They're not just one littlething here.
I mean, it's almostimmeasurable what God has in

(11:52):
store for his saints that willcome to Him His way from the
direction of that one way ofthat eastern gate.
And the fact that it was madeof cloth tells us that entering
in is not dependent on humanstrength, is not dependent on
human ability.
And we can look at the colors.

(12:13):
The purple, if you've read thescriptures, symbolizes royalty,
kingship, in Judges 8.26,.
You can look at that referenceof how purple symbolizes royalty
.
In Judges 8.26, you can look atthat reference of how purple
symbolizes royalty.
The blue, according to Numbers15.38-39, symbolizes obedience.

(12:37):
I want to read those twoscriptures.
So let's go and read those two.
Why do I say purple symbolizesroyalty?
What does Judges 826 say?
Anybody found it?

(13:18):
Read it out loud.

Monica Acosta (13:19):
And the weight of the golden earrings that he
requested was 8,700 shekels ofgold, beside ornaments and
collars and purple raiment thatwas on the kings of Midian and
beside the chains that wereabout their camel necks.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (13:44):
I've told you this before God communicates to
mankind through mankind'slanguage.
He didn't come here speakingsome alien language that humans
didn't understand.
He's speaking to them throughtheir own culture.
He's speaking through themthrough their own history.

(14:06):
The parables are perfectexamples of Him reaching out,
speaking to man in language thatthey understand intimately
because it's part of theirexperience in their life.
Looking at history of this time, you realize that purple was a
very, very expensive color todye your clothing in, and only

(14:30):
the kings had this type of color, and the kings were throughout
all nations used that as a partof their wardrobe.
It was specifically tied tokings.
It was specifically tied tokings.
So that's why we say it'sspeaking of royalty.
And I also mentioned Numbers 15, 38, and 39.

(14:52):
Why did I say?
Blue is a response to obedience.
What does Numbers 15 say?

Katy Leyva (15:11):
Speak unto the children of Israel and bid them
that they make them fringes inthe borders of their garments
throughout their generations, and that they put upon the
fringes of borders a ribband ofblue, and it shall be unto you
for a fringe that you may lookupon it and remember all the
commandments of the Lord and dothem, and that you seek after,

(15:34):
not after, your own heart andyour own eyes, after which you
used to go on the way.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (15:42):
He's telling the people to make tassels on
their garments of blue, and itwas to remind them what To keep
the commandments of the Lord.
He's tying that blue color, forsome reason, to keeping the
commandments of the Lord, and sowe have that obedience.

(16:02):
And then we have scarlet.
Scarlet has to do with theblood.
Now put those together Royalty, obedience, blood and you have a
picture that testify of JesusChrist the King.
He was a King fully obedientwho shed his blood for the

(16:27):
saints, and these were thecolors found in the eastern gate
, the only way into thetabernacle.
It says that Jesus said in John10, verse 9, I am the what.
That's great, but that's not it.
I am the what.
That's great, but that's not it.

(16:48):
I am the door.
See, we're talking about thatentrance way.
Jesus said I am the door.
I am the door.
John 10, verse 9.
If anyone enters in by me, hewill be saved.
So I'm showing you that thistabernacle is a picture of Jesus
in its elements, in its whereit's at and what it signified,

(17:12):
what its function was.
Jesus said I am the door.
He also said, and you're right,I am the way, the truth and the
life.
No man cometh unto the father, but by me.
And so all that's a picture ofJesus being the entryway into
intimacy with him, because theLevites had an intimacy with God
that none of the tribes ofIsrael had with God.

(17:34):
But that was under thatdispensation.
Not to say that we can't havethat today.
We have that today because hemade a way for all nations to
have intimacy with him, not justspecial few people.
Now the wood is also symbolic ofman.
The wood is symbolic of man.
We can get that from Isaiah 61,verse 3, and it says to console

(18:03):
those who mourn in Zion, togive them beauty for ashes, the
oil of joy for mourning, thegarment of praise for the spirit
of heaviness, that they may becalled trees of righteousness To
the planting of the Lord, thathe may be glorified Now, that's

(18:26):
interesting.
But if you of the Lord, that hemay be glorified, now that's
interesting.
But if you know the scriptures, you're like, wow, that's
amazing.
That's incredible.
That's confirming so manydifferent things that we read
about later on.
He, even though he's there inhis colors, in his
representation, the king, byobedience and his blood mixed in
with those colors, is man.

(18:47):
And for Jesus it makes perfectsense because he was a man,
fully a man, authentic man, genuine man, man in all points,
man in all things, like unto hisbrethren.
He was made.
But that also has to do with us, because he made us a part of

(19:09):
the gospel.
He made us a part of thatentryway when he brought us into
the kingdom, when he baptizedus in his spirit and made us one
with him.
How do people come to him?
Through us, through the gospelthat we preach to them, so we
become a part of that entryway.
But it started with him, makeno bones about that.
And if you think about it, thefour, it's four wooden pillars

(19:33):
that are in the entryway and wetalk about.
We preach the gospel.
We preach the gospel.
How many gospels do werecognize in the new covenant?
Four, four, four the Gospel ofMatthew, the Gospel of Mark, the
Gospel of Luke, the Gospel ofJohn.
Now, they're all the sameGospel, they're all talking

(19:56):
about Jesus, the one and onlyentryway.
But it's interesting, there wasfour wooden pillars and there's
four Gospels in the NewCovenant the Gospel of Matthew,
mark, luke, john.
And these Gospels present Jesusto us as the only way of
salvation, the only way to cometo know the Father.

