Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello and welcome
back to the next episode of
Overcome Yourself, the podcast.
As you know, my name is Nicoleand I'm very excited to be here
today with Dr Allen, and so DrAllen is going to talk to us
about getting through some ofour success blocks.
So go ahead and take it away,dr Allen.
Let us know who you are and whoyou help.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
Yeah, so my name is
Dr Alan Salas and, as you may
hear it, you know I've got atiny accent.
I was born and raised in Southof France, right, and so I
became a chiropractor.
I went to America to learnchiropractic and I'm still
living there.
I really enjoy that country andthat gave me that second chance
and anyway.
(00:46):
So what I do, I help, you know, lay people, coaches and health
professional to break the cycleof their limiting belief so they
can achieve vibrant health, harmonious relationship and
sought after prosperity forthemselves and others that is
wonderful say that again.
I'm sorry.
(01:06):
I said, that's basically it.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
That is fantastic.
So tell us a little bit aboutyour journey, because you do
like you mentioned.
You were born in France andyou've gone through a few
transitions, I guess.
So can you tell us a little bitabout that story and how you've
overcome yourself to get towhere you are?
Speaker 2 (01:26):
sure.
So I used to live on a sailingboat in south of France and my
business was to rent boat, right.
So I did that for six, sevenyears and six years after doing
that.
So imagine, you know, I waslike working seven months a year
and the rest of the time I wastraveling right, either with my
boat or either, you know, goingto.
I was a chaser, right.
(01:48):
I didn't see snow for thealmost a decade, right and so.
And one day the calling and Isaw myself over.
So I didn't know, didn't knowwhat to do, because nobody from
my family or my acquaintance wasfamiliar with health, right, no
MDs, no nursing, no, nothing.
(02:09):
So I started to talk to myclients and one of my clients
said you know what, alan, there's a guy that is coming,
he's a Chinese doctor, he'sgoing to come over for the
weekend.
Maybe you should talk to him.
I said, heck, yes, I'm going totalk to him, right.
And so I did talk to him and hegave me three books to read,
right, he told me you read thosebooks you come after when the
(02:30):
summer season is over, you know,I'll give you a treatment and
we'll talk.
And the first book was um thedao taking, which is like a
philosophy called book of achinese book, right.
The other one was called theHara H-A-R-A, which is more
about like it's a Japanese book.
It's more about like it meansthe belly, when Japanese people,
(02:53):
traditionally they killthemselves, they go to their
center of gravity, which is theHara, right, the Dan Tian, and
they will use a knife and killthemselves, right?
And so it's a way of behaving.
If you want a posture that youhave to use.
And there was the final bookwas about like the man between
the earth and sky, right.
So I read all those books, wentto see him and finally we
(03:17):
talked, and I asked him, ofcourse, about Chinese medicine,
and he told me well, you know,if you really want to know what
you're doing, you need to dolike me go to China, learn
Chinese, spend 10 years in China.
I mean, I was 30 years old,nicole, I was 30 years old at
that time.
I thought to myself well, youknow what I want to practice one
day.
And he looked at me and he saidwell, you know why?
(03:40):
Not chiropractic, you lookstrong.
And I said, what's this?
And so, basically, um, he gaveme, like, some contact.
I got the information got the,the information translated by my
one of my best friends.
She's she's an english teacher,right, that's how my english
was, and anyway.
So I end up, you know, sellingmy boat, my boat business, and
(04:01):
end up, you know, studyingchiropractic in kansas city.
Misery, right, I graduatedthree years later.
Meanwhile, I got married to afrench woman that I met in a bar
in kansas city, and years laterwe had a daughter.
So when I was doing, uh,chiropractic, you know, okay,
what attracted me withchiropractic is what we call the
(04:22):
innate intelligence, your ownability to heal yourself.
It's almost like your ownability to use your superpower,
right, it can be for healing, itcan be for transformation and
it can be for growth, right?
And so that was very intriguingto me and I started to, you
know, practice chiropractic andall that.
But you know, I was a littlebit disappointed, to tell you
(04:42):
the truth, because I didn't.
I really wanted thetransformation.
I wanted, you know, to helppeople to have a big change in
their lives.
And so what happened?
You know, people will getbetter and after they will reach
a plateau and basically theywill have to come back to
maintain that plateau, right?
So I knew there was more right.
