Tatiana Amico (00:29):
Hello?
Hello, this is the last episodeof this season.
Whew.
Damn.
This was some good shit.
Huh?
I have sad that this season hasbeen all about no BIS
manifesting, right?
Like the real, or really goesdown.
(00:51):
What's really necessary to.
To make like epic shit happenedin our lives and for our
businesses and to have what wetruly desire.
And this takes work right.
It's unsexy work many times, butit takes work.
It takes commitment.
(01:12):
It takes a decision.
It takes the energy of being allin.
This is what I desire.
I'm making it happen no matterwhat.
Being able to be the woman whodoes this stuff.
And again, it's not easy.
I will never say that it easy.
It does take work to be able todo the things that most aren't
(01:35):
doing and to.
Go off into new territory,right?
Like unchartered territory whereyou've never been, I had a
client say to me yesterday, she's doing something new.
She's like, why is this?
Like, why is this so hard for meright now?
I'm like, because you've neverdone it before.
You've never done it before.
So it's not just going to bethis like breezy thing.
Right.
(01:56):
It does become effortless onceyou've embodied and mastered and
all of that.
But then like I've said inprevious episodes, we don't just
stop there.
We keep going.
So I hope that you've reallyenjoyed the season and all the
seasons of own it.
Please make sure to give me somelove on the socials, share about
(02:19):
it.
If you haven't reviewed thepodcast yet.
Definitely do that.
And just thank you so much forlistening and.
Sharing and all the things I'mso freaking grateful for you.
So let's end this season offwith a fricking bang.
(02:40):
I was chatting with a soulclient yesterday who found me.
We were it's funny.
Cause we were like, how did weeven connect?
Like how did you find just like,I'm not really sure, but
obviously she, she had alignedto whatever the hell I was
saying.
Somehow found me.
I think it was on Instagram.
She was in my world for a bit.
(03:01):
She started listening to thepodcast.
In fact, she told me she waslike, she just started bingeing
the podcast.
Like she would go for walks andjust listen and listen and
listen.
She was really feelingeverything that I was sharing.
And just a few months, aftercoming into my world, she jumped
into my year long, largerinvestment.
(03:21):
Mastermind group mentorship.
And I'm sharing this with youbecause this episode is really
going to be about leadingourselves, listening to
ourselves, like really decidingto step up and be a leader, step
up and be a leader.
And I'm here for the women thatare the game changers, the
(03:43):
leaders desiring to create newfricking paradigm.
Creating shifts in this world, the ripple effect that I always
talk about.
And in order to do this, we haveto step up and be able to lead
ourselves.
So there was no like lower andlower price offer for her to
(04:05):
join.
This is it.
This is all I had.
This is all that I had availablewhen she reached out to me and.
I again, I'm sharing thisbecause lately I've, I've been
working with a lot of clientsthat are now getting, like,
making some big moves, puttingout some new offers, just like
deciding this is it.
I'm going all in, stepping up,showing up all of that.
(04:29):
And I'm finding an actually inthe past, this has been the case
as well, that so many have beenlistening to the outside noise
around them, of what they shouldbe doing.
Like this is what you have to doin order to be successful.
And in order to sell your offersand in order to have the launch
and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, right.
There's a shit ton out there.
(04:49):
Let's be real because everycoach guru expert that is
sharing this stuff, they'reowning their own.
Right, which is awesome.
It's awesome.
But it's their way, and it maynot be your way.
(05:09):
Right.
And it's cool to learn and gainknowledge and all of that, but
it's more important to really beable to be the woman that
listens to herself.
And trust herself and believesin herself and the energy that,
that brings that.
I know that being me showing upas me owning what I do, owning
(05:32):
who I am, that's what frickingworks.
So it's like blinders on, notwhat some guru said, not this is
how it should be, but being ableto look at their own way, look
at their own.
And again, I'm having this comeup with a lot of clients where
it's like, this is what I reallywant to do, but is this going to
(05:56):
work?
Because so-and-so said that Ishould have, I should have a
lower investment offer in orderto get people through the door
or then some other, you know, coaches saying, no, I should
have a year long thing.
That's$10,000.
Right?
We got to listen to ourselvesand what are we available for?
What can we hold space for?
What can we really put out therefully owning it in our power?
(06:19):
And this takes work to do, andit takes work to be able to
recognize what it really is foryou.
And that, listen, this is huge.
We're going to grow.
We're going to evolve.