(20:17):
They're all in perfectagreement.
After we come into the EasternGate, we come to an altar.
It's called the altar ofsacrifice and we've been talking
about the blood, the water, thespirit, the types and the
shadows.
This is where the blood elementis found, at the altar of
sacrifice.
It's also called the brazenaltar, b-r-a-z-e-n for bronze

(20:44):
brazen altar, and the animalsthat were brought before the
Lord for the sacrifices werebrought here for the sins of the
people and an altar.
I want you to write this down, just so you have it in your
notes Altar.
The Hebrew word is HAR - L, HARhyphen E-L, har El, and the

(21:09):
Hebrew word translated, har El,means mount of God.
El is the word God.
That's -where we get Elohim.
That's where we get El ShaddaiEl Elyon, that's God, and El
Shaddai El Elyon, that's God.
And that Har means mount.
So mount of God is what thataltar word means.

(21:32):
Now, altar was a place where aperson began his process of
mounting up toward God.
Mounting up toward God, theHebrew word translated offering.
Anybody know what it means?
The Hebrew word for offering.
It's where we bring ourofferings to the mount of God.

(21:52):
Anybody know what the Hebrewword offering is?
To draw near.
To draw near the altar ofsacrifice is the mount of God,
and we bring forth sacrificesbecause we are drawing near to
our God.
Does anybody know we draw nearto God, offering up ourselves up

(22:21):
to him as a what?
What sacrifice?
As a living sacrifice, holy andacceptable in his sight?
That's Romans 12, verse 1.
I'm bringing in the newcovenant again to see that, yes,
we don't bring in sacrifices ofanimals, but we are still
required to bring an offering tothe mount of God as we draw

(22:45):
near, and that offering is us,because he purchased us with a
price body, soul and spirit.
We should be considered all his, and so we offer all of
ourselves to him at the Mount ofGod, and we've also talked
about that.
The blood represents what, aspart of the new covenant, our

(23:08):
repentance, our repentance isthe blood.
Now, the altar was a place oftremendous bloodshed and death.
This altar of sacrificessymbolizes the death of Christ
on the cross Because he's theultimate sacrifice, the only

(23:31):
sacrifice that was made once forall men, once for all time.
So it refers to him and hissacrifice.
It symbolizes also our death tosin, and we've already talked
about that.
So I'm just trying to bringinto stuff we've already talked
about, to keep it, an idea ofwhat is this blood element, of

(23:55):
this witness in the earth.
Okay, that blood element is ourdeath to sin.
Through what Repentance?
As we submit ourselves to God,as we offer up ourselves to God
as a living sacrifice, not tolive our own life, but to live
according to his will.
As Jesus said, my meat is to dothe will of him.

(24:16):
That sent me and that should beours as well.
So the first step inapproaching God, after you come
in through the eastern gate, youmeet Jesus and you realize what
he's done for you.
He requires you.
Okay, now I want you to bringforth a sacrifice that I require
, and that sacrifice is you, that sacrifice is your will.

(24:38):
Your old man, Jesus, said inthe Garden of Gethsemane not my
will, but yours be done.
We turn away from our sin.
That's repentance.
We're offering ourselves to himas a living sacrifice, and this
witness corresponds to thewitness of the blood.

(24:59):
That's the witness in the earth.
After we come to this altar ofsacrifice, where it's all bloody
, there's priests there working.
The Levitical priests justworked there and they just got
full of blood because they werespreading out the carcasses all
over.
If you don't know, the Levitesliterally cut off all the fat
and it became an incense andaroma, but they ate the meat.

(25:22):
The meat was for them.
That fed them, but they got themeat.
The meat was for them.
That fed them, but they got allbloody doing it.
And so the next thing they hadto do was take a shower, take a
bath, and that next thing iscalled the brazen laver, the
bronze laver, and it was like abird basin, you know, but it's

(25:44):
full of water, nice, big birdbasin, and it was full of water.
And the word laver comes fromthe Hebrew word meaning furnace.
Laver is the Hebrew wordmeaning furnace.
You know what a furnace does, right?

(26:06):
What does it do, or what can afurnace do if used in the
context of some of thescriptures A furnace bringing a
lot of heat.
Doing what?

Katy Leyva (26:17):
Burning.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (26:18):
Burning what?

Katy Leyva (26:19):
Removing the dross.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (26:20):
Removing the dross, driving away the chafe.
But it also what does it do togold when it's just heated, or
silver when it's heated?
Purifies, Bringing outimpurities, and the hotter it
gets, the more impurities comeout, leaving behind the gold,
the silver, the pureness of it.
So, like a furnace.
The laver is a place of purging, it's a place of cleansing.

(26:44):
It's a place of purging, it's aplace of cleansing, it's a
place of refining.
And so, since it has thiselement of water, we've already
looked at it in the eyes of thenew covenant.
If it has an element of water, then it must be referring to
water, baptism, the washing awayof sins.