(05:03):
So I decided to, um, to focusmore on the inflammation of the
body, right, inflammation islike the chemical stress in the
body, right, it's like checkingpeople organs.
I used to do muscle testing, right, so like that they don't
have to spend a ton of money onon testing and all that, right
on blood test or DNA tests, right?
(05:23):
So we were doing that and I gotpretty successful, right.
As far as business, so I hadfour employees, you know, I was
seeing 250 patients a week, sothat was a lot, and so I was so
focused, you know, all the time, and in my head it was only
about work, work, work all thetime.
I just couldn't disconnect, ifyou want.
(05:44):
And so, of course, when I wascoming home, I was there, but I
was not present, right, and so,well, I started to get depressed
also, and my marriage went downthe drain, right.
And so within a year, nicole, Iend up basically living in my
(06:04):
office.
You know, I thought it was like, oh, only six months.
I end up spending three years inthis office, which, don't get
me wrong, I had a treatment room, I mean, it was, it was not bad
, but still I end up, uh, so, uh, divorcing, right, and I had
the daughter.
So divorce with a kid it's adifferent story, right, but when
you don't have any kids?
(06:25):
So that was number one.
Number two, of course, becausemy clarity was gone, my focus
was gone, I was depressed.
So, because of that problem, relationship right.
And so what happened, you know,my business went from thriving
to failing.
I ended up by myself in thisbig office and on top of that,
like what I I can say now, thecherry on the cake and a big
(06:47):
diner with, uh, early stage ofcolon cancer.
So here's the thing that Itried to avoid for my patient
and I was doing my own program, right, and I ended up, you know,
getting like the number twokiller in this country, isn't it
crazy?
Speaker 1 (07:02):
yes, that so like
insane.
My stepmom died of that, so, um, you know that's crazy, but
tell us then what happened afterthat.
How did?
Speaker 2 (07:15):
you get to where you
are now.
What happened after that?
I just wanted to find out you, first of all, I never been, um,
I I've never been like a victim.
I never felt like a victimbecause my dad showed me what a
victim will do to yourself.
My dad was a very negativeperson and he was very
controlling, and so he got sickand never got back.
(07:38):
He got on disability at 40years old.
And when you're a negativeperson and controlling like that
, it affects, of course, theother people around you, but it
affects more yourself, becauseall your cell of your body, all
your energy, become negative, right, so that's not healthy,
right, and so, um, so, and andthe victim mode.
It's like when I remember whenpeople will call him, they will
(08:01):
say, oh, jean, are you doingblah, blah, blah.
But they will ask about hiscondition, so he will get.
Imagine that when you're in avictim mode like this, you
identify yourself with a disease, you become the disease.
So if you're not sick, youdon't get the love and the
attention.
So you caught up in that loop, right, and that you know people
are calling me.
(08:21):
That's nice, you know.
And that you know you callingme.
Uh, that's nice, you know, andthat you know you cannot get out
.
He was never able to get out ofit, so he showed me what not to
do, which is I'm so thankful forthat.
So I always knew, instead ofbeing a victim, I was more in
the creator mode.
I always knew that what I willhave to learn from that
experience will translate intointo my, my patient and the
(08:44):
people that I love and be ableto transform myself, because I
knew deep inside that was comingfrom a part of me, right.
What is the force behind mesabotaging my health, sabotaging
my relationship and sabotagingmy prosperity?
So I went on a race to find outand, sure enough, it took me
(09:06):
three to uh to really refine theman clearing.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
Pretty pleased with
what we can do now yes, and so
tell me about the blocks youwere mentioning that you focus
on.
I think it was four areas, itwas it so, so tell me about that
.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
So what happened?
You know, I found there's amind-body connection, right, I
was doing in the past in mypractice I was doing only the
chemical stress, theinflammation, right?
And so here's the thing.
Things are very simple, right,we make it way too complicated.
Rule number one for everybody,it's true, everybody.
Right.
If you've got a problem toresolve, your you don't have any
(09:50):
more problem and you moved on.
Right, you need to think.
Number one, to find out what'scausing the problem, right, if
you don't know what's causingthe problem, how can you fix it?
No way, right.
And number two, you need toknow how to fix it.
If you know what's causing theproblem, how to fix it, there's
no more problem.
You can move on.
