those because we're simplyunderstanding that we are We are

nobody buys not what if thishappened what what if it doesn't
work what if it's not goodenough and then we fixate and
focus on all the things thataren't working or the past or
whatever so that we actuallyliterally stay in that old

frequency so when you come backto this now moment where
everything already exists theconsciousness already exists All
timelines and versions of youexist in this moment.
We don't need to get the thingto collapse timelines.
That's backwards.

We're waiting to get the thingto say, oh, I've collapsed
timelines.
I've quantum leaped.
No, that's not how realityworks.
Everything already exists.
And we are simply listening tothe consciousness.
We're slowing down enough toreceive the guidance in the
consciousness.
from that timeline and thenwe're moving because we know we

know that when we experiencethat channel drop and that
channeled wisdom or guidance orthat synchronicity or maybe it's
a connection with somebody thatsees our vision or activates
parts of ourselves we don't waitwe move on that If we're

guided, I've seen so manyclients and this seems to be a
big theme actually because ofself-sacrifice.
We can't have the successwithout sacrifice.
So a lot of my high achievingclients are in an outdated
paradigm of I need to give more,I need to give more, I need to
give more.
And then what happens is ofcourse our receiving just dries

the fuck up.
We're over giving.
And it works to a certainpoint.
It kind of mirrors thatparadigm of the harder we work,
the more money we make.
Or I'm really valid and worthyand successful and loved when
I'm achieving.
But when that all falls to thefloor and you recognize that you

are worthy, loved, successfulnow, your success is not
inevitable anymore.
Your success is in the nowbecause that's all we have, the
eternal now.
So take that in this momentright now.
If everything exists, there'sno scarcity, there's no lack.

What is the consciousness?
What is the guidance?
What is your heart guiding toyou?
What is your soul guiding youto?
And this might beuncomfortable.
It might be let go of this.
For some clients, it's, youknow, break up with that
partner, get divorced.
For some, it's sort yourrelationship the fuck out right
now because this is important.

Where is sacrifice coming up inyour reality once you have to
fall?
Whether that's in your health,that's a big one for my clients.
Or, you know, yes, I can doreally well and make a ton of
money, but my relationship hasto fall to shit and my body has
to fall to shit.
No, right now you're claimingit all.

You're collapsing thattimeline.
Sacrifice is bullshit.
It's bullshit.
We get to have it all.
It's a deep template.
It's a deep template.
Who am I if it's so easy?
Who am I if there isn't anystriving, pushing?
You are literally a frequencykeeper that is just in a state

of receptivity, flow, presence,receiving.
We're not in any needingenergy.
If you need to fill thatprogram, you are in lack.
You are in lack.
Stop the needing and see whathappens.

Open up your channels.
Don't make time the determinantof success.
Don't make anything thedefining feature of success.
I'll only be successful when Ihave those clients.

I will deal with my health andmy vitality when?
And I'll deal with myrelationship when I have enough
time to do it.
You know, all of those sort ofthings.
And those are the very thingsthat at that next frequency

we're being, reality is speakingto yourself.
It's speaking to you.
It's guiding you to exactlywhat needs to be shifted and to
create huge flow.
One of my clients, yeah, shekind of was in a little bit of a

space, but she wasn't sellingher offers.
And I asked her, where are youwaiting?
Like, what are the things thatyou're waiting on?
And it all came down to herhealth.
And yeah, there was a couple ofthings that were happening.
And we looked at what herhighest timeline of radiance and

wealth which of course existsin that moment was really
guiding her into and it was yeahsauna cold plunge do the things
that make you feel incredibleshowing up deeply for yourself
(10:23):
what does it look like to chooseyou Not to choose you when you
have the money, not to chooseyou when you've created all the
impact, not to choose you whenyou've written the book.
But to allow yourself to chooseyou, which means, yes, taking
care of yourself at the highestlevel, which also means sharing
(10:45):
the things that are reallyactually important.
important to you the thingsthat you really want to share
the offer that you really wantto sell instead of the maybe the
safe dull down offer whereyou're being guided to activate
your light language or deepenyour psychic gifts but you turn
(11:08):
away sorry you turn away whereyou turn away from what is true
for you because self-abandonmentand self-sacrifice has been a
huge theme.
And this is so deeply ingrainedin the collective of success is
(11:39):
out there.
So why do we sacrifice?
Success is out there.
And the more I sacrifice, themore pain I have, the more
success I will have.
So we're always workingexternally.
If I sacrifice more, if I havemore pain, if I have more chaos,
if I have more shit in myreality, well, then I'm