We're going to change things up,but let's love the frickin ride.
Where it's like, I'm listeningto myself again.
I'm not doing things becausesomeone else said, this is the
(06:40):
way in this house.
I have to do it.
It's like, no, this is what Iwant to do.
And I'm going to do it this wayand it's going to work.
Of course.
So this is the work that I dowith my clients is to help them
let go of the condition.
And having to follow others waysand listen, this is with
everything in life, not justwith business, this is
everything like, this is whatI'm all about here.
(07:04):
So again, letting go of thisconditioning, having to follow
others ways and insteadunlocking what and how their way
is and be the woman who isfully.
Because it's, when you are ableto get fully behind what you
want and how you want to do it,who you want to work with, your
(07:26):
thing, your offer, what makesyou the shit right?
Again, that's what works.
So it doesn't matter if you juststarted.
It doesn't matter if you've beenin the game for years and years
and years, it doesn't matterwhat your audience size is.
Like.
You get to decide.
You decide, and from there youmake the moves and all that
(07:51):
outside noise can be sneaky.
It can be so sneaky trying tocome back in.
So the work is to continue to beable to listen to yourself and
to trust yourself, like, am Idoing this because I heard it
somewhere or I'm being blindedby the way, others do things and
think that I have to do that aswell.
(08:13):
Or is.
MI MI capital M capitally, boldunderlined line stars and shit
coming out of it, right.
Being the woman who just knowsand can show up with certainty
in who she is and what sheoffers.
And again, there's a lot of workhere.
(08:34):
It's unraveling deprogramming, being able to really tap into
self into your intuition,turning yourself.
Ah, Showing up showing up andknowing you are worthy no matter
what, and knowing you areworthy, no matter what, knowing
(08:56):
that you are enough and beingable to rise back up, because
sometimes that ego wins hadfrickin ego.
Right.
But then you remember who youare.
And again, this is the work andI know this work I've done this
work.
I do this work.
(09:20):
I come from being so afraid toeven charge$25 for a grocery
store tour, where I would bewith someone for like three
hours.
Oh my gosh.
They having soul aligned clientsthat are finding me and
investing five figures plus inthemselves.
It's energetics, it's theenergetics around leadership.
(09:46):
So again, this is the work thatwe do together when you're in my
world.
So you be the woman who is ableto build a business and life
that you actually love.
So it's not looking outside ofyou.
It's not buying all the newprograms or coach hopping
because the shiny objects andthey must have all the answers.
If I don't have this yet, thisthing that I want, maybe they
(10:09):
do, maybe they do.
Maybe they do.
Maybe they do let me hop, hopout.
I see this all the time.
And I used to do this too.
Right.
Or comparing to others, thinkingyou have to be like them to be
successful and this could beconscious or unconscious.
And this is something that I'msuper fired up about all of a
sudden it's like not postingother people's stuff instead of
(10:33):
your.
You know, sharing your ownbeliefs, your thoughts, your
experiences, because this iswhat your people want.
They want you.
And I've just been seeing somany women constantly sharing
other people's shit.
Other people's quotes, otherpeople's offers all the time and
not even their own, got to ownyour stuff.
(10:56):
Got up, own your stuff.
And again, this is the worst.
And I've done all of that.
I know what it feels like toshrink, to shrink back to not
feel good enough to pull backyour power, afraid of being too
much afraid of maybe being wrongor losing people.
(11:22):
I can look back and see when Icouldn't even imagine anyone
caring about what I had to do.
Or thinking that what I had tosay wasn't enough or that I was
wrong.
So I hid behind others and Icould see it.
I look at my memories from mypast, from my posts and stuff.
(11:45):
I was sharing other people'sstuff all the time.
And you know what?
I can even see this in my book.
And I've, I've actually have hadto do a lot of work around my
book because of.
I, I feel like I don't even wantto really share about it.
And now I'm realizing that it'sthis, because I was hiding, I
was lacking confidence.
I was lacking confidence in meand I'm like, as much as a lot
(12:08):
of it is my story and everythingelse.
That's not, it's not me.
It's not fully.
And I'm grateful and I'm proudof myself and damn the woman I
became because of that.
Right.
Everything is happening for me,but still I knew I could feel
that I was hiding and I'veactually had to do a lot of like
grief work around that andforgiveness to myself, like love
(12:32):
on myself, give myself props forit all.