Right, that seems so simplethat when you look at the
(10:13):
pharmaceutical industry, theydon't solve any problem because
they don't find out what's thecause of the problem.
The cause of your healthproblem has never been a lack of
drugs, right?
Speaker 1 (10:23):
So they treat the
symptoms.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
I know it sounds
crazy when I'm saying that, but
that's really what's happening,right?
So the venous in now is verygood for emergency room, right?
So you know, the medicine nowis very good for emergency room,
right, if I break a bone, hey,you know what?
I want?
A good surgeon, the anesthesia, right, and I want the
painkiller, no doubt about thatFor long-term pain and stress,
nicole, they are the numberthree killer in this country.
(10:47):
Right, it's medical errors andside effects of a drug, and
those are the stats for theAmerican Medical Association.
So it's probably even worsewhen it is right.
So I started to see okay, nicole, if you're, if you, if
you come to my office now, right, I will say, okay, I see you
with somebody who's gotpotentially physical stress,
(11:08):
chemical stress and emotionaland mental stress.
Right, right, this is it.
That's a holistic way toapproach, right, I call that the
natural healing, right, if youwant.
And so what I did for thephysical stress?
I found out like oh, you knowwhat?
We, as a chiropractor, we treatonly 20% of the nervous system.
Why not treating 100% of thenervous system?
(11:31):
Right, so I become a cranialspecialist, right, to be able to
have a central nervous systemright, and I created my own
energy technique, right andafter, for the chemical stress.
I knew how to find out what waswrong right, but to fix it.
There's always room forimprovement for everything that
we do right.
And so I found out that if yousupercharge the body with oxygen
(11:53):
, miracle happens.
All the bugs you know, all theinfectious agents, will die
because they fry in alkalinecondition, and you don't have to
be on an alkaline diet thatwill cost you a fortune a month
and also, good luck, you're notgoing to last long on it.
It's very demanding.
So I created some mixture, verycheap stuff, that you can, you
know, monitor with a pH stripand you can find out your oxygen
(12:16):
.
By the way, the cancer, like youwere mentioning your mom,
that's one of the ways that Iheal my cancer, because if you
want oxygen, it's the equivalentof a son for a vampire that
will kill whose cancer cellAnother three.
I say, okay, now what are wegoing to do for the emotional
(12:36):
and mental?
So I started to learn sometechnique that you know I was.
You know I had some result, obviously, but I will tell you.
Okay, this is that negativeemotion that is interfering with
your pain, for example, and sowe need to remove that.
But still, I knew there wassomething better, nicole, I just
knew it, you know, my intuitionwas like on board with that,
(12:59):
and so what I figured out?
I said what, if we can use ourmind, you know, with our full
mind?
Because what I discovered, it'slike we live in two worlds at
the same time.
What do I mean by that?
There's what we call the innerworld and the outer world, and
the outer world is what we callthe conscious mind.
(13:19):
So it's basically your selfidentity, right, your
personality, who you think youare, all what you're aware of,
like your thought, your emotionI'm sorry your behavior and your
action, right, right, and sothat's the conscious mind, right
, and the inner world it'scalled the unconscious.
(13:41):
But I like to keep it simple andcall, call that the
subconscious mind.
And the subconscious mindrecord everything you have been
doing in your life, nicole.
Every single thing is recordedthere all your skill as a, as a,
maybe, mom, or as a human being, right, and as a um, as a
podcast.
I record, I store there, right, all the things that happen
(14:01):
automatically in your body, likeyour heart rate, your breathing
and so many functions rightthere, the data and the
information is, it's storedthere.
And when I start to dig alittle bit deeper, when I
realize that, so that's what youknow, people, that's what is
like a mind-blowing things, whatI'm gonna say, right, because
(14:21):
we think we are self-identity.
Well, five or ten percent, that's your conscious mind.
Five or ten percent of yourmind is your conscious mind.
90 depends, depends who you'rereading.
90 to 95% of your mind is yoursubconscious mind.
So, in order to heal yourself, transform yourself and grow, we
(14:43):
focus only on 5 or 10% of yourmind.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
I mean something has
to be done right.
Speaker 2 (14:51):
Yeah, I mean, good
luck, right.
That's what so many peoplestruggle, right?
And so I say what if we canbring that subconscious mind to
the party?
Right?
