Dwayna Williams is a Co-founder of TGND Consulting. She describes herself as a “millennial mompreneur” and finds joy in empowering other millennial moms to pursue their dreams through entrepreneurship. Dwayna has extensive experience amplifying the public presence of change makers, purpose-driven entrepreneurs, and subject matter experts and is constantly seeking new and innovative ways to promote buzz-worthy ideas.
Dwayna is an alumna of North Carolina Central where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a Concentration in Broadcast media and Georgia State University where she earned a master’s in marketing. Before starting TGND in 2016, Dwayna worked in corporate and freelance settings developing the skills she needed to become the successful entrepreneur she is today.
Donna Morris is a Co-founder of TGND Consulting. She describes herself as a “mommi hustler” and finds joy in being a “creative” and building relationships, but she’s very passionate about helping women bring out their inner beauty through fashion, and style, and creating a cohesive brand image for women who are the face of their brands/businesses. Donna’s motto is “Your brand is your image, so you have to make sure you show up in the world how you want to be perceived.”
A certified Image Consultant, Donna has always had an eye for fashion and fell in love with the world of media and communications at a young age while attending a media program for youth. She later went on to study communications at University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. During her undergraduate journey Donna worked for one of the top luxury retail stores where she learned the importance of having a great brand image and fell in love with merchandising. Since then, Donna has worked in sales and marketing; with a track record of driving company results. As well as working with private clients on wardrobe styling and brand image consulting.