(27:08):
Read Acts 22, 16, someone.
What does Acts 22, 16 say?
Paul is recounting his ownexperience with the Lord and
what happened thereafter.
After he met the Lord, he camethrough the Eastern Gate, having

(27:30):
recognized and acknowledged theLord, who came as light to him,
hearing his voice, being blind.

John H. S. Leyva (27:40):
And now, why tarriest thou?
Arise and be baptized and washaway thy sins, calling on the
name of the Lord.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (27:49):
Paul is recounting his experience.
He met the Lord.
He was blinded by the Lord.
He stayed in a town waiting forwhat the Lord would tell him to
do and then, all of a sudden, aservant of the Lord, ananias.
And all of a sudden a servantof the Lord Ananias came and
said I've been sent here to layhands on you that you might

(28:11):
receive the Holy Ghost and seeagain.
Now Paul is recounting thisexperience and he's saying that
Ananias on me, after I was ableto see again, he says rise up,
wash thyself in the water, calling upon the name of the
Lord that your sins would bewashed away.
So it's a washing, it's acleansing, it's a purifying.

(28:35):
And he came through the.
Paul came through the blood, inthat he received the light and
revelation of the Lord throughthe Eastern gate, jesus.
And he came to the brazen altarand he was repentant because he
began to obey the Lord.
He stopped doing what he wasdoing, he stopped going out

(28:55):
persecuting and he just waitedon the.

Monica Acosta (28:57):
Lord, what do you want me to do?
What do you want me to do?

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (28:59):
And that was his repentance.
And then part of his repentancewas getting baptized in the
water, washing away his sins, asit says, calling on the name of
the Lord.
Now the Bible says that thepriests who ministered in the
tabernacle were required thepriests in the tabernacle who

(29:20):
served him were required to washin that basin, in that brazen
labor.
How do I know this?
I'm not making this up.
Read Exodus 30, 20, somebody.
Exodus 30, verse 20.
The Lord spoke to Moses youshall make a labor of bronze,

(29:43):
make a laver of bronze, a basealso of bronze, and it's going
to be for washing, and you shallput it between the tabernacle
of meeting and the altar, meaning the altar of sacrifice,
and you shall put water in it,for Aaron and his son shall wash
their hands and their feet inwater from it.
He's telling them exactly whatthat brazen laver is for.
And then what is he saying?

Willda Leyva (30:05):
verse 20, 30, verse 20 in Exodus when they go
into the tabernacle of thecongregation, they shall wash
with water that they die not.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (30:25):
But when they come near to the altar to
minister to burn, If I readverse 21, it says so they shall
wash their hands and their feet.
What are the next three words?

Willda Leyva (30:40):
That they die not.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (30:42):
Lest they die , lest they die, lest they die.
A Levitical priest could not, because he has a great idea.
Oh, I don't need to wash myhands in the brazen labor, I'll
go to the river and do it.
I'm sorry, that's not the wayGod required his priests to

(31:05):
serve him.
They needed to go to the brazenlabor.
And if they did not go to thebrazen labor, what would happen?
They would die.
There's no ifs, ands or butsabout it.
You cannot bypass the water.
It's why Jesus said in John 3,you must be born again of the
water and of the Spirit.
You can't just bypass the water.

(31:26):
It's why, in Acts 10, whenPeter was preaching to Cornelius
and they received the baptismof the Holy Spirit, peter said
who am I to forbid water to themwho have received the Holy
Ghost, just as we did?
You can't bypass the water Ifwe remember what 1 John 5, 8

(31:52):
said about the witness in theearth.
There are three that bearwitness in the earth the spirit,
the water and the blood.
And these three are or agree inone.
You can't skip out on one ofthem because they're considered
one, just like the commandments.
We were the ones that breakthem apart, we're the ones that

(32:12):
number them.
But if you would have brokenthe fifth commandment, you broke
it all.
They were considered onecommandment, they were
considered one word of the Lordand it was a continual word that
you needed to keep it all orelse you broke it all.
You can't just do what you will, or do what you think is right.
Do exactly what the Lordrequires, lest you die.

(32:37):
Now Jesus likewise said he whobelieves and is baptized will be
saved.
He who does not believe will becondemned.
The person that believes and isbaptized will be saved.

(32:59):
The person that does notbelieve will not be baptized
they will be saved.
The person that does notbelieve will not be baptized,
they will be condemned.
You can't bypass the water.

Mark 16 (33:07):
16.
That's why I just read that.
Now, just as the Old Testamentpriests had to wash in water, so
must we.
There's no different for us.
There's still the requirementof water, but it just is
expressed differently in thisnew covenant and it's expressed

(33:27):
through water baptism in Jesusname.
For what?
The forgiveness of sins, theremission of sins.
It's dealing with your sin.
So this is the witness of water.
Now, after that, if you haveyour little map of the
tabernacle, you have the altarof sacrifice, you have the

(33:48):
brazen altar and then you'reabout to meet up into this other
rectangle, but there's thislittle space in between, and
after you wash at the laverbefore you can enter into the
tabernacle.
That's there, oh.

Katy Leyva (34:06):
Did you have a question?