What if we can use 90% to 95%of our mind power and brain
power in order to heal, transform and grow?
Right, I mean, that sounds likea no-brainer, right?
(15:12):
So now I have to identify howthe subconscious mind work,
right, because the subconsciousmind remember, store data.
Just to give you an idea howpowerful it is, the conscious
mind can process data at 11 bitper second.
The subconscious mind processdata at 11 million bit per
second, so it's one milliontimes more powerful, right?
(15:35):
And so I say how do I wasthinking, how do the
subconscious mind communicatewith us Dreams?
Right, when you remember adream, what do you remember of a
dream, nicole?
There's always a pictureassociated with it, or a serial
picture.
And if anybody tells me oh, Iremember the dream, I remember
only the smell of a dream, that's not just possible.
(15:57):
So that's how the subconsciousmind process data.
That that's why you can storedata so quickly.
Because there's all thesymbolism, right, that's why
you've got so many books aboutdream interpretation, because
what there is in that picture, you remember that movie.
You remember there's somearchetype like carl jung you
know describing so well.
(16:17):
There's different things thatyou cannot even describe with
words, because it's in thecollective memory, it's the
collective, what we call thecollective consciousness, so
it's so much more powerful.
You know, here's a problem thatI see in my field.
Right, they say, in order tofind your limiting belief we're
going to talk about that youneed to do, oh, you need to
(16:39):
journal, you need to feel that.
So you basically what you do,you're using 5% or 10% of your
mind to crack the code of 90% or95% of your mind.
You think it's going to work.
Well, it's going to take lotsof repetition, lots of time and
lots of prayer.
I guarantee you that.
(16:59):
So that's a problem, you know.
And when I tell people that, hey, this program because you do a
program in the subconscious mind, right, especially like around
age zero to six or eight, depends who you're reading,
right, we are like sponges,we're kids.
We think that everything thatis from the outside world is
(17:20):
truth, right?
So we make assumption, right, and with repetition those
assumptions become program andyou can have good program or bad
program, right.
So the good program, the onesthat are serving you are called
empowering belief, right, theyare empowering you.
One that are serving you arecalled empowering belief, right,
they are empowering you, theyare good, they are serving you,
right, it's like your mindworking for you, not against you
(17:41):
, right?
And so the other one they arecalled limiting belief, because
whose program we are serving youat one point, right, like fear
can be helpful at one point, butafter you know it doesn't serve
you anymore.
So those are called limitingbelief and those are the ones,
like you say, that block you, that hold you back.
You know that can prevent youto do things that you want, to
(18:01):
achieve your goal and your fullpotential.
Right, it's kind of like yourpast can be working against you
and what I can say for sure islike your past is dictating your
present and molding your future, right?
So what if we can change thatpast?
What if we can, you know, delete who's who's?
(18:22):
Limiting belief?
And the way I see it, it's likeyour mind.
We can make the analogy with acomputer, nicole.
So let's pretend the brain isthe hard drive, because we make
a big deal about the brain, butit's just an interface.
Your thoughts are not in yourbrain.
No, no way.
So that's the hard drive, right.
And after your software, it'sthe subconscious mind, right.
(18:46):
And the output of the softwareis your conscious mind and your
behavior is reflected on thescreen of life, right, your
screen.
So what happens if you do havea poor quality of software,
right, all right.
If it's too too many limitingbelief, well, you're not gonna
like your screen of life, right?
(19:07):
You just say, oh man, life ishard, you know it's not
enjoyable, right?
But if you do have a goodquality of software, you say, oh
man, that's fun, you know, yeah, but you know that's pretty
cool.
Speaker 1 (19:21):
Imagine a Gen Zer on
a Windows 97 computer.
They wouldn't know what to dowith themselves.
That's what it made me think of, what you were just saying.
I'm sorry.
Okay, go ahead.
Speaker 2 (19:33):
No, no, no, no
problem, and so okay.
So we need to figure out a way.
So when you've got a computerright, when you've got a program
that is not serving you anymore, what are you going to do?
You're going to delete it andyou're going to replace it with
the one that serves you better, right, like that in your screen.
(19:58):
You're gonna get the outcomethat you want, right.
So here's the thing.
Remember that you know thesubconscious mind works with
visualization.
So this mind clearing, that'sthe name that I gave to that
here.
So you've got three program.
I describe that because it cando so many things.