deserving.
I'm deserving of this thing.
And that is always delayingyour joy.
Yes, it does work.
I've certainly done it.
And it's so subtle.
Sometimes it's so subtle.
But it takes a high level ofradical responsibility of what

is actually happening in myreality?
What am I being shown rightnow?
What am I being shown right nowin my reality where sacrifice
is showing up?
And we're just deleting all ofthose vows of sacrifice, of
(12:47):
poverty, of putting ourselves atthe bottom of the list, of
thinking.
I mean, it's bizarre thinkingthat if we work harder, push
more, do more, burn out more,that we'll receive.
And most of us have that deeptemplate of this.
I feel shit that I can receiveuntil it doesn't work.
(13:10):
It doesn't work.
Because that is an outdatedtemplate.
And maybe, yes, you've made alot of money, but the money
doesn't stay around.
Maybe you've had six-figurelaunches or big things, and it's
calling you into, what am I?
Where am I not honoring myselffully?
(13:32):
Where am I not followingmyself?
Because this is one of thebiggest things that I have a lot
of clients that come in andthey're like, you know, I'm just
focused on the impact.
I'm just focused on the impact.
And yes, yeah, yes and no.
Impact can create wealth if youactually have the pathways and
(13:54):
you're selling.
But also sometimes people arejust giving all of this, like
they're vomiting free contenteverywhere, doing free calls and
whatever, free activations allthe time, which of course I give
a lot of free content.
But I know the transformationonly occurs when somebody truly
(14:16):
invests in themselves.
What is an investment issaying, yes, I'm ready.
I trust myself.
I am...
committed no matter what tothis work and these shifts and
creating change for myself andreceiving at a higher level

through ease and bliss orwhatever you know like whatever
how do you want to choose whatdo you want to choose what
timeline are you ready to choosewhere have you put yourself
second best where have you putyourself less important than
your clients where Where haveyou overgiven because of
(15:01):
unworthiness or self-sacrificeor whatever it may be?
Where are you still puttingyourself second in your family?
And it is not selfish to lookafter you because you cannot
pour from an empty cup.
And it is the most radicalthing that will literally shift
(15:22):
your entire life Business.
What would happen right now ifI put myself fully first?
What would happen if I droppedany belief that there had to be
sacrifice or pain to receive ata deeper level?
You know, it's often like, I'llhave the breakdown and then
(15:43):
I'll have the breakthrough.
Well, yeah, you can keep doingthat.
But it's not necessary, right?
Why do we have the breakdowns?
Because we're not actuallyletting go.
We're not letting go of thethings that no longer lie and
then we're forced to.
First you get the feather, thenyou get the brick, then you get

the motherfucking truck.
If you keep ignoring whatyou're guided to do, you will be
guided onto your path.
So what are you ignoring?
What are you clinging to?
And that's when we can really,you know, the faster you, and

this is obviously also there's ashadow aspect of this, is
disorganized chaos andabandoning things when they feel
really good or when they feeldifficult.
Sometimes we do that, you know,that we abandon something.
because it feels too easy or itfeels um difficult um at the

beginning and that's also okaywe can be in that paradigm of
you know what is what is mypurpose on this planet or what
what i know i'm here for is toelevate humanity so is this and
everything that i do aligns withthat It doesn't mean that I'm

all love and light and will takea lot of bullshit.
No.
I'm actually more firmer in myboundaries, my standards, what
I'm available for in my life.
And I know who I'm here for.
I know I'm here for those thatare here with an incredible
mission, purpose, and vision toelevate humanity.