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (34:09):
Oh, okay, I thought you guys wanted to.
All right, the priest had to beanointed with oil.
He had to be anointed with oil.
It was required that Aaron andhis sons needed to be anointed

(34:30):
with oil.
There's no getting around that.
Exodus 40, verse 12, says this.
Then yet shall you bring Aaronand his sons to the door of the

(34:53):
tabernacle of meeting.
That's that little rectangleyou wouldn't see inside the
outer court and right beforethat entranceway.
You shall hollow it and all itsutensils and it shall be holy.
And right there you shallanoint the altar of the burnt
offering and all its utensilsand consecrate the altar, and

(35:14):
the altar shall be most holy.
Oh, I just read the wrong one.
You shall put the holy garmentson Aaron and anoint him and
consecrate him that he mayminister to me as a priest.
And you shall bring his sonsand clothe them with tunics.
You shall anoint them as youanointed their father, that they

(35:38):
may minister to me as priest, for their anointing shall surely
be an everlasting priesthoodthroughout their generations.
There's that word everlastingagain.
We talked about the wordeverlasting when we talked about
circumcision was a sign of aneverlasting covenant.

(35:59):
Is that required now?
No, but the blood is, thecircumcision is still required.
It's not a circumcision of theflesh, it's a circumcision of
the heart.
It's still required.
It's just expressed differentlyunder the new covenant banner
that we find ourselves in here.
They were required in the oldcovenant to be anointed, and

(36:22):
when they were anointed, theywere anointed to fulfill their
calling as priests.
Well, we are called priests andkings of the most high God.
Can we not, or can we bypassthis anointing that's necessary
in order to serve a living God?
No, the blood cannot bebypassed.

(36:43):
The blood cannot be bypassed.
The water cannot be bypassedlest we die.
And the anointing oil must bethere, because it was required
for the Old Testament priest tobe anointed with oil in order to
serve God, and so God muststill require it.
It just looks different.
It's his anointing on thepeople.
It's his anointing on thepeople.

(37:04):
It's his anointing on Zion, thesaints of God.
The oil for this anointing wasspecially made for the purpose
of anointing Aaron and his sons.
It was specially made.
It wasn't just some oil, I mean.
It was specially made for thepurpose of anointing Aaron and
his sons.
It was specially made.

(37:24):
It wasn't just some oil, I mean.
It was specially made, different than other oils that
they may have used for otherthings.
It consisted of olive oil.
It signified power.
It consisted of four spices, signifying sweetness.
And what a beautiful portraitthat is of the Holy Spirit of

(37:46):
God, powerful and sweet.
The anointing with oilsymbolizes the baptism of the
Holy Spirit.
On the day of Pentecost, petersaid that the people should
repent, the blood be baptized inwater for the remission of sins
, the water, and that they wouldthen be filled.

(38:07):
Acts 2.38.
This is the witness of theSpirit and this is all in the
outer tabernacle.
Now, as you notice, accordingto your chart, there's a little
rectangle.

(38:29):
The next place you enter inafter you've been anointed with
oil is called the holy place, asmall, dark room.
The sun did not shine in itbecause it wasn't open to
everyone like the outer court.
It had one entryway and withinthis holy place you find some
interesting things inside andthe tent it's almost like a tent

(38:53):
and it looked very plain on theoutside, but on the inside was
some very beautiful things.
Entering into the tentrepresents our entering into
Christ.
There's a new sense of intimacy.
It's not all out in the openlike the outer court was.

(39:14):
When we come through the blood, the water, the spirit.
We then enter into this holyplace with Christ that we've
never had before.
The Bible says by one Spirit weare all baptized into one body.

(39:35):
That's 1 Corinthians 12, 13.
I'm not making this up.
I'm just trying to show you howthe new covenant is using Old
Testament types and shadows togive an understanding to not
just the Jews but also of theGentiles of what happened when
they came into covenant with Godthrough the gospel of Jesus

(39:57):
Christ.
The holy place was a place ofservice unto God.
We can only serve Godacceptably by serving him in
Christ.
Jesus alone makes us acceptableto God.
Now, when we enter thetabernacle, the first thing we
notice and we have to noticethis, otherwise it just be a

(40:18):
very, very black and dark room, and we have to notice this,
otherwise it'd just be a very, very black and dark room we
notice that there's a lampstandand this lampstand is giving
light.
We notice that on the far endof this little room, because
it's about 30 feet long and it'sabout 15 feet wide Within this

(40:41):
room, there's three things, eachshining with a glow of pure
gold because of that lampstand.
That lampstand is the onlything in there that's giving
light, because it's not likethere's a sunroof at the top of
the tent.
Without that lampstand it'djust be a really dark room.
That lampstand is giving lightand it's called a menorah.

(41:06):
The lampstand has a central stemwith three branches on either
side.
I'm sure you've seen it before, probably around Hanukkah, seen
something like it.
It's made up of seven branches,or lamps, made up out of a
single piece of gold, singularpiece of gold.

(41:29):
They literally hammered it outand heated it up and made it
malleable, and it was one pieceof gold.
It was not like you know.
They broke off this piece, putit on.
No, it was one piece of gold, just one, beaten into shape,
fueled by pure olive oil.
Olive oil is what fueled thatfire in the lampstand.