When you realize that thesubconscious belief are at the
source of your pain, yoursymptoms and and your goal and
your success, it's like youcover everything.
(20:19):
And that's that's what it'slike, so important to me, right
and dear to my heart, and that'swhy I want to really teach
people about that.
And so the first thing we'vegot the mind clearing basic.
The second thing is called thebody clearing, like we get get
rid of pain, symptom andinflammation, right.
And the third thing and maybewe'll talk more about that, dive
into that it's called the goaland success clearing right.
(20:41):
And so basically, let's see, Iuse pain a lot because that's
how I did monitor my progresswith that technique, right when
I was creating that.
So I will get some insight andtry it on patients.
I mean that's the way it that.
So I will get some insight andtry it on patients.
I mean that's the way it works.
So let's see, nicole, maybe, okay, you've got low back pain.
Let's pretend you've got lowback pain.
You have heard about me and yousay, okay, well, I've heard
(21:03):
that Dr Salas maybe can help.
I had that for a decade.
So I will tell you basically, practically, I will say, okay,
nicole, what you need to do isjust to visualize your worst low
back pain that you everexperienced and you have to be
in that picture, right, so youwill visualize that.
Right, and after, you know, wecreate like a program.
(21:26):
I mean the program is there butwe customize to you and you
will send that program to thatpicture.
Right, no-transcript, representyour limiting belief.
That's why we don't need toidentify what they are.
The picture is worth a thousandwords, right, but the picture
is what represents your limitingbelief, right, and after number
(21:50):
two, step number two, remember,we want to download, you know,
empowering belief instead, right.
And so I will ask you nowvisualize the opposite of that
picture, right?
And so make sure that you lovethat picture right.
The more you love it, thebetter, because those are
empowering beliefs.
And we'll download a specificprogram I give you and you will
(22:10):
download it.
Right and after.
We want to create, we want tomake sure that it manifests in
your life, because otherwiseit's only a fantasy.
That's what I call.
They call that the law ofattraction.
Right?
So you delete the program, youdownload another one.
That's why you stop that law ofattraction, the law of
manifestation.
You want to make sure that yousee that happening in your life.
(22:30):
Right, and after one visit youknow, I would say 70 to 80% of
the people after one visit thepen is gone.
And if the pen comes back, Icall that resistance of healing.
For example, you said, oh, youknow what?
I was sitting on my computerand my low back came back.
I said, okay, write it down thecircumstances, right, I get
(22:51):
into my car.
It happened again.
So we write it down and we dothe same process, but with
specific circumstances, right.
And after we're done, usuallyit takes one or two visits, the
most people that I did for um.
I remember she had a kneereplacement, both knee
replacement, shoulder andshoulder pain.
It took five visits to clearall that.
(23:12):
But she put a lot of limiting, lots of mental stuff on that
right and and so the the goodnews also when you treat a
limiting belief, you can treatthat for pain, but of course
it's going to impact your entiremind.
So it's going to help not onlyyour health but it's going to
help your relationship and alsoit's going to help your
(23:33):
prosperity.
So that's why it's what I lovethat.
It's like how fast it goes.
But the most important thingsthat I love the most, it's like
you are using 95% of your mindthat you were not using before.
You are empowering yourself toheal yourself, and when you can
(23:53):
empower people to healthemselves, I call that the holy
grail of healing.
There's no better things thanthat for sure.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
I love that.
I love that so much.
And you mentioned clearing forsuccess.
Can you talk to us a little bitabout that?
Speaker 2 (24:09):
yeah.
So, um, why?
You know, we, we do like goalsetting, for example.
Right, let's take that example.
So what we use again, we usefive or ten percent of our mind.
Why don't we bring, you know, the subconscious mind to the
party?
So I call that the quantum loop, right?
And so what happens is likewhat do you do?
Give me a goal.
(24:30):
Give me an example of a goalfor an entrepreneur that will
have a goal.
What will it be?
Give me one.
Speaker 1 (24:35):
Well, usually the
first big goal of entrepreneurs
is to get to their first hundredgrand year.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
So let's use that.
Okay, hundred thousand, sixfigure, right.
Yeah, so you want six figure, right.
So you are.
You are there, point a.
You want to reach point b,which is six figure, right.
So we always have a preconceivedidea how to do it right.