And then also recognizing lists, like looking in hindsight,
gaining the wisdom, extractingthe wisdom that wise women.
So until I decided I'm a leader,I'm the one I know.
(12:55):
I trust myself.
I am enough and my truth is notwrong.
This work around.
This is super important.
I, if I hadn't have done this,if I don't continue to do it, I
wouldn't be doing this podcast.
I wouldn't be sharing, you know, all, all across like social
(13:15):
media.
There there's so much workinvolved in this, and it's not
just some strategy cause howmany people are given the
strategy.
And I still don't see themshowing up.
I still years later don't seethem show.
So this is the work and theclients that I have fricking
collapsing time around this.
(13:36):
Like the one that I shared, where when I first started
seeing her just a few months inand what she has done, because
she has tapped in, she has donethe work.
She has shown up.
She's literally unleashed giftsinside of her that like she it's
blowing my mind and this ishappening with all of my
clients.
Of course.
Cause this is the work that wedo.
(13:57):
But then for her to share thesethings that in the past, she was
like, I thought I was crazy, like, and listen to me and
dealing with people that are,you know, mean the ha you know,
the judgments and everythingelse, being able to get through
that in order to share yourtruth, to own your truth.
Right.
So I also want to say this, sometimes this still comes up
(14:20):
for me in unexpected ways.
Listen, if you've been listeningto me for a while, you know, my
jam has been boxing.
Like, I feel like I talk aboutit all the time, but man, when
you find something that is yourjam.
And, and just so much comesthrough because of it.
(14:40):
It's just the coolest thingever.
So anyway, the other day I wasin the class and one of the
trainers, the coaches was like,I would love to see you in the
ring with this other girl.
And I was like, no, I won't dothat.
I won't go in the ring.
And I found myself like, like tospar, right.
And I found myself, the nextthing that came out of my mouth
was because I'm afraid to hurtsomeone.
(15:05):
Because I'm afraid to hurtsomeone.
And I kept like, literally, likejust creating these, like
limitations around this thingwhere I'm like, I'm afraid to
hurt someone, so I'm not goingto do it.
And Bubba, Bubba, and they keptsaying, we'll find them, we'll
put you on with a guy.
And I'm like, no, I still, Idon't want to hurt anyone, blah,
(15:25):
blah, blah.
And then I start, you know, Ileft.
And this is what can happen.
Sometimes something happens forus.
We're given this opportunitybecause if I see that I want to
show up and I want to grow and Iwant to make even more impact.
We're going to be given what weneed in order to be come.
The woman that does this.
And I'll now notice when I'mgiven these opportunities.
This was one of those, I didn'tthink anything of it, but then
(15:48):
later on, I'm like, holy crap.
I am afraid.
To really own my power and usemy power because I'm afraid that
I might hurt someone and thenI'm going to lose them.
And then I might potentiallylose something that I love or
that I love to do.
(16:09):
So that was like a massivebreakthrough that I still will
hold back.
I will still hold back.
I'll still hold back from being,I'm afraid to be too much.
I'm afraid to shine too bright.
I'm afraid that, oh my gosh.
If I do that, people won't likeme and I'll lose people and I'll
be abandoned and Bubba, Bubba, because I still have that little
girl coming in from back ingrammar school, when that
(16:31):
happened.
Right.
So it's like, I thought I wasgood.
And then it shows up again in anunexpected way and it's like,
okay, well you just have alittle bit more work to do here.
It's all good.
You want to go to another levelagain?
I'm B being given theopportunity to get to work on
something that I need to work onin order to get to that next
level.
That was like a massivebreakthrough.
It led to even more like moreand more and more came from
(16:54):
that.
And I've been integrating thatand right, so that I integrate
and embody that and master that.
So that I can really show up ata whole new next level way.
Now in January of this year, I'mjust realizing this.
Now, as I'm saying this inJanuary of this year, I sat in
intention to be even more me toshow up more bold.
(17:20):
And in order for me to do that,I have to own my fricking power
and I can not be afraid to hurtsomeone.
And I need to trust that whenpeople come into my world, when
they come into my space, whetherthat be to listen to my podcast,
to read my things, to.
Be a client of mine that theyare making the empowered
(17:40):
decision to do.
So they are deciding to rise up.
They see me as an inspiration.
I'm showing what's possible.
They make the decision to join,to show up, to be that woman
it's on them.
They're making the empowereddecision.
It's not on me, but I show upand I do the work that I'm here
to do in my power.