(41:52):
Now the gold has tremendoussignificance.
It represents the deity ofChrist, the oil represents the
Holy Spirit and the flame is thelight of divine revelation,
because without that light youwould not see anything in that

(42:14):
world.
Yeah, sure, the gold representsthe deity of Christ.
I'm going to give you all somepaperwork after that.
You're actually going to get alot of this stuff already typed
for you, but I'll do it again.
The oil is the Holy Spirit andthe flame that comes from the

(42:35):
oil, because without the oil youwouldn't have it.
You get divine revelation, youget light, you get understanding
, you get comprehension ofdeeper things of God, in the
midst of the darkness of thislittle room.
Now, seven, anybody know whatseven represents or signifies?

(42:55):
Yes, sir Elder John, perfectGod's perfection.
It's God's number forperfection, or completeness, or
perfect wholeness.
Now, the seven branches of themenorah represent the seven days
of creation, the seven spiritsof God that are mentioned in

(43:17):
Revelation 4-5.
Four, five.
Now, when we think about Christ, the menorah represents Jesus as
the light of the world, butspecifically right now it's
giving light to the saint, tothe one that's come in covenant

(43:37):
with him, that's gone throughthe blood, the water, the spirit
, giving divine, intimate heartrevelation.
Deep thoughts of God arerevealed to us in this small
room.
Jesus said I am the light ofthe world.
He who follows me shall notwalk in darkness but have the

(44:02):
light of life.
That's John 8, verse 12.
Jesus represents the perfectionof God, for in him Colossians 2
, 9 says dwells all the fullnessof the Godhead.
Bodily, he is the expressperfection of God.

(44:31):
The next thing that you'llnotice after you notice oh wow,
there's a lampstand giving melight.
That light is shining on acouple things here, and the
first thing that it might shineupon you is something on the
right hand side.
It's a table of showbread andthe table is golden.
Golden, Remember.

(44:52):
Gold represents the deity ofChrist.
All of this is about Jesus.
All of this is about therevelation of Christ to you in a
deeper, more intimate way.
And there are 12 small loaves ofbread sitting on it, 12 small
loaves.
This is the loaves of breadthat's called the show bread.
It is also known as the breadof presence.

(45:14):
It's also known as the bread ofpurpose.
Now, since God reveals himselfand his purpose in the word of
God, this bread represents Jesusas the bread of life, and we
talked about that a little withthe man.
Jesus said I am the bread oflife.

(45:38):
If you remember the teachingabout being taken, blessed,
broken, given.
Those loaves there are brokenfor the saint that comes in and
the light is giving divinerevelation, but he is expected
to eat the bread.
It's not just supposed to staythere and grow stale.

(46:00):
He's expected to eat the breadand I shared with you in that
teaching that the bread was thewords of God, the words of Jesus
, and to eat it, to eat hisflesh, to drink his blood, is to
hear his words, believe it andwalk in it.
That's eating the bread, that'seating his word.

(46:22):
Jesus said I am the bread oflife.
Your fathers ate the manna inthe wilderness and are dead, but
this is the bread which comesdown from heaven that one may
eat of it and not die.
That was John 6, verse 48through 50.
Now, how do I know that eatingthe bread is?

(46:44):
How do we eat the bread?
How do I know that that'seating the bread of life?
I just said that, and it'sbecause I've searched the
scriptures.
I know I can say that, but Iwant to give you a scripture
that's found in Jeremiah,jeremiah.
Jeremiah said your words werefound and I ate them.

(47:08):
Jeremiah said that and yourword was to me the joy and
rejoicing of my heart.
That's why I know that eatinghis bread is receiving his words

(47:31):
, taking them in.
It's about hearing, it's aboutstudying.
It's about not just believingthe word of God, but acting upon
the word of God in faith, asall of our ancestors that we
have, you know, gone over inGenesis did themselves.
They heard the word of God,they obeyed.

(47:52):
They heard the word of God,they did what he said.
They left where they needed toleave.
They built an ark when theyneeded to build an ark.
Whenever they heard the word, they sacrificed their son if
necessary.
Whenever they heard, they did, they obeyed.
Now, jesus said Matthew 4, 4,to the enemy man shall not live

(48:14):
by bread alone, but by what?

Katy Leyva (48:19):
That's right.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (48:20):
Man should live by every word proceeding
out of the mouth of that's right.
Man should live by every wordproceeding out of the mouth of
God.
Our life sustenance should befrom obeying the voice of the
Lord.
Now, the number 12, there were12 loaves is also symbolic of
human completeness.
We see this in that there werehow many tribes in Israel, how

(48:45):
many apostles?
And 12 also representsgovernment, divine government.
12 tribes of Israel would notbe the same if they had lost the
tribe.
Then we come to another thingwhich is directly in front of us

(49:07):
.
You got the lampstand on theleft, you got the table of
showbread on the right, andafter you're receiving divine
revelation from God, theintimate thoughts of his heart,
you begin to eat the bread youtake in his word.
You act upon the things thathe's showing you, the things
that he's leading you in,because, it said, his word is a
lamp unto her feet and a lightunto her path.