Either you follow somebody whojust will give you, you know,
the, the funnel you towards that, you start something.
(25:03):
So what I will do is first weclear the goal, right.
We want to make sure thatthere's limiting belief in
between, right.
We want to make sure we clearthat right.
So we visualize, for example, you or somebody else failing
right.
And after you visualize yourideal outcome.
So we do the man clearing onthat.
That's step number one.
(25:23):
After what you want to do, youwant to take one step to the
process, right, one step, a stepthat you can monitor within a
week or two, max.
Right.
And so when you take that stepmaybe let's say it's to call
people, right, you want to call10 people and you take the step
at the end of a step.
Well, you know only two peopleanswer right, and one was really
(25:45):
to help you, for example.
Right.
So of course you kind ofdisappointed right.
So that's a resistance.
Remember, like you, when youare going in your car, and the
low back pain came, came backright.
So that's a resistance towardstransformation and growth, right
?
So what we do?
We clear that.
Whatever you didn't lack whenyou took, when you take the
first step, we're going to clearit.
(26:06):
So what happened is like, let'spretend, the knowledge that you
need in order to achieve thesix figure is way up right, and
where you are at, it's muchlower, lower, right.
So each time you're going totake a step and we're going to
do mind clearing, we're going toraise your vibration, you, you,
(26:30):
you're going to go more towardsthat things that you want to
reach right, that you want toactually resonate with.
So, along the way, you're goingto have more your consciousness
going to rise, and it's a bigworld just to say that.
You're gonna have more clarityand more focus.
Right, and if you got moreclarity and more focus now, you
may even course correct, youknow, uh, you may, you may
(26:51):
course correct what you want todo.
Right, because you say, oh, andmaybe some, because your
consciousness is higher, yourvibration is higher.
Now you can have differentaccess to different knowledge.
I'm going to tell you something, nicole, when first I started to
do the man clearing.
You know, I didn't have allthat philosophy.
I'm going to say, heck, I'mgoing to explain that to people.
Right, I knew how to helppeople, you know, I mean
(27:13):
partially and after very, verywell, in three years.
But I didn't know and and fromthat I just put it out there,
right, and I treat myself and Ilived it.
I know, I understand.
And after I was resonated withthe knowledge that, oh, okay,
that makes sense, right, and soI integrate that and I create
almost an entire philosophy withthat.
(27:34):
So, trust me, that's how itworks.
You know and you see what Imean.
Speaker 1 (27:40):
Yes, absolutely of
course.
And you know I see what I mean.
Yes, absolutely of course.
And, um, you know, I tellpeople sometimes like I remember
praying for these things.
I remember praying to connectwith people like you, right, to
all the amazing people that Iconnect with now on my podcast,
um, and, and I remember, when Iwasn't at that vibration because
I was not attracting, you know, like world minded people, we
(28:06):
all have been there.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
But then it's like, how do you,you know, how do you get from
there to here?
And that's exactly what you'retalking about.
And it's about, you know, uncovering those things that we
might not even be aware of,those scripts that we're running
under like the unconscious, bringing that to the forefront
(28:26):
right and stepping into who wewant to be.
It's not about doing, it'sabout being.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
I love that.
I love that so much.
I understand that.
But still, also, first you haveto be being if I can say that,
but you have to do it you haveto manifest.
Because, if I can say that, butyou have to do it, you have to
manifest, because that's howyou're going to get the
experience right.
You see what I mean.
So, um, yeah, you've got allthose program running all the
time.
You know I can expand on on thisprogram if you want, or maybe
(28:55):
we're running out of time, butlet me explain something because
it can be so abstract forpeople.
You know limiting belief and itand it's not.
I found out that limitingbelief actually interferes with
pain, symptoms, with everything, but especially when it's long
term right, because after youjust get programmed in your mind
oh I cannot get rid of thatpain, and blah, blah, blah.
But again, it's not your fault.
I want to insist that it's notyour fault and let me illustrate
(29:17):
with an example.
Let's pretend there's a littlegirl that see her dad as an
alcoholic, coming back homeevery night drunk and beat up
the mom.
What do you think that littlegirl when she grows up, what
kind of relationship or romanticrelationship she's going to
attract?
What do you?
Speaker 1 (29:33):
think Well, just like
the one she's used to An
abusive relationship.
