Our Halftime Show, hosted by Lizzie Bermudez and Meredith Sinclair is intended to bring a diverse group of women together to explore, discuss, and laugh out loud about this halftime of our lives. Over 50 'aint what it used to be, and they’re here for it all. Sex, style, relationships, our changing interiors and exteriors, and everything in between. With their diverse backgrounds and shared optimism, Lizzie and Meredith aim to bring a fresh perspective and a fun-forward approach to what it means to age exuberantly, while keeping it real all the while.