(49:27):
And so I'm going to follow asthe light is shown before me,
even if it's just shown threefeet before me.
I'm going to walk in that light.
It may not be much to anybodyelse, but it's just enough for
me.
I'm going to walk in the lightof the revelation of the glory
of God, and then in front of usis a table or altar of incense.
Because, yes, we must receivedivine revelation, yes, we must

(49:52):
eat his word and we must obey it.
But it's not a one-way street.
God doesn't wanna just give, give, give, give, give.
He wants to also receive fromyou, he wants to dialogue, he
wants to exchange, he wants you,and if you can just get that in

(50:16):
your heart, that he wants tohave a relationship with you far
beyond anything that youexperience in this life, it
would want you to be in thatholy place and desire to just
give him, whatever it is that'son your heart, because after you
receive the light of therevelation of the glory of God

(50:37):
and you receive his word, youhave a deeper understanding of
how great and awesome and mightyyour God is, but also his love
for you, and it should make youwant to give back to him.
Prayers of thanksgiving, petitions of things that you
need that are pleasing to him.
Not just that you need, butthings that are pleasing to him.

(50:59):
Give me the grace to do thisfor you, god.
Give me the grace to reach thisperson for you, god.
Give me the boldness to do thisfor you, god, and so you pray.
This is what the altar ofincense is signifying.
Now, looking at it, naturallyit's just a small altar.

(51:20):
The priest would burn incensethere, and several times in the
Bible the incense is likened totwo things.
Anybody know what the Biblelikens incense to?
Prayer of the saints.
Anything else Anybody know?
It's another P word Praise,prayer and praise.

(51:43):
Where do I get those references?
Psalm 141, verse two.
I'll give you the other oneafter I read it.
But Psalm 141 too says let myprayer be set before you as an
incense.
Let the lifting of my hands asthe evening sacrifice, just

(52:05):
lifting up your hands insurrender in recognition of him,
is pleasing to him.
He recognizes that that's asacrifice that I'm giving to my
Lord.
But the other scripture isRevelation 5.8.
Now, when he had taken thescroll, the four living

(52:30):
creatures and the 24 elders felldown before the Lamb, each
having a heart and golden bowlsfull of incense, which are the
prayers of the saints.
Looking at through the light ofthe new covenant, that altar
incense has a whole lot moremeaning than just oh.
They just burned incense therelike people do in their houses,

(52:53):
so that their house would smellnice.
It's a whole lot moresignificant than just that.
The altar represents Jesus asour intercessor.
Jesus, as the Son of God, hasalready made intercession for
his saints.
It says in John 17,.
He already prayed that thesaints would be made one, as he

(53:17):
and the Father were one.
He made that intercession.
His whole life was an act ofintercession on our behalf,
because he paid the penalty forus so that we can enter into
this place that I'm describinghere, this holy place with Jesus
.
The fire used to ignite theincense had to be brought from

(53:40):
where.
Anybody can figure that out.
Where did the fire of thisincense have to be brought from?
Have we talked about fire atall?

John H. S. Leyva (53:49):
The altar.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (53:50):
Thank you.
The altar of sacrifice, thebrazen altar, the fire that
fueled this incense and burn hadto be brought from that altar.
Now, remember what that altarsignified Blood, having to deal
with sins, repentance.

(54:11):
Now, this is a way of God'stelling us that genuine
repentance, genuine submission, has to take place before our
prayers and our praises areacceptable to Him.
It all goes back to thatrepentance.

(54:33):
That repentance is not a oneday event or one moment event.
It is a way of life.
Repentance is an act of worship.
You don't worship the Lord onceon a week, you do it every day.
Your life is an act of worship, but without repentance it's not
worship, it's rebellion.
So when you come before God andyou want to give him praises,

(54:57):
you better be having a life ofrepentance, because if you have
unforgiveness, if you have that, you're walking in sin and
you're doing it willfully.
Those prayers are going toreach the top of that tent and
then they'll fall back to thefloor.
It's not going to go anywhere.
It has to be rooted in a lifeof repentance and submission in
order for you to be heard.
Prayer and praise is rooted ina sincere appreciation of what

(55:22):
God did when he washed away yoursins, when he made you
acceptable so that you couldstand in his presence, but to
walk outside of that and to notwalk in a repentant manner, you
basically trample underfoot theblood that washed you clean.
That's in Hebrews, chapter nineor 10.

(55:44):
Conversely, if we come to Godwith sin in our hearts, we don't
have any guarantee that ourprayers are answered.
As a matter of fact, david saidif I regard iniquity in my
heart, the Lord will not hear.
He said that himself and we alllook up to him as a father in
the faith.
Then heed his example, heedwhat he believed, and that was

(56:06):
Psalm 66, 18.
When all of that is done, whenall of that is taken care of
receiving the light of therevelation, eating the bread,
obeying, walking in thenourishment of that bread and
praying, praising, thankinggratitude there's one more place

(56:31):
to get to.
It's even deeper, it's evenmore intimate than this place,
and separating this holy placefrom the next place is a veil,
and this second room, within thetabernacle, has a heavy linen

(56:53):
veil, has a heavy linen veil, and beyond that veil is a 15
foot square, 15 square footplace called Holy of Holies.
Just when you thought youreached a great place in the
heart of God, you find out.

(57:14):
Oh my God, there's even more,it gets even deeper, and in this
place is a gold-covered boxcalled the Ark of the Covenant.
The Covenant is not just a box,it's an ark of the covenant

(57:35):
that God made with man.
But only one person could enterinto that place in the old
covenant, not all the priests, only one.
That was Aaron, the high priest, and he would go beyond this
veil once a year, and that wason the day of atonement.