They've mastered their craft.
They're brilliant at what theydo.
As one of my clients said, it'scutting edge, new paradigm
leaders bringing things thathave never been seen before.
whether that's yeah new newpioneering ways of working with
a shadow new pioneering ways ofof working with embodiment or

sex or money or um a beautifulclient of mine as well was um a
nutritionist and yeah her visionwas to get it into every single
household and it was morearound body autonomy
understanding the bodyunderstanding the cues of the
body understanding what we'remissing which is huge awakening

so what do you know andsometimes this is so you know
it's so easy for us my gift isobviously supporting clients
with doing their soul work,getting paid to be themselves
and create unapologeticvisibility, claim their vision,
(18:40):
elevate humanity, do, you know,create pioneering work.
And typically my gifts work in,you know, I see the vision.
I literally get visions ofsomebody on stage or with their
book or in a particular outfitor, you recently you know very
clear guidance on whatsomebody's meant to do and where

their offices need to be thesewellness centers that they're
creating which is you know superclear obviously we always have
free will we can turn away fromour soul offers and our soul
guidance and our soul wisdom umand we can make it harder which
most of us you know, can do, asCarl Jung, one of my favorite

quotes is, you know, we'll do,we'll, this is paraphrase, you
know, humans will do anything toavoid their truth, no matter
how bizarre it is.
We're literally playing hideand seek with our soul.
Oh, I have this vision.
Oh, I have this guidance.
Oh, I have this offer.
I have this message.
Oh, no, no, no.

That's too easy.
Let's go and sell this othershit that really is not aligned.
And then chaos starts to happenin our lives.
And then we go and fix thechaos.
And then we just spiraldownwards.
And then we spend a lot moretime doing this and ignoring

this and beating ourselves up.
just do the fucking thing.
Listen to the guidance that iscoming through and get support
while you're doing it.
So the way that my gifts workis, yes, I can see your highest
time.
I can see your vision.
I can see your gifts.
If you're ready to see it, I'mnot here to fix, save or be a

psychic that tells you what todo.
No, you've got the vision.
You know what it is.
And I do see it and I see thetimeline and vision.
And then of course, The shadowwill rise up.
You know, that's a normalunconscious aspect of self that
we need to integrate.
It will come into your realitybecause your next level is

Your next level is not outsideof you.
The next level is within.
And what most people do is whenthey feel that discomfort or...
The doubts or the fears, whatmost people do will start
looking outside, complicatingthings, looking at the next
messaging strategy.
Like, you know, who are youwithout the striving, pushing?

Who are you in the identity ofwhen everything feels super
fucking easy?
What is your pattern?
You know, what do you do?
What do you do to complicatethings to actually avoid your
truth?

And when you dissolve all of that and you
really embody and come back tointegrating those shadow aspects
of self, and then you just takethose, I call it that jinky
nine, where you're just takingthe small daily actions in

your unconscious patterns andbeliefs.
And that's really the sequencethat I work with clients on.
That's your vision.
You've got the vision.
We do a super consciousrecoding.
We'll do some super consciouswork to listen to the life force
energy of your offer.
And then, of course, speakingfrom that space, speaking from

that truth, elevating humanity,sharing the message that is
coming through as a channel andthe divine messenger.
And the reason why yourmessaging isn't clear is because
there's some distortion.
You are this divine channel,whether it's fear.

Remember, your most potentmessaging happens in the now.
And if you're receiving all ofthis consciousness, all of this
wisdom, and you're not takingthe aligned action, what you're
doing is is of course you'restopping the flow of creation
from happening it's not abouttrying to do less it's not

trying to do more it's literallybeing that open channel and
vessel that when you receiveguidance you take the aligned
action you receive guidance fromthe highest timeline truth and
you take the aligned action andyou literally in a state of
presence where your channel isopen, where wealth is just
flowing.

It's a natural state of youbeing you.
So, And that's when you getpaid for your presence.
You know that your voice isimportant.
You know that the words thatyou use, the presence that you
hold are all important when youunderstand that there isn't
actually anything missing.
Some people spend yearssearching for themselves.