(18:01):
Like my brain exploding all overthe place.
Right.
This is huge.
So it is my mission to guide youand to support you the impact
making woman to do this, to ownyour truth, to be the leader who
is inside of you and wants tocome out and who wants to play
(18:24):
full out when you honor yourtruth, when you are in your
authentic power.
Which is a process that I teachmy clients.
You see more, you are availablefor more.
You are able to hold more spacefor others.
(18:47):
You become resilient.
You build your capacity, youfeel safe as you go for more.
As you go for.
And if you really want to bemaking that impact, that deeper
impact on others, this doesn'tnecessarily mean big, big
numbers everywhere, but evenjust making deeper, bigger
(19:09):
impact in other's lives.
We have to be able to do all ofthis.
So.
Collapsing time around beingable to get through it all, to
be able to make the biggermoves.
Like I used to be paralyzed forweeks when something would come
up when I was triggered likethat.
What I just told you with theboxing thing, I would have been
(19:30):
paralyzed.
I wouldn't, I wouldn't know whyI actually reached out to my
mentor, my coach.
And I was like, I had a momentwhere I could feel myself.
I just wanted to like crawl upinto a ball and.
I wanted to curl up into a balland hide.
I felt that I was like, why isit?
I started asking myself thesepowerful questions and I was
able to move through that, likewithin I'm pretty sure it was
(19:53):
within like a half an hour to anhour, listen before it would
have been weeks.
And I wouldn't have even knownwhy.
And it would have stayed in mebecause I didn't know.
This is what happens when we getto work on this.
When we have the outsidesupport, when we have someone
helping us through it, that cansee the blind spots, the gaps
that we may not see, and damn,I'm grateful for that.
(20:16):
So being able to move through itfaster, and that's ultimately
how we make the results happenfaster.
So the leader, your presence.
Your presence, who you be on andoff the stage, being able to
(20:41):
lead yourself, doing that unsexywork, to be able to lead others
on a whole new level.
This is who I'm speaking to thewoman who desires this, that is
the woman who I desire to workwith.
You desire to be a consciousleader and embodied leader, a
(21:02):
new paradigm creator, leavingpotent ripple effects, wherever
you go, wherever you go.
And it's like, I'm doing.
This worked for me first, I'mshowing up for my dreams for my
desires, for my mission for me.
(21:26):
And I'm showing up in my powerand I'm owning who I am and I'm
owning what I do.
And I'm doing this for myselffirst, but I also know the
impact that it has on others andthat others will feel.
I have to, I have to shareanother boxing story.
(21:47):
Cause I thought that this was socool.
And it now I'm now I'm like,it's like full circle for a
second here.
So I actually received a messagefrom last week.
I received a message from one ofthe other ladies that that box
is with me.
And she's like, just so youknow, I had to literally stop my
(22:09):
round of boxing when you were inthe.
To watch you and to see you andto see you like killing it.
That's not what she said, butthat's what I'm taking from this
country to watch me kill it.
Right.
And as I think about it, I'mlike, this is what it is.
This is what it's about showingup in our power.
(22:30):
Because others can feel thatthey are inspired by that.
It does something to them.
It moves them.
We are here to create shifts inothers to ultimately create that
ripple effect.
Right.
So be the woman that shows upfull on so that others feel it.
(22:51):
And so we can help others moveto make their own moves.
So we're showing show.
Showing what is possible.
So how do you show others afterthe FDA?
Listen to this, take a momentand riff on this.
Whether, you know, you justspeak it out, maybe, you know,
(23:13):
record into your phone or writeit out, journal it out, let it
all out.
Create a statement around this.
I'm going to share mine.
I show we get to.
I shall we get to have the bigdreams and desires and go after
them.
I show we get to put ourselvesfirst and how that serves
(23:38):
everyone else far greater thanif we do not.
I show we do not deny ourself orour truth honoring ourselves,
being in integrity with ourdesires and all the abundance
that comes from.
We women, we are such powerfulcreators, creating life,
(23:58):
creating visions that change theworld, leading myself in this.
So others see paving a new pathto have women own this all and
go after what they are called towhile living a limitless,
extraordinary life and showingothers what is possible for
(24:21):
them.
Feeling this ready to be alimitless leader, owning who you
are, sharing your gifts andmaking big impact in this world
and get paid, reach out andlet's make those moves.
(24:41):
Thanks again for listening andsee you next season.