(58:00):
Today the Jews call it YomKippur.
And on this special day thehigh priest would enter into the
Holy of Holies and he wouldsprinkle the blood of an animal
on the ark for the sins of allof Israel.
Where did he get that blood?

(58:21):
The altar of sacrifice.
Entering into the Holy ofHolies represents you entering
into the presence of god.
Now, who acted as our highpriest in this new covenant?
Jesus?

(58:42):
He entered into the presence ofgod once and for all.
With whose blood?
The blood of an animal, thegoat, the sheep?
With whose blood?
The blood of an animal, thegoat, the sheep?
His own blood, his ownrighteous blood.
And he made an atonement forour sins.

(59:06):
Some people use the wordatonement in a clever way to
help people understand what doesthat mean?
Atonement?
Well, let's divide it up intothree parts, three syllables.
What's the first syllable At?
What's the second?
One-ment, at-one-ment Havingour sins atoned for means that

(59:31):
we are at one with God, that is,to be in perfect harmony with
God.
Now, this Ark of the Covenantwas only about four foot long.
It was only about two feet wide.
On the top of this lid wascalled the mercy seat.

(59:54):
Right in the middle was a mercyseat and overarching over it,
on the right and the left side, were two golden cherubim,
angelic creatures with theirwings spread over the ark, and
it created a space between theirwings.
And in that space, betweenthese overarching wings, was the

(01:00:16):
mercy seat.
It was within this space thatthe presence of god dwelled.
Right there.
This presence was called theshakina.
You may have heard the song, oryou may have heard the song, or
you may have heard the wordShekinah, glory.

(01:00:39):
Now, the Hebrew word forShekinah means to dwell.
God dwelled on the mercy seat.
Think about how significantthat is.
He dwells on a mercy seat.
We think he dwells on a throne.
Yes, it's called the mercy seatand thank God, it's a mercy

(01:01:01):
seat.
We don't know what the presenceof God looked like.
We just know that it was there,in between the cherubim, in
between the overarching wings ofthe cherubim.
Isaiah says in 37, verse 16, oLord of hosts, god of Israel,

(01:01:22):
the one who dwells between thecherubim, you are God alone.
Of all the kingdoms of theearth, you have made heaven and
earth.
Of the earth, you have madeheaven and earth.
Let us read two verses inExodus 25.

John H. S. Leyva (01:02:18):
Verse 21 and 23.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (01:02:22):
21 and 22, sorry.

John H. S. Leyva (01:02:25):
And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon
the ark, and in the ark thoushalt put the testimony that I
shall give thee, and there willI meet with thee and I will
commune with thee, from abovethe mercy seat, from between the
two cherubims which are uponthe ark, of the testimony of all
things which I will give theein commandment unto the children

(01:02:45):
of Israel.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (01:02:50):
I didn't tell you this before, but the Hebrew
word for incense, its root wordmeaning, is to join together.
So what this is saying is thatthat altar of incense tells us
that through our sincere prayers, through prayers of righteous
people what does it say aboutthe prayers of a righteous man?

(01:03:12):
It availeth much If you're inright standing with God and your
prayers are as an incense untohim, a sweet aroma to him.
You're actually joiningyourself together with God in
his purpose and in his will.
This meeting between God andman only takes place within

(01:03:35):
Jesus Christ.
It cannot happen any other way.
No man cometh unto the Fatherbut by me, but through me, and
it is Jesus Christ who has pavedthe way into the presence of
the Almighty God.
I think I told you before theincense consisted of four sweet

(01:03:58):
spices.
They are, or one of them wasred stakte, one of them was
black onycha, o-n-y-c-h-a.
Another spice was yellowishbrown galbanum, g-a-l-b-a-n-u-m,
and the other one was whitefrankincense.

(01:04:23):
God desires that all thenations of the earth be joined
together in one.
All the colors of the rainboware really the bending of the

(01:04:47):
one light source.
That's all they are.
The source of all the colors ofthe rainbow is the light that
we have.
We can turn to Exodus 40, verse34.
It says that the cloud coveredthe tabernacle of meeting, the

(01:05:17):
glory of the Lord filled thetabernacle and Moses was not
able to enter into thetabernacle of meeting because
the cloud rested above it andthe glory of the Lord filled the
tabernacle.
And whenever the cloud wastaken up, lord filled the
tabernacle.
And whenever the cloud wastaken up from above the
tabernacle, then the childrenwould go onward in their

(01:05:39):
journeys.
But if the cloud was not takenup, then they did not journey
till the day that it was takenup, for the cloud of the Lord
was above the tabernacle by dayand the fire was over it by
night, in the sight of all thehouse.
So all I'm doing is describingto you that the Israelites only

(01:06:02):
moved when God moved.
If that cloud remained on thetabernacle, none of them had the
gall to go into the tabernacleand say, hey, lord, we need to
get going.
Even Moses could not enter intothe tabernacle and say, hey,
Lord, we need to get going.
Even Moses could not enter intothe tabernacle.
But what happened was when thatglory cloud rised up, then
everybody knew, oh, it's time tomove, it's time to go, and