I mean, when the secret isthere, it's just understanding
how to access that wisdom in thenow and trust it.
Because that's where we startto live.
We start to live this heaven onearth consciousness when we're
present, when we're not stuck inthe loop and survival patterns

and the fears and the doubts andthe lack and all of that sort
of thing.
And we're literally in ourtruth.
So I'm just going to finish offwith a beautiful light language

the spiritual and the materialand both need to be connected
and that's a work really that Ido with clients it's not one or
the other and when we're tooconnected spiritually without
anchoring it into the physicalof course then the money flow is
not happening and often thebody is that you know the body

is the vessel the body is thetemple it's not just a vessel
it's a temple that when we takecare of ourselves at the highest
level everything can start toflow And that was obviously a
huge journey for me, you know,massive disconnect from the
body, binge eating, fear ofemotions, fear of everything.

And that's why I experienced myawakening in 2018 to reconnect,
reconnect to the vessel,understand my gifts, understand
that all of the consciousness isthere.
and to devote the rest of mylife to you know those that are
ready um not everybody is readyto see their truth um it's

confrontational seeing yourtruth it's confrontational
knowing that there is nothing tofix there's nothing to find
there's no striving or pushingrequired it all exists in this
now moment and that's what theinner circle and lady millions

We get to have it all.
It's a deep template.

Who am I if it's so easy?
Who am I if there isn't anystriving, pushing?
You are literally a frequencykeeper that is just in a state

of receptivity, flow, presence,receiving.
We're not in any needingenergy.
If you need to fill thatprogram, you are in lack.
You are in lack.
Stop the needing and see whathappens.

Open up your channels.
Don't make time the determinantof success.
Don't make anything thedefining feature of success.
I'll only be successful when Ihave those clients.

I will deal with my health andmy vitality when?
And I'll deal with myrelationship when I have enough
time to do it.
You know, all of those sort ofthings.
And those are the very thingsthat at that next frequency

we're being, reality is speakingto yourself.
It's speaking to you.
It's guiding you to exactlywhat needs to be shifted and to
create huge flow.
One of my clients, yeah, shekind of was in a little bit of a

space, but she wasn't sellingher offers.
And I asked her, where are youwaiting?
Like, what are the things thatyou're waiting on?
And it all came down to herhealth.
And yeah, there was a couple ofthings that were happening.
And we looked at what herhighest timeline of radiance and

wealth which of course existsin that moment was really
guiding her into and it was yeahsauna cold plunge do the things
that make you feel incredibleshowing up deeply for yourself
(10:23):
what does it look like to chooseyou Not to choose you when you
have the money, not to chooseyou when you've created all the
impact, not to choose you whenyou've written the book.
But to allow yourself to chooseyou, which means, yes, taking
care of yourself at the highestlevel, which also means sharing
(10:45):
the things that are reallyactually important.
important to you the thingsthat you really want to share
the offer that you really wantto sell instead of the maybe the
safe dull down offer whereyou're being guided to activate
your light language or deepenyour psychic gifts but you turn
(11:08):
away sorry you turn away whereyou turn away from what is true
for you because self-abandonmentand self-sacrifice has been a
huge theme.
And this is so deeply ingrainedin the collective of success is
(11:39):
out there.
So why do we sacrifice?
Success is out there.
And the more I sacrifice, themore pain I have, the more
success I will have.
So we're always workingexternally.
If I sacrifice more, if I havemore pain, if I have more chaos,
if I have more shit in myreality, well, then I'm

