Marcel Wayne Williams grew up in a broken home, leading to a broken life. He went to adult prison when he was only 15 years old where he would suffer physical and sexual violence. In 1994, he would be released and then kidnap, rape, and murder Stacy Rae Errickson. Williams would become one of the four people that the state of Arkansas hastily executed when their supply of the drug midazolam was expiring.