(01:06:27):
that's the way our lives shouldbe.
We move when he moves, we speakwhen he speaks.
We do as he moves, we speakwhen he speaks, we do as he does
, and that's how we are led bythe spirit of God.
We don't know where we're going, we hardly know where we came
from, but thus are those thatare born of the spirit.
They're like the wind, and noone knows where the wind comes

(01:06:50):
from or where it goes.
That was John 3.8.
Where the wind comes from, where it goes, that was John 3.8
.
Now, Moses built the Tabernacleexactly as he was given the
pattern, exactly according tothe instructions that were given
to him by God, just like Noahdid.
If we want to draw near to Godin a personal, intimate

(01:07:13):
relationship, it must beaccording to the word of God.
It can't be our own way.
It must be as the scriptureshath said.
Jesus said he that believeth onme, as the scriptures hath said
, out of his belly shall flowrivers of living water.
But man, he could have justsaid he that believeth on me and

(01:07:37):
gone on, shall flow rivers ofliving water, but for some
reason the scriptures say hethat believeth on me
as the scriptures said, thatmeans according to the word.
You must believe in me, and soif you want to approach me, you
better do it according to myword.
You want to skip the water?
You die.
You want to skip the water?
You die.
You want to try to come into myholy place without getting

(01:07:59):
anointed with oil.
Even Moses would not enter intothe glory of the Lord when he
came down.
And you think you're going toget in without the water or
without the blood or without theoil?
You've got another thing coming.
We must build our livesaccording to the word, and if we

(01:08:20):
don't, we have no promise.
There is no promise in thescriptures that says the lord is
going to be with us.
He says it to the saints, tothose that live according to the
word.
The just shall live by faith.
The promises are given to them, but he didn't give it to
anybody else.
So let us end today withHebrews 10, verse 19.

(01:08:45):
Ended with a new covenantperspective.
We're going to read 19 through22.
Whoever gets it, let's goaround and let one person read a
verse and just keep goingaround until we're done.
It's only three verses.

John H. S. Leyva (01:09:13):
Hebrews 10, 19 .

Willda Leyva (01:09:15):
Mm-hmm.

John H. S. Leyva (01:09:17):
Having, therefore, brethren, boldness to
enter into the holiest by theblood of Jesus.

Willda Leyva (01:09:24):
By a new and living way, which he has
consecrated for us Through theveil, that is, to say his flesh
and having an high priest overthe house of God.

Monica Acosta (01:09:44):
let us draw near with a true heart, in full
assurance of faith, having ourhearts sprinkled from an evil
conscience and our bodies washedwith pure water.

j - Jesus M. Ruiz (01:09:53):
That pretty much encapsulates what this
tabernacle was about.
We should have boldness Ifwe're able to get into the
holiest.
We should have boldness Becausein order to get to the holiest,
you had to come in according tothe word of God.
You had to come in throughJesus, and Jesus was the one who

(01:10:16):
consecrated for us a way toenter into this place, and he's
our high priest.
So let us draw near, let us notbe afraid, let us not be
ashamed.
If I come to him in the way thathe required, I have a free
conscience.
I don't have an evil conscienceanymore.

(01:10:36):
It doesn't bug me, it doesn'tbother me anymore because I know
, because I walked in it byfaith, that his blood cleansed
me from my sin, that he didforgive me.
I don't need to fear Godanymore because I did it his way
.
Now, if you do it any other way, I cannot talk about your
conscience.
You're probably going to have aconscience that is convicting,

(01:10:56):
because you realize there'ssomething lacking, there's
something wanting in your life.
But, man, if you go in throughthe blood, if you get baptized
in the water and you receive hisblessed Holy Spirit and you're
walking in his word, you don'thave anything to worry about.
You don't have anything to fear, because your heart has done
right, with God doing it his wayand not your own.

(01:11:21):
So let us draw near with a trueheart, in full assurance of
faith, having our heartssprinkled.
Sprinkling has to do with thatblood, because the blood was
sprinkled on the Ark of theCovenant.
It was sprinkled on the mercyseat.
For what?
The sins of all ofvenant.
It was sprinkled on the mercyseat For what?
The sins of all of Israel.
Well, jesus took his own bloodand sprinkled it on the mercy
seat for your sins.
So what are you afraid of?

(01:11:41):
What are you worried about?
Nothing, nothing, nothing canseparate you from the love of
Christ.
If you walk according to hisword, nothing, there's nothing
to be afraid of anymore.
Our bodies are washed with purewater.
The tabernacle points to one man.
It's all about Jesus.
It's all about growing deeperand deeper and more intimate

(01:12:04):
with Jesus.
Because of his blood, we cancome boldly to the presence of
God.
The heart refers to our inwardman, our thoughts, our
intentions, but the body justrefers to our outward man, our
thoughts, our intentions, butthe body just refers to our
outward man, our words and ouractions.
But both inward and outward iscleansed by Jesus.
It's cleansed by his blood, andthe purpose of this cleansing

(01:12:25):
is not so that we can continuefreely in sin.
Its purpose is so we can befree to live separated from sin
and walk in something we couldnever do before.
Righteousness His righteousnessby faith.
It was accounted to him asrighteousness Because his
obedience Amen.
