In this transformative episode of Pachamama School Podcast, host Xochitl Ashe sits down with her brother-friend Enrico Moses, founder of World Famous House Crew, for an exploration of how to navigate our rapidly changing world with wisdom, authenticity, and strategic hope.
This conversation moves far beyond surface-level optimism into the realm of what Enrico calls "optimistic realism." As a new father, entrepreneur, and community leader, he shares how understanding our lineage provides essential codes for resilience, why emotional intelligence is non-negotiable in these times, and how strategic thinking can help us visualize and work toward our best-case scenarios. The dialogue fearlessly tackles difficult topics including the reality of systemic racism, the dangers of toxic positivity in spiritual communities, and why authentic connection requires seeing and honoring our differences rather than erasing them.
This conversation is both deeply personal and broadly applicable, weaving together insights on parenting, community building, and creating sustainable change in a world that often feels overwhelming.