Speaker 2 (29:39):
But yet, if you ask
her, you say, hey, do you enjoy
to get beat up like your mom?
She's going to say, heck, no.
So the conscious mind will sayone thing and the subconscious
mind has been programmed andwill override whatever willpower
you may have.
You see what I mean.
And so what is the program inthe subconscious mind?
(29:59):
Well, that's it.
Men are predator and women areprey.
Now there's a second questionthat comes up how she's going to
meet that guy, why she's goingto shake his hand and say, hey,
you want to beat me up?
Of course it's not going tohappen that way.
So here's what I think.
I think that our subconsciousmind are connected.
(30:19):
You see, that's why we saywe're all one, and it doesn't
mean that we have to loveeverybody, right, that's not
what I meant.
So so we are connected.
And the subconscious man gonnasay this guy yeah, it's like the
subconscious mind of thatgirl's gonna read the
subconscious mind of that guy.
And that guy was probably abully, bullied, and now he
becomes a bully, right, and sothey're gonna start that dance,
(30:40):
they're gonna pair up andthey're gonna start that dance
together and there's to pair upand they're going to start that
dance together and there's manythree different case scenarios
that may happen.
Case scenario number one youknow what.
They may get married and staytogether, you know, and she's
going to be stick and blockedyou know who's blocked but so
powerful that she's going to bestuck in that relationship
forever.
Well, we all know people likethis right.
(31:01):
Case scenario number two well, she will say oh no, I'm done
with this man, get another man.
Maybe she has kids along theway.
Lots of suffering.
And there's two things I'veheard from this woman.
The first thing she said well,I'm done with men, it's over,
they're not good for me.
I understand that I'm done withthem, right.
So it's a partial healing, meaning that at least she's got
(31:21):
the awareness that you knowthat's not good, right, and that
true healing will be because ofcourse you can heal from your
health experiences, of courseyou can transform yourself
through your life practice, ofcourse you can grow through your
life experiences.
They take so much time, youknow, and some suffering and
things like that.
So what will happen?
(31:42):
If she's healed right, she willattract somebody that's totally
the opposite, somebody that islike nurturing to her, respected
her, you know, kind to her andsee her as an equal right.
And the case number three ofcourse you can come and see
somebody that maybe doeshypnotherapy right, or somebody
like me that does mind clearingand we can clear that.
(32:04):
So imagine all the time thatyou're saving all the suffering
and all that you know, andanyway.
Speaker 1 (32:11):
Yes, it's about
becoming.
You're stepping into thatperson that you want to be able
to just be, so it's aboutbecoming.
Yes, I love that.
So before we sign off here, DrAllen, can you let me know how
can we stay in touch with?
Speaker 2 (32:25):
you.
Well, you know, I've got thatwebsite.
It's called themindclearingcomthemindclearingcom.
There's a ton of informationthere because, you know, doctor
means teacher, so for me it'svery important to educate people
.
Okay, so you can check someinformation.
If you want to contact me, I'vegot a special offer, you know,
because of, for your listener, nicole, and so the first one.
(32:49):
So you, you go to contact andthere's a form there you can
fill in and you've got my emailaddress if you want to ask me
any question or if you, if youwant to to to experience, you
know, mind clearing, becauseit's good to have knowledge,
it's important, right, but it'sso much better to apply the
knowledge, right.
And so, basically, it's likeyou get 20 percent off of
(33:10):
treatment.
It will take an hour to do onetreatment.
We can do anything you want.
We can reprogram, you know, pain, we can reprogram some
symptom, we can reprogram somenegative emotion.
We can uh negative thinking, uh, overwhelming emotion, behavior
that are non-desirable for foryou, I mean whatever you want,
(33:31):
right.
And so that's 20 off, right andafter.
If you want to learn, becausethis is designed to help you lay
people, you know, you don'thave to have a phd, you don't
have to have a, to be even inthe healthcare industry or in
the relationship industry, andall that.
So this is designed for you.
If you want to transformyourself, you can do that.
(33:54):
Learn how to do that, but notonly is going to help you, but
it's going you can help yourloved ones.
So imagine how empowering it isfor you, right?
It's almost like you know Idon't like to say that, but it's
almost like you're using yoursuperpower, right, but you
always have you see, that's thething.
It's not like we suddenlybecome super powerful.
We are so powerful we don'trealize how powerful we are.