deserving.
I'm deserving of this thing.
And that is always delayingyour joy.
Yes, it does work.
I've certainly done it.
And it's so subtle.
Sometimes it's so subtle.
But it takes a high level ofradical responsibility of what
(12:25):
is actually happening in myreality?
What am I being shown rightnow?
What am I being shown right nowin my reality where sacrifice
is showing up?
And we're just deleting all ofthose vows of sacrifice, of
(12:47):
poverty, of putting ourselves atthe bottom of the list, of
thinking.
I mean, it's bizarre thinkingthat if we work harder, push
more, do more, burn out more,that we'll receive.
And most of us have that deeptemplate of this.
I feel shit that I can receiveuntil it doesn't work.
(13:10):
It doesn't work.
Because that is an outdatedtemplate.
And maybe, yes, you've made alot of money, but the money
doesn't stay around.
Maybe you've had six-figurelaunches or big things, and it's
calling you into, what am I?
Where am I not honoring myselffully?
(13:32):
Where am I not followingmyself?
Because this is one of thebiggest things that I have a lot
of clients that come in andthey're like, you know, I'm just
focused on the impact.
I'm just focused on the impact.
And yes, yeah, yes and no.
Impact can create wealth if youactually have the pathways and
(13:54):
you're selling.
But also sometimes people arejust giving all of this, like
they're vomiting free contenteverywhere, doing free calls and
whatever, free activations allthe time, which of course I give
a lot of free content.
But I know the transformationonly occurs when somebody truly
(14:16):
invests in themselves.
What is an investment issaying, yes, I'm ready.
I trust myself.
I am...
committed no matter what tothis work and these shifts and
creating change for myself andreceiving at a higher level
(14:38):
through ease and bliss orwhatever you know like whatever
how do you want to choose whatdo you want to choose what
timeline are you ready to choosewhere have you put yourself
second best where have you putyourself less important than
your clients where Where haveyou overgiven because of
(15:01):
unworthiness or self-sacrificeor whatever it may be?
Where are you still puttingyourself second in your family?
And it is not selfish to lookafter you because you cannot
pour from an empty cup.
And it is the most radicalthing that will literally shift
(15:22):
your entire life Business.
What would happen right now ifI put myself fully first?
What would happen if I droppedany belief that there had to be
sacrifice or pain to receive ata deeper level?
You know, it's often like, I'llhave the breakdown and then
(15:43):
I'll have the breakthrough.
Well, yeah, you can keep doingthat.
But it's not necessary, right?
Why do we have the breakdowns?
Because we're not actuallyletting go.
We're not letting go of thethings that no longer lie and
then we're forced to.
First you get the feather, thenyou get the brick, then you get
(16:04):
the motherfucking truck.
If you keep ignoring whatyou're guided to do, you will be
guided onto your path.
So what are you ignoring?
What are you clinging to?
And that's when we can really,you know, the faster you, and

this is obviously also there's ashadow aspect of this, is
disorganized chaos andabandoning things when they feel
really good or when they feeldifficult.
Sometimes we do that, you know,that we abandon something.
because it feels too easy or itfeels um difficult um at the

beginning and that's also okaywe can be in that paradigm of
you know what is what is mypurpose on this planet or what
what i know i'm here for is toelevate humanity so is this and
everything that i do aligns withthat It doesn't mean that I'm

all love and light and will takea lot of bullshit.
No.
I'm actually more firmer in myboundaries, my standards, what
I'm available for in my life.
And I know who I'm here for.
I know I'm here for those thatare here with an incredible
mission, purpose, and vision toelevate humanity.

They've mastered their craft.
They're brilliant at what theydo.
As one of my clients said, it'scutting edge, new paradigm
leaders bringing things thathave never been seen before.
whether that's yeah new newpioneering ways of working with
a shadow new pioneering ways ofof working with embodiment or

sex or money or um a beautifulclient of mine as well was um a
nutritionist and yeah her visionwas to get it into every single
household and it was morearound body autonomy
understanding the bodyunderstanding the cues of the
body understanding what we'remissing which is huge awakening

so what do you know andsometimes this is so you know
it's so easy for us my gift isobviously supporting clients
with doing their soul work,getting paid to be themselves
and create unapologeticvisibility, claim their vision,

elevate humanity, do, you know,create pioneering work.
And typically my gifts work in,you know, I see the vision.
I literally get visions ofsomebody on stage or with their
book or in a particular outfitor, you recently you know very
clear guidance on whatsomebody's meant to do and where

their offices need to be thesewellness centers that they're
creating which is you know superclear obviously we always have
free will we can turn away fromour soul offers and our soul
guidance and our soul wisdom umand we can make it harder which
most of us you know, can do, asCarl Jung, one of my favorite

quotes is, you know, we'll do,we'll, this is paraphrase, you
know, humans will do anything toavoid their truth, no matter
how bizarre it is.
We're literally playing hideand seek with our soul.
Oh, I have this vision.
Oh, I have this guidance.
Oh, I have this offer.
I have this message.
Oh, no, no, no.