(34:18):
That's what I've learned withthis technique and apply to me,
and and see like peopletransform their life, right, and
so we are so powerful.
And also the message that Iwant to say there's hope.
Even if you think you have beeneverywhere and try everything,
please, when you bring 95 ofyour of your mind power and
brain power, trust me, thingschange radically, right, and so
(34:40):
what you thought was notpossible to achieve, to heal or
to whatever you want, to yourwhatever, whatever goal you have
, you can.
So I will give like 50 off ofthe entire system, right,
meaning the mind clearing, basic, the, the goal and setting uh
uh clearing and the bodyclearing that's amazing and, um,
(35:03):
you, you know, I love what yousaid and it's something I talk
about in my book.
Speaker 1 (35:07):
It's not about having
a superpower, because your
superpower like in my opinion,is probably what everybody told
you was a weakness, like Ialways got told.
I talk too much.
That's my superpower, but I hadto learn to use it for good.
Right, I had to learn how todirect it, because I could talk
your ear off and, like one ofthe things I talk about in my
book, if you're watching, youknow, like a lot of reality
(35:30):
television and you read gossipmagazines and your gift is to
talk you're going to talk aboutpeople because that's what
you're always looking at, that'swhat you're thinking about, and
so that I think it plays intothose subconscious scripts where
you learn.
Well, you know what I do havethe gift of gab.
I do talk a lot, so I need todirect that talk to do something
good and make sure that I'mlifting people up instead of
(35:52):
putting people down, um, and soI think that that goes exactly
with what you're talking about.
It's those underlying scripts, right, because the things that
we have in that subconsciousmind, like there's clues that
are going to slip out in the, inthe, in the way we talk, in the
way we do certain things, inthe way we react, in the way we
approach things, because, likeyou said, we're running on those
(36:14):
scripts.
So I think this is just sopowerful.
And so, last tip, what's likeyour biggest takeaway?
Like?
What's like your biggest you?
Speaker 2 (36:26):
know the, the tip
that you give your clients that
gives them the biggest ahamoment.
Well, I will say, I don't knowif I give that to my clients,
but in general, well, youalready have your subconscious
mind communicating with you andso your intuition, intuition is
the wisdom of your subconsciousmind.
So please, you know, try tohave faith, uh, your intuition.
Intuition is the wisdom of your, of your subconscious mind.
So please, you know, try tohave faith in your intuition.
(36:46):
I I used to tell my patient ifI've got a problem and, via my
analytical mind, will tell me.
Even before I knew mindclearing, I study all that and
even before I had that bigpractice, I will say I will
always trust my intuition, first, that my uh by my analytical
(37:07):
mind.
Right, because I mean we cantalk about and express more, but
that's really the what I will,I will say, trust your intuition
, and if you don't trust itright away, just ask for some
confirmation yes.
Speaker 1 (37:20):
well, we do have to
learn to listen to that
intuition.
Especially us that had a lot ofstuff happen to us is learning
to hear that voice and be likeis this intuition or is this the
one that's trying to keep mesafe and learning to
differentiate?
And one book that really reallyhelped me to understand that
(37:40):
concept Blink by MalcolmGladwell.
If you have not read it, thatis such a fantastic book and
it's talking about the power ofthinking without thinking, and
so that's my tip for you guys is, if you're learning to really
understand intuition and things, that's a great place to start
that book.
Yes, go ahead.
Speaker 2 (38:00):
Like the intuition.
What's the difference?
The intuition you feel peaceful, right.
You think it's like.
What is intuition?
You know that.
You know right, fear will bemore obviously.
You know negative by nature, right, and you've got it's more
like a panic or something likethat.
You know that you have to do sothe way to distinguish between
those impulses whose fear andintuition intuition is like
(38:23):
there's a serenity that comewith it, like there's that
knowledge that you know there'snot even a doubt, right.
And if there's some doubt, because you know your conscious
mind, you know play with it andmaybe there's some subconscious
programming.
Again, as for as for somevalidation or something like
that, but it should feel youshould be happy.
Speaker 1 (38:45):
That is wonderful.
Thank you so much, Dr Allen.
This has been such a wonderfulepisode and we will check you
guys out next time on the nextepisode of Overcome Yourself,
the podcast.
Bye.
Speaker 2 (38:55):
Thank you, nicole,
thank you.