That's too easy.
Let's go and sell this othershit that really is not aligned.
And then chaos starts to happenin our lives.
And then we go and fix thechaos.
And then we just spiraldownwards.
And then we spend a lot moretime doing this and ignoring

this and beating ourselves up.
just do the fucking thing.
Listen to the guidance that iscoming through and get support
while you're doing it.
So the way that my gifts workis, yes, I can see your highest
time.
I can see your vision.
I can see your gifts.
If you're ready to see it, I'mnot here to fix, save or be a

psychic that tells you what todo.
No, you've got the vision.
You know what it is.
And I do see it and I see thetimeline and vision.
And then of course, The shadowwill rise up.
You know, that's a normalunconscious aspect of self that
we need to integrate.
It will come into your realitybecause your next level is

within.
Your next level is not outsideof you.
The next level is within.
And what most people do is whenthey feel that discomfort or...
The doubts or the fears, whatmost people do will start
looking outside, complicatingthings, looking at the next
messaging strategy.
Like, you know, who are youwithout the striving, pushing?

Who are you in the identity ofwhen everything feels super
fucking easy?
What is your pattern?
You know, what do you do?
What do you do to complicatethings to actually avoid your
truth?

And when you dissolve all of that and you
really embody and come back tointegrating those shadow aspects
of self, and then you just takethose, I call it that jinky
nine, where you're just takingthe small daily actions in

alignment with the vision thatyou have.
Watching.

your unconscious patterns andbeliefs.
And that's really the sequencethat I work with clients on.
That's your vision.
You've got the vision.
We do a super consciousrecoding.
We'll do some super consciouswork to listen to the life force
energy of your offer.
And then, of course, speakingfrom that space, speaking from

that truth, elevating humanity,sharing the message that is
coming through as a channel andthe divine messenger.
And the reason why yourmessaging isn't clear is because
there's some distortion.
You are this divine channel,whether it's fear.

Remember, your most potentmessaging happens in the now.
And if you're receiving all ofthis consciousness, all of this
wisdom, and you're not takingthe aligned action, what you're
doing is is of course you'restopping the flow of creation
from happening it's not abouttrying to do less it's not

trying to do more it's literallybeing that open channel and
vessel that when you receiveguidance you take the aligned
action you receive guidance fromthe highest timeline truth and
you take the aligned action andyou literally in a state of
presence where your channel isopen, where wealth is just
flowing.

It's a natural state of youbeing you.
So, And that's when you getpaid for your presence.
You know that your voice isimportant.
You know that the words thatyou use, the presence that you
hold are all important when youunderstand that there isn't
actually anything missing.
Some people spend yearssearching for themselves.

I mean, when the secret isthere, it's just understanding
how to access that wisdom in thenow and trust it.
Because that's where we startto live.
We start to live this heaven onearth consciousness when we're
present, when we're not stuck inthe loop and survival patterns

and the fears and the doubts andthe lack and all of that sort
of thing.
And we're literally in ourtruth.
So I'm just going to finish offwith a beautiful light language

receiving this divineintelligence and guidance we are
channels we are pristinechannels we are conduits between

the spiritual and the materialand both need to be connected
and that's a work really that Ido with clients it's not one or
the other and when we're tooconnected spiritually without
anchoring it into the physicalof course then the money flow is
not happening and often thebody is that you know the body

is the vessel the body is thetemple it's not just a vessel
it's a temple that when we takecare of ourselves at the highest
level everything can start toflow And that was obviously a
huge journey for me, you know,massive disconnect from the
body, binge eating, fear ofemotions, fear of everything.

And that's why I experienced myawakening in 2018 to reconnect,
reconnect to the vessel,understand my gifts, understand
that all of the consciousness isthere.
and to devote the rest of mylife to you know those that are
ready um not everybody is readyto see their truth um it's

confrontational seeing yourtruth it's confrontational
knowing that there is nothing tofix there's nothing to find
there's no striving or pushingrequired it all exists in this
now moment and that's what theinner circle and lady millions
is really about you have yourgift you have your unique genius
you have your soul offers youhave your messaging there's no

striving or pushing required theconsciousness already exists
and we're just moving with thatconsciousness if we get the
guidance and we take the alignedaction it really is as simple
